Being in the sales industry myself for over 10 years now, I have very high expectations of the guest experiences when I am making a new purchase. When buying a vehicle, all of the features I wanted is huge for me, and I am very particular.William exceeded each and every one my expectations from the start to finish of this process and has gone above beyond what any other human has done for me in this industry. He is extremely detail oriented, has integrity, and does not give up for his clients! I have been searching for a specific type of car for a long time and he did not stop until we got exactly what I wanted and more. In the financing side of things, Derrick Jones was precise with all of the paper work, and educational on the additional things you may need for your purchase, and was very professional and knowledgeable during this process.I will definitely be back to Jeff Wyler if I decide to purchase another car in the future! Bought this Beaute from Jeff Wyler earlier today & I have to say, this was hands down the absolute best experience I have ever had working with a dealership. Started off with excellent service with Walt. Very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. Made the purchase easy and a great experience. Then had some great help and assistance from Wes. He helped set up vehicles features and went over all the odds and ends with car. Lastly, Derrick in finance was top notch. Went over everything and made it easy to retain. Overall excellent experience.

Jeff Wyler Dealership gave my husband and I the best car buying experience. They exceeded our expectations on our trade in value. We were given a ride on the Jeep trail and treated to lunch as well. Salesmen' Carlos and Walt took great care of us, as well as Rachel in finance. Everyone was friendly. We plan on taking our daughter to Jeff Wyler to purchase her first car.

I appreciate my service advisor being thorough with the information regarding my vehicle. She was actually able to help save me some money on my visit. My only issue is the length of time to complete services such as an oil change and tire rotation. The staff though is great, very friendly and helpful. If you are able, definitely drop your vehicle off rather than wait at the dealership.

BE AWARE! Biggest scam artist I ve ever met. Check the car fax on every car. Most of them are accident reported. Whenever you traded a CLEAN car they try to rip you off and they try to sell you a damaged car. Very unprofessional salesman. Guy named James claims to be a salesman for 20 years, but he don t know how to communicate with clients. Be aware and good luck

Do Better.Not once but twice, I had to sit and wait for hours for an oil change. This is the second time they couldn't find my appointment when I arrived. Last visit, was an 8am appointment on Saturday to 1045am, and this is me being the 1st customer to arrive.This time, I get there for an 11am appointment and guess what, my vehicle isn't ready until 4pm. (That's a part time shift). So I'm sitting for hours, on my day off, waiting for an oil change and multi point inspection. They could've vacuumed, washed my truck or something, for the amount of time they had me waiting. Not even apologetic. I noticed Chelsea offered to pull another customer's vehicle back into the warm building, but pointed me in the direction where my vehicle was parked, across the lot. The Wyler Care is worth the money, but isn't worth my time. I was told Chelsea would call me back to notify me what was going on, but she never did.Do Better.

Wyler did a great job on my car repairs. Even better were the persons who helped me out. My service adviser Max was extremely helpful. Also Derrick in Finance went above and beyond to take care of me. My car was detailed out quite nicely too. My car got a new lease on life and is now ready to go another 60,000 miles. Thank you Jeff Wyler.

The job was fine but took 2 hours for an oil change. An hour after my appointment time the tech came and told me they didn t have any Honda oil filters so they had to wait for them to come in. Then I waited an additional hour. My appointment was for 11am and I left at 1 pm.

Took my Silverado in to have the air conditioner fixed. They did great job and rep that waited on me, Hannah, was super helpful and got my truck finished way sooner than I expected. Will definitely return to this dealership

I bought a car at Jeff Wylers on 4-8-24. My salesperson was Carlos Garcia. He was very friendly and patience with all my questions. There was no pressure which I appreciated very much. I want to Thank Carlos and the other staff that I met there. I love my car.

Sean is the very best sales person I have ever worked with! My sale didn t end when I signed those papers! He was with me even after my purchase. Gina is an amazing manager and makes you really feel like you are family. My experience buying my suburban was amazing and these two made it worth everything! If your looking for more than just a car but an experience. These two are worth the Jeff Wyler experience!

Had a great experience with Jeff Wyler. I looked at a truck yesterday and left without purchasing a vehicle because I wanted to sleep on it . They were not pushy at all and respected my decision. I walked back in this morning and was able to work a deal.Kam was the sales guy I worked with and Gina in financing made sure the numbers worked well for me. Seamless purchasing process and a super laid back experience. I haven t purchased a vehicle in 9 years so a lot has changed. Hopefully service after the sale will exceed my expectations like my buying experience did!

Wesley and his manager were beyond amazing to me! They were personable kind caring and fun. Wesley offered us beverages over and over to make sure we were comfortable. It was easy to do business with him. He even remembered my BIRTHDAY!!! If I had the money to buy over and over I would go back everyday just to hang out with them, they were that awesome!!

Bought a used car, (2023 Ford Expedition). Nice car. Salesman seemed pleasant. Traded in a Lincoln. Payed cash for the difference. A few add ons with the purchase. Unfortunately one item was added to the bill twice. A service that was already done was added on. Which I didn't request. When I questioned this I was told they would refund me the $200 by check. Now this was a $70,000+ vehicle. So I expected it soon.After 3 text messages to the salesman, 2 phone messages to the Manager and 2 emails to the dealership I have not received so much as a response.A purchase that should have went well, has turned into a very big disappointment. I will eventually get back to the dealership, I live 100 miles away, and discuss this with someone who may care about customer service. This dealership represented by poor people.

I came into Jeff Wyler for Repairs on 2019 Malibu decided to just look and wishing I could return back to owning again a new 2024 Equinox...the employees we're great to find me the right deal for my budget and the vehicle for my disability to purchase.My wife loves chose to return back Equinox. If you just thinking about looking for a new vehicle stop at Jeff Wyler you might find your self a great deal.My advise is talk to Sales Consultant WESLEY OVERTON for deals and saving of owning the vehicle of your drams.

We had an appointment with salesman Michael Haywood. He was very professional right from the beginning, listened to all our needs/questions and really went above and beyond to secure our desired car and ensure top quality. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. He also followed up with me a few days after our purchase to make sure everything was going ok with my new vehicle. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him and the rest of Jeff Wyler staff.

Didn't purchase a car here. I wanted to surprise my grandma with checking off a bucket list item of riding in a Corvette, and James Noel made that happen no problem. I first dealt with Carlos. He was very nice. Even though I didn't like the original vehicle he showed me, Carlos and Walt helped me get into a new Ram 1500. From start to finish everyone was friendly and professional. Carlos even surprised us with lunch while we waited!

I had a tough situation with a previous car whose engine failed. While at the service center at Jeff Wyler it became clear it wasn t fixable or worth the price of fixing. While I still had two years left to pay on the car I was so worried I couldn t get a replacement car that would be worth anything.I explained my situation to Sean and Allen and to their credit they got me into a NEW car for under my budgeted amount and got me processed the same day!! It was amazing and they were so friendly. It really made this bad experience I was having much better and now I have a new car and I m not strapped each month!! Highly recommend this place, it s a bit further out but you won t be disappointed!

I went Jeff Wyler in Canal Winchester and I did not have an appointment but gracious and professional young lady named Hannah was so kind. She listened to my request. She allowed my car to be serviced. She explained everything so well and I understood my cost .great job Hannah! Highly recommend and ask for Hananah.

Had a fantastic experience here! Sent an inquiry online about a Pathfinder they had and ended up in contact with Ron Young. We live about an hour away so I wanted to go over as much as possible via phone prior to driving out there. He sent a detailed video walk-through of the car, stayed in ongoing communication, and worked hard to stay within the parameters of what we were wanting. The dealership offered a great number on my trade-in and we went down right away. We arrived at 6:00pm and didn't leave until about 9:30, as one of the necessary programs they use went down without notice. They kept us in the loop and handled much of the process old school style. From Ron, to his manager Ryan, to Rachel in finance - everyone was awesome & not once did we feel rushed or under-served due to the technical issue. Slam dunk deal, would highly recommend them -and Ron- to anyone in the market!!

Ronald my salesman stuck with me every step. I work all day everyday and it was tough coming in. But he did everything over the phone and via text. I got the perfect car and he delivered it to my home on my break!!? WOW. I signed the papers but he help me on top of every detail of the process. As for Ronald he'll take EXCELLENT care of you!!!! FYI my credit took a hit after my divorce but I STILL have a 2021 Honda! Awesome job Ronald Young!!!

They have really great customer service, it's always a pleasure getting my car maintenance done here then the other places I have been. It'd pricey but most maintenance stuff for your car is now a days. Hannah was great! Never had an issue here and they offer plenty of drinks while you wait.

I had a great experience with purchasing my dream vehicle. Brandon, Bryan and Ashton were all amazing and professional salesman! They bent over backwards and did the best they could to get me in my Jeep and keep it within my price range.Brandon was definitely upfront and kept it real during this whole car buying process. From the time I arrived till my vehicle was serviced, the service managers greeted me warmly and accommodated my needs while my vehicle was being worked on. The accommodations were pleasant and fulfilled all my needs while I chose to wait on my vehicle although I was offered a shuttle. Great service and I would definitely make another long drive to get my vehicle serviced at this particular dealership. Thanks team!! Tnx Mr Max.
