Spoke to a gentlemen last night named Jeff Zimmerman to find out if they had 4 tires in stock for my car. He made sure they had some in stock and told me if I waited until today to come in they would be on sale. I went in there this morning to get them put on. They were fast, efficient, had great customer service and made sure I was taken care of!! Thank you to the techs who worked on my car this morning! Service: Tires

Love them!!! They are always speedy about fixing your vehicle I've never had any problems contrary to some people's reviews. I use them as often as possible!! Thank you to the guys at Wilmington walmart!!!!!

Fast, inexpensive, and decently friendly. Helped me understand my bill line by line (I am a stickler). Just better than expected all around.Side note - I had to try 3 times to get a sensor swapped out, but once the work was done it was so well priced even that's worth it in the end.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

They used to be better than they are nowadays but I don't think I will be having them work on my vehicle unless maybe I get an oil change, maybe!

DO NOT trust these people with your car. They have stopped multiple oil filter in my car causing oil leaks. They did not replace the under shield of my car so now the whole bottom of my car is exposed. the taller guy with glasses really thinks he s a mechanic and he is not, he is the person every time I have issues it starts with him. I d drive 100 miles to go else where.. big mistake if you use these people. There are plenty of places in Wilmington with honest hard working people that will take better care of your car than this wanna be mechanics in Walmart. Don t make the same mistake I did, just go somewhere elseService: Oil change

I requested a brand of oil filter, I asked AFTER the work was done to see if they put on the one I requested and was lied to, he said yes. The oil I needed they didn't have in the shop, they claimed they got some off the shelf, and charged me more. Since they lied about the filter I wonder if I got the 5w20 synthetic oil that I paid for. Not happy won't go back.

They told me it was impossible to get a rim from anywhere other than the dealership; and that it would take at least a week to get a new rim. 12 hours later, I was back on the road with my new (used) rim. They aren't smart.

I initially went there to get two front tires put on my car. While I was there I also decided to get an oil. The standard oil change said it was $32 and some change however online at says the oil change for standard was $28 and some change. Anyways after they changed my tires out I left and my tire pressure light came on. I took it back the next day and they cleaned all of my tire pressure sensor batteries were dead and that if I bought new ones they would put them in for me. They are almost $50 a piece but how did all of a sudden all four of my tire pressure sensor batteries die change two tires??? I spoke with someone at AutoZone and they said when Walmart put my tires on they may have done something to where they knocked the sensor or pushed the center too hard. I don't know how true this is but it is weird that all four died after getting tires put on.... Now with the oil change the standard is supposed to have them check your oil your lights your windshield wiper fluid etc and they never told me if any of them was okay if they were low or anything so I highly doubt they even looked

Mr. Larry was a very big help and the staff was great. He explained a couple of issues and is very helpful. I was very worried because of the bad wrap walmarts have with servicing cars and such, honestly I was scared but all I got were new tires and it was a breeze. Thanks.

I am highly upset at the service I received today at the Walmart Service Center in Wilmigton. I came in for a battery replacement along with the services that are also provided such as air in tires, balance, etc; I was told that there were three cars ahead of me, and my wait time was approximately 40 minutes. After watching them service three cars ahead of me plus two other cars, I decided to ask what was going on. The mechanics laughed as if I wasn't sitting waiting on them. Finally after about 15 more minutes, they finally came to get my car. After my car was "finished " I asked if they checked my tires, and the guy asked me if he was supposed to. Handed me the paper work and the paper work stated that they were checked. Also, my panel was reset.

I came in for a simple oil change. They could not offer me the best possible synthetic oil. Then they left something disconnected, which turned on the check engine light. They told me to return and they would turn it off. When I returned, a dumb hick gave me attitude and claimed that they could not help me with that. Stay far away from this place.

First time using this Walmart. An overall positive experience. ALL other oil change places have not put back my splash pan, under the car. This one did! Well done!

Wesley is the best!I took a new-to me, used car in to learn why my tire pressure sensor kept showing a malfunction, and why my car had a bumpy ride on the highway, and made a rattling sound, despite new tires.They found out that the shop that put the new tires on (a DIFFERENT shop) BROKE the sensor, and it fell into the rim when they were putting the new tire on! Walmart gets my business when I need tires now, and for every oil change!It s good to find a shop that treats women like real customers. Ladies, take your cars HERE.They re honest.

They took 2 hours to do an oil change and check tire pressure (not busy at all when opened just two vehicles) and newer ones that roll in leave faster than ours did still sitting in shop. Nate DeLong is the best person to have working on the vehicles. Fast worker, kind, and will listen to what you tell him.

They let me tow my car with a flat tire to their location and leave it overnight and fixed me up first thing in the morning so I was only about an hour late to work the next day. They were closing when I dropped it off. If you need a repair for example you have a nail in your tire they will repair for about $10 and it's lasted me for a year so far! Also you can replace all your tires here for half the price about $50 a tire if you get the offbrand good years. The only thing is they are unable to give you an alignment but the manager even had a suggestion for where to go for that ! She is awesome and so is the other female mechanic they have.

I am understanding when you are busy and short staffed so I cut them a lot of slack but they were extremely rude. Waited 35 minutes for someone to even speak to me and when they did they told me "they didn't have time for another oil change, they had one ahead of me and they close in an hour and a half"I walked around the corner to buy something in the automotive section and the guy behind me wanted a oil change and they took him.

I wasn't pleased with my "oil change". They didn't even put oil in it. When I went to Valvoline today they had said it was bone dry and even showed me. It was a wonder I had survived and the engine hadn't locked up. Mind it was weeks ago I had gotten the "oil change".

Fast service. I have asked 2 separate times to have my tires filled with air. Bot in times that didnt happen even though I was told they filled them. The first time I left with a new nail in my tire.

I was in with a nail in my tire and they were unable to plug it due to the placement of the nail. But they were helpful as I didn't want to buy a new tire yet in a bind they changed out my spare for me at no cost

Had tires installed on Van. Installed quickly and balanced. Take the warranty on tires. One of my new blew out. No warranty on both.

Made a appointment brought the car there at correct time got a email that it was being serviced 30 minutes later get a call that they only have 3 tires not 4 I ask them to just put either 2 or 1 on and they say they couldn't do it and that is after the day before telling us to come out only to say they are too busy and closing early not a good experience when we really needed tires went to Tire discounters and they got us in!Service: Tires
