Took my car in for an oil change Monday, noticed the check engine light came on afterwards, took it to be checked today and there was about 1.5 extra quarts of oil in my car that had to be drained out. Thankful that my light came on and I didn't let it go so it could be drained before causing damage. When I came home after it was fixed, I called and the manager was very rude when I told him what happened and sounded like he doubted me. At least he did offer to refund the money I paid but only after I asked what he was going to do about the situation.

My daughter went for an oil change, the two men working were extremely rude to her in fact the one raised his voice at her! Then were going to charge her $70 for a standard oil change! All I can say is wow, if this is the way a business treats paying customers it is ridiculous!! I will never give them a penny of my money and she will never go back there again!

I took one star away because it was a very long wait, even though they had plenty of staff. I took another star away because I usually do business with Valvoline and between two separate locations and three oil changes, no one has my engine filter in stock. They were nice and offered to install it, but I would have to go search and find the filter at another store. Nice people but I don t think I ll be going back until I get this part replaced somewhere else first.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Quickest I've ever gotten my oil changed! Pulled in and was literally driving away 12 minutes later. They had the oil being drained already while I was finishing paperwork. We went in and sat down to wait, and were informed just a few minutes later that they were done. So far so good with my car, driving great and seems to be a good oil change. The staff was polite and helpful! Definitely recommend!

Took my new baby in to get a oil change these people are super nice get the job done in a timely manner they seem to know what there doing there not rushing around or seeming to be overwhelmed with the amount of people that was coming in at the same time I was I will always get my oil changed here.

Let me start with bad points1. This mot a Valvoline Oil Drive thru franchise but privately owned2. Will not accept Vavoline drive thru coupons3. Was four personnel. Do not wear masks and get up close. So there is your Covid warning4. Pot holes on road to exit the place. Hige pot holes. If someone coming wait. One car at a time I would say.5. Behind carwash attached to a small used car lotGood points1. Military discount2. Was quick, under ten minutes3. Topped off fluids4. Checked air Pressure5. Friendly6. Unlike Beavercreek franchise this place has full synthetic or blend7. Price comparable to others in wilmington so price not expensive or cheap... ranges with others

My fianc� was broken down in Frishes parking lot. I called these guys to see how much anti freeze was. I explained my situation to the gentleman on the phone. He walked over to her van and checked it out put antifreeze in it. Seeing how I couldn't get there. He didn't even charge her. These guys are great people. I've delt with them in the past. I definitely will in the future. Thank you guys so much.
