Such nice people and they go the extra mile to help. I recently had brake trouble on a Saturday nite when they were closed. The owner happened to see me and came out to ask if he could help. He took my vehicle in, ordered parts, and fixed it right away. I highly recommend them!

My car s window stopped rolling up or down today, and not wanting it to sit overnight with the window stuck down, I looked for a reputable place that I could get a same-day repair. I spoke with Brian and even though they were busy, he and the other mechanics were able to get my window fixed in just a couple hours! Catherine at the front desk is a gem, incredibly friendly and helpful. I paid a fair price for the service I received as well. Definitely support this family run business if you need some work done on your vehicle! Thanks Hartman family and friends!

Awesome, Quick, Repair. Repair my ole high mileage daily driver. I'm sure most shops wouldn't even touch it. Brian was understanding of my situation. He layed out what and how his team go about diagnosing and repairing what may have failed.He was spot on and got'r done.Thanks Brian and the Hartman's team.

came here for a pre buy inspection. the price was WAY below competition and the service was ABOVE competition. they saved me money from buying a piece of junk! come here!!!

Had new tires put on my box truck. There was a small issue with the original tires. It was fixed quickly, good to get back on the road.I will be back for sure !

Ever since Don Hartman passed away, these folks don't care about anything other than ripping you off! I was a long time customer, about 20 years. Never did I feel like they were swindling me. The owner would answer the phone, give you an honest diagnosis, and my vehicle was fixed. Now you get an expected time they were going to fix your issue, but then you get your vehicle back 5 days later. Honestly, I don't know if they knew to work on my vehicle if I hadn't called on the day it was to be worked on. Take my advice and find a better shop. Don't say I didn't warn you!

I just went in today to have my car looked at and make sure there was nothing wrong with it mechanic wise. They were honest and very nice. They didn't charge me anything for looking at my car to make sure nothing was wrong with it. My aunt recommended this place. They are not like most places! Thank you guys!

this use to be a great place to go , ever since the new owners took over you can expect your vehicle to be there close to a week . you better own 2 vehicles or you will not be able to get around . ithe last 3 or 4 times i took my car there on the scheduled day , i have yet to get it looked at , worked on , and back to me in under 5 days . They have way too many cars sitting around and can not get to them in time . My family and friends and neighbors have come to this place since about when the opened about 50 years ago . it's slowly going downhill because of overbooking appointments and not being able to get to them and delaying people getting their cars back ,,,,,,, My vehicle did not get a proper test drive , so now it's been 4 days since they said they would do it again , hopefully i'll get my car back this week after being there a week already ... right now i wish i could give them no star review but google won't let me , so they are lucky they are getting 1 star..

They do a fantastic job communicating the timeline of a job and how much it is going to cost. Not to mention that they will give you a fair price. If you are looking for an honest mechanic this is the place to go.

Great place had my guys get a Flat tire on 33 near by and they got a new tire put on quickly at a fair price. Highly recommend

Unfortunately, I can t select 0 stars Worst experience I ve ever had in dealing with mechanic shops. They told us that our car would take 2 days to be serviced, only to get our vehicle back at day 22 with 50% of the issues not resolved.

Needed brake job stat and he fixed them instead of going home. Great service and he has a passion for cars. He coulda saved my life as my brakes were bad and I had to work that nurse night shift. 5 *****

Felt very uncomfortable being turned down for unexplainable reasons. It's like they didn't want the money and were trying to make things complicated because of their biased employees don't go here

Nicest people to work with. Punctual, accommodating and fair-priced. Go to this family-owned business in Uptown CW. 10/10 would recommend. I ll never go to another tire place ever again.

Excellent shop. They go above and beyond for your satisfaction. If you want quality work from a long-term shop visit here. Fixed right at a fair price. I definitely recommend this shop. They do great work and truly care about your safety and satisfaction.

My sister and I was paying to have our dad s alternator replaced, everyone else charged double and treated my dad poorly! This shop is GREAT FAIR AND BEYOND HONEST!!!

Rob & Elaine are great! We have taken all of our vehicles there, since we moved to Canal Winchester, 18 years ago. They provide courteous service, at an affordable rate.

Hartman's is wonderful. He honest and fair. He doesn't try to sell you a part if you don't need it. Big jobs he calls you first to tell you the price of the job. He gets the job done fast. I would not go anywhere else.
