Jaesyn and Andrew were fantastic. Helped me out when my tire popped on the side of the highway. Both of them were hospitable, kind, quick, efficient and straight to the point. The service took less than 30 minutes and I was right back on the road. Everyone in that shop deserves more recognition and praise, and also a raise.

Dropped my truck off on Friday for a simple rotate and balance, they stated they were booked and might not get to it, no problem. The truck was moved into the shop on Saturday, but I didn't receive a call. I showed up Monday morning to pick it up, and was told the mech didn't want to rotate them due to tire condition. I asked why I didn't receive a phone call to discuss this, and the guy just looked at me. I asked for my keys and left. My tires are fine, look at the picture. Good luck if you go to this place.

Great shop! They got us in same day, on a Saturday, and got a starter replaced with no trouble, no hassles. Very friendly staff, would absolutely do business with them again!

Had a trailer tire go bad on the highway. Before and after, bad belts in the tire. These professionals got me in and out very quickly. Courteous and helpful. They took very good care of me.

I suddenly had a flat tire when I was at WEC for a horse show and to make matters worse it was a Saturday! I was very happy with your service. Within less than 30 minutes my tire was fixed. I will highly recommend you to my riding friends if they ever have a tire problem in Wilmington!

First time at this Tire Discounters. Great customer service. Friendly and great communication from everyone. I went in on a day they were very busy, I was told upfront that was the case and they still managed to get me in and out within a decent time. Very happy with my new tires and the service that came with it. Everyone here made it super easy. Thanks guys! I will go here for my tire needs from here on out and I highly recommend.

Got all 4 tires changed. Dropped my car off after business hours. Picked it up the next morning, and everything was perfect! Good price, good work, and great employees!

I was driving on 73 in Wilmington and blew a back tire. I changed the flat and hobbled on the spare to Tire Discounters. They had to order the tire but had me back on the road good as new the next day! I even got a followup call checking up on me and the car. Thanks Tire Discounters.

I showed up yesterday morning with no appointment needing tires and possible repair service. There was major issues with the front end and needed everything replaced basically. These men were able to source all the parts and have them installed by this morning!!!! And gave an incredible price!!! Great job team!!!

Best experience in the world. Very professional. I wouldn t take my car anywhere else but here. The managers and the the employees were great. They want you to be safe leaving there. They care about you and your safety.

I actually look forward to my appointments at TD because or how welcoming and friendly the atmosphere is at this store. Mr. Rafeal Farris always goes above and beyond to strive for total customer satisfaction. All of the workers I ve encountered at the Wilmington store seem to have positive attitudes and truly take pride in their work. I always get the appointment times I want and the service is always completed on time. They ensure I am always informed of any current promotions and always inform me of any services that my vehicle needs, but are not pushy about it which I really appreciate. Mr. Farris also shows how much he cares about all of the employees and strives for a true team mentality. Mr.Farris always has a positive attitude and it s contagious. I highly recommend TD! I take both my vehicles there and will continue to do so for as long as Mr. Farris is there.

Rafael out of the Wilmington location was the most professional and committed to excellence customer experience! I came in for a tire fix and brakes and they committed to get me in and out before close of business and they made good on that promise... I was extremely happy with the service and mechanic labor was outstanding!

Our tire blew out on a road trip and the tow truck took over two hours to get to us so we were worried we wouldn t get to Tire Discounters before they closed. We called to keep them updated of our status and they kindly waited for us and stayed late to replace our flat. Great service! We really appreciate it!

We were very grateful for Kevin and Raphael s assistance that was provided at Tire Discount. After encountering an accident on the way to Nashville from Canada, the team was friendly and helpful. Tire Discount was quickly to repair what they could based on our situation. They offered courier services to pick us up and drop as off at the location after the services were completed before the estimated time. We were pleasantly surprised by their prompt and professional services and would love to visit under different circumstances. Thank you Kevin and Raphael for adhering to our unique travel interruption so quickly. We greatly appreciate it and would 10/10 recommend your services to anyone who needs a helping hand.

I was driving from Columbus to Cincinnati. About halfway there I picked up a screw in my left rear tire. Once the spare was put on, I drove to this Tire Discounters. I assumed the rest of my day was shot. Instead, they repaired the tire and had me out of there in well under an hour. Nice work, guys.

I had scheduled to get an alignment done. I brought my kids because I didn't have another option. Even though they were so curious trying to get into everything, they assured me they were fine and even played with them to give me a break. Awesome guys in there

Have been a Columbus (Polaris) TD customer for many years, always great service! My daughter who is away at college had a flat and visited the Wilmington location. While it took 3 visits to ultimately resolve her problem they did fix it and only charged her a small fee for the final repair! Love, Love, Love me some Tire Discounters, way to go guys!

Absolutely the best customer service ever! Had a valve stem replaced a few hours after my father passed away. Devin jumped into action and got it done in record time. Richard was also very friendly as Devin told him that he and I used to work together. After the tire was done, I went to pay, and Raphael said "No charge". He gave his condolences as did Devin. Such awesome and caring young men. I won't take my truck anywhere else now. I can't thank them enough for showing me such compassion after losing my dear father and then having a flat tire caused by a bad valve stem. Great men, great customer service. Soon bringing the truck back in for another issue that Devin found and showed it to me. Thank you guys for the love in my time of grief and stress. Kindness DOES still exist.

I take my truck in for a simple tire rotation and these people can't even take lug nuts off of a wheel. They told me it can't be done unless they ruin mine and put a new set on. It's funny how I removed every single lug nut the day before with my lug wrench. I just couldn't remove the wheels. They were stuck on keeping me from rotating my own tires. This place has a whole shop full of tools and can't remove a wheel when I can do it with a wrench. And the guy said he tried to call me several times to let me know this. I didn't receive one call. So don't take your vehicle here unless you just want an excuse why something can't be done or you like people trying to sell you something that you don't need. Real men don't work here either. I'm 56 years old and I can remove a lug nut at least.
