Don't buy from here. I bought 5qts of oil. There was a pin hole in the jug, unfortunately I didn't have the receipt to return it. I called a told them the jug leaked on my floor mat and garage floor. They said they wouldn't return it due to me not noticing it was leaking before I left the store.

Best experience I've ever had. They helped me with parts and loved me some tools to fix my car. I am from Texas so when I had an issue I didn't have the tools with me. Thank you sooo much for extending all of the help that you gave me. I don't remember the lady name. She was amazing.

The two younger white guys and older black man were too busy talking about how his baby mom is mad he got a girlfriend to help me. The parts sales manager Gabriella refused to help me figure out if I needed a fuse or replacement bulbs. Overall terrible customer service and clearly no desire to help customers.

COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!!Nick made a recommendation for a fuel injector cleaner that likely saved me an expensive car repair .. I really appreciate his recommendation along with his patient explanation of how to use the purchased item. Our battery died in front of the Vapor Station in the Walmart shopping center. We were so flustered and stressed from preparing to move that we forgot about Auto Zone RIGHT ACROSS FROM US.My husband walked around the corner to Wal-Mart and bought a battery and a tool he thought he needed there.When he came back, he discovered he needed additional tools to unhook the tie-down for the battery. That's when we remembered Auto Zone.My husband hurried over to Auto Zone on Gender and was quickly back with Kayla, the store manager. Even though the new battery was not bought at Auto Zone, she agreed to help.She had the old battery out and the new battery in in just a moment, it seemed. After requesting that she accept a tip, she declined with a smile and wished us a great weekend and a safe ride home.Thank you Kayla! Employ some people who actually know what they're doing!! Big country dude with the long hair should seek a different occupation that doesn't involve cars in any manner. Wouldn't trust that guy with a bucket of water and a sponge!!

Obnoxious and noxious experience entering that store as a customer. Make sure you keep computer/notebook should bag fully zipped, otherwise they will ask you for your laptop case/bag.Nowadays, I buy almost everything online (over 90%); including auto parts -- it is just so convenient and often even cheaper. By going to the store, one has to spend time and resources; also, the prices at autozone tend to be way higher than pretty much everywhere else (at that particular autozone the price for "Silicone Lubricant" was about 50% higher than at other places [the likes of Walmart, Lowes, Amazon, etc]). And to aggravate things even further you have to deal with such obnoxious and noxious situation.Note: likely many of the other reviews are fake.

I was extremely thankful for the Store Manager Selene. She was a WOMAN A BLACK WOMAN AT THAT that helped me so much today. Selene customer service was absolutely amazing. She checked my battery and even installed it for me and now I m back in business with my van! Thank you so much Selene and the other young lady for the best customer service. I really appreciated it. Girls really can do anything a man can do! Thanks again

We were in town from Indiana for a wedding when my car lost all power. I was able to drive to this store and Samual and Dom could not have been more helpful. We ended up needing 2 different replacement parts and renting tools. They kept coming out to check on us (they graciously let us fix it where my car stopped - directly in front of their store). The kindness they showed and their knowledge was so appreciated!!

Brad was extremely helpful and rescued me as I was hopelessly trying to figure out what wiper blades & tire inflation kit I needed. He was friendly & patient which was so appreciated on a hectic day. Two big thumbs up!

Let me start by saying that I've never received such amazing service at any auto parts as I have at this AutoZone. I only went to purchase a headlight, I wasn't expecting anyone to put it in. Without hesitation, Selene and Justin really went above and beyond on customer service. Not only did they install my light bulb, they were very courteous and friendly. I m so thankful for their kindness! It's really hard to find exceptional customer service these days. I would highly recommend this store for all your auto parts needs. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Keep up the great work!

Selene, the store manager, really went above and beyond on customer service. My battery died across the street from AutoZone and I called and asked if they have mobile service and she, without hesitation, said no but she would help me. Selene came herself and installed my battery and chatted with me and was polite and friendly and awesome. This was way more than I could have asked for and I m so thankful for her kindness!

Shout out to the L A Z Y employee who let a $220.00 battery sale walk out the door and across the freeway to Advance Auto. I'm sure your manager would be thrilled.Went in for a battery. Employee came out, tested it, sure enough, it was bad. We went back in the store for him to ring me up and he said I'd get the Core charge once I brought the old battery back......I asked if he could just throw it in real quick (I've bought numerous batteries over the years from Auto Zone and they've always installed them, it's kinda one of the main things they do.)He said he could, but wasn't sure, because it might entail loosening up the air vent box in order to remove the old battery. He hadn't even bothered to look to see if that was the case. I told him I really needed it installed because I had to go straight to work. Lol. He couldn't of cared less.While still in the store, I called their competitor, directly across the freeway, and inquired if they could install a battery on a 2017 Ford Fusion. They said, absolutely, and to come right over. So I did. $220.00 later I had a new battery. Took the guy about 5 minutes to install (didn't need to touch the vent box, btw.)There are plenty of options for Auto Parts. This very poor customer service experience would be a reason not to go back.... it's too bad, previously I've have had good experiences here.Didn't catch the employees name. Very short, very obese. Good Luck.

This place has the MVP of customer service for automotives in my honest opinion. Joel has helped me with a battery and an air conditioner in the past month and his effort has won me over as a loyal customer to there as long as they have employees like this. He deserves recognition because you can tell he cares about his job and his customers concerns. Thank you.

Clean, organized store. Stopped by for a diagnostic check and to purchase fluid - D was more than helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was done professionally. Even though they didn't have the part I needed, they held it for me at the store down the street and gave me 10% off my purchase. I would highly recommend this Auto Zone location!
