Chris Robinson did an amazing job and worked really hard to get this deal done for me. I had been looking at this particular vehicle for quite awhile. He never pressured me to buy, just said come see me when you are ready. Luckily for me the vehicle was still available when I was ready to get it. We came back to Chris because he did a good job with a previous purchase and we had a great experience. Chris responded in a timely manner and presented me with the numbers and was transparent with everything. He did a fine job. This is my third purchase in two years from the Wilmington Auto Center. That should say it all. I appreciate the experience that we ve had there. The owner is involved in the process. Top to bottom, this is a good and reputable dealership.

Clinton was very personable. Listened to what we said we needed and wanted. Did not try to upsell to more than what our budget was. Found us what we wanted. Got us approved and out the door in our new to us vehicle. Helped us find several options for financing and got us approved quickly. Was quick and easy.

We take our vehicles there for all our maintenance. We're happy with the service we receive. Can tend to be expensive, but I find that to be true at most places. You can shop around, but they are local for us, so we like that. Shout out to Stu. He always makes sure you're satisfied with the work done!

We have dealt with Wilmington Auto Center and Chris Robinson on multiple purchases. You will not find a better, more hard working, customer oriented person than Chris Robinson. He is top notch. If they do not have a vehicle you want in stock, there is no need to go elsewhere. Chris will work with you until he finds the right vehicle for you. He never pressures you, nor will Chris put you in a vehicle you are not satisfied with. We will never deal with anyone else other than Chris Robinson from Wilmington Auto Center. Chris was very quick to respond to my message. We set up an appt. He had the vehicle out and ready to drive. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicles we were looking at. He was very personable and was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable with the Jeep brand. Everyone has been very professional and friendly. It was a very quick buying process. Will recommend them to all of our family and friends!

I've had my truck in twice,low oil pressure so it's been towed twice as well. Can't find an issue or duplicate the problem that as soon as it gets home happens again. Getting ready for third trip. First trip nothing,second a leaking sensor and it's possibly the filter. Had sensor replaced,and replaced filter at home.

Recently had our van in for service. Sliding door had stopped working. Stan one of their techs diagnosed the issue and found the door wiring harness was broken. He got it all buttoned up and good to go. Now the kids can use the sliding door again making life so much easier. Kudos to their service department where you are always treated well.

MY 2023 CHRYSLER 300 TOURING CAR WITH APPROXIMATELY 3,500 MILES ALL THE SUDDEN MULTIPLE LIGHTS LITE UP ON THE DASHBOARD. I COULD DEPRESS THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL TO THE FLOOR AND THE CAR WOULD NOT GO OVER 47 MPH.I CALLED STEWART IN SERVICE AND GOT AN IMMEDIATE NEXT MORNING APPOINTMENT. UPON ARRIVAL ADAM IMMEDIATELY DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM AND TOLD ME I WOULD BE UPDATED AS PROGRESS WAS BEING MADE. DURING THE AFTERNOON I GOT TEXT UPDATES FROM SCOTT AND WE EVEN DISCUSSED THE ISSUE VIA PHONE..THAT EVENING I RECEIVED ANOTHER TEXT ADVISING THE CAR WAS READY FOR PICKUP & COSTS. MY COMPLAINTS WERE RESOLVED PLUS I ADDED IT'S FIRST OIL & FILTER CHANGE WHILE IT WAS BEING SERVICED.GREAT JOB WILMINGTON AUTO CENTER SERVICE TEAM. JERRY S. Gavin is super nice, friendly, and honest. Never felt pressured during anything. I felt like I was talking with someone that I've known for years. He was very trustworthy and that is hard to find in car sales. He was just an all around great guy! Because of our experience, we will be recommending and coming back as repeat customers. He helped to answer any specific questions we had. Let us take as much time as we needed to test drive to make sure it was the right one for us. He helped us come to a decision by sharing his knowledge, expertise, and experiences. Excellent!!! It was the easiest process we have ever been through when buying a vehicle. Very knowledgeable and shared examples of how things have helped previous customers. Very friendly and helpful with the process. Overall an excellent experience!

Worked with Chris Robinson on trading my truck in on a used vehicle. He said he needed a deposit from me to hold the vehicle. I paid $500 deposit. 2 days later I experienced catastrophic engine failure on my trade in. Obviously, I won t be trading my truck for their used vehicle.The dealership refuses to refund my $500 deposit. I was never told or agreed to putting a non-refundable deposit. To me, this is theft from the dealership

Prepare to be baited in with what is a great deal only to be pushed to buy something more expensive. Edit: harassment over voice mail and text over bad reviews. An entire team of Caucasian members in the heart of OH conservatives. Diversity based in a bleached idealism.

I have been a loyal customer for at least 2 yrs and I've never had such poor work by a service department, we have had my wife's car in there for the same issues 6-7 times and probably 4-5 times being warranty work because of their negligence and we get it back every time with the same issue , the last time we had it in they replaced a part that was replaced by them once before and a week or so later it's leaking again so they didn't test the car after servicing it to make sure they fixed the issue I have recently took it to another dealership to clarify the issue and I have confirmation of the negligence...I won't be back so I hope this company is happy about losing a loyal customer.11-15-2023 update I got a phone call about my review and yet there was no attempt of making the situation right , no offer to pay to have the car fixed right even after told him I had taken the car to another dealership to get fixed , no we will make it right or what can we do to help ...just negligence will not be tolerated and we will have a team meeting, the problem runs deeper than just the employees and I will never go back and will not ever recommend them

Third vehicle I have worked with Clinton to make a deal on a new vehicle and as always fast and painless. Drive over an hour just for how easy he makes it and is always upfront, honest and direct. Helped go over options that where available and helped find the right one for me even in this crazy market. Drive over an hour and never bother with any other dealerships at this point, they keep it simple and painless.

He was super friendly and made it super easy to get a car, especially for someone who had no credit! (Me lol) He helped me find a car that was in my price range with a deposit that wasn't crazy ridiculous, plus he had everything already set up and ready to go for me when I came! It was super easy to get everything done and everything was already prepared ahead of time! (Gavin)

Gavin was very personable and you can tell he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. The truck I purchased had a couple of issues that were very quickly resolved without me even having to ask. They also found a minor problem with the rear end that I didn t even notice myself, and fixed it at no cost to me before selling me the vehicle. The whole process was quick, simple, and easy. The finance guy was friendly, and patiently answered all of my questions. I cannot recommend this dealership enough, and I will definitely be back the next time I am buying a car.

My experience was a bad one. The sales man Gavin told me that the truck I was pre qualified for was ready for me to pick up. When I get there(which is 1hr an 15mins away). Gavin told me that they sold the truck to some one else. Gavin said that the sales manager Eric said to just sale it to the other person. This place literally screwed me over. Waited gas money and time.
