Groves Tire & Service is a great local town small business. The shop always seems busy (in a good way) but Bob always takes the time to find me the best solution for my tractor or car. Seems like the work done in the shop was honest and priced right. Thanks Bob. I will be back soon!

Took my truck to get an alignment here, they scratched up all 4 of my forged rims pretty badly and never said a word. If you have any sort of nice rims I wouldn t advise going here.

Great friendly staff and awesome service and fast imma keep going to them they don't try to scam you especially if your a female like most places do! They know there stuff they do thier work and they don't mess around! Id recommend them top 1st place in Wilmington and Clinton county! 10 stars!

$42.90 just to swap a tire on a rim. I brought in the wheel so it wasn't even on the car. I took the old tire too. Then a few weeks later I noticed my tire was set at 70 psi! A $325 tire and they set it to pop. Never again.

This place is amazing. I had a blow out and no other stores around had my tire size. I figured I try calling one last place and not only did Groves have the tire, but they even had the cheapest price around. I definitely recommend their service.

This is a great family-owned business. I had a compact tractor tire that was leaking around the valve stem. Even though they were busy, they were able to fix the tire quickly. It is hard to find good service like this anymore. I will be back whenever I need anything tire-related done.

Bob is a straight forward honest guy. He will save you as much money as he can SAFELY. His prices are competitive and his shop does solid quality work. I have known him for years and my entire family goes to him. He always takes good care of our vehicles.

They were ready for me when I pulled in for my appt. Bob has been in the business for several decades in the Wilmington area...very knowledgeable. Friendly and skilled techs. Need tires, alignment, suspension, etc...give Grove's a call.

This place was recommended by a friend. The owner Bob is a nice guy. He and his people must do good work because he was busy the whole time I was there, and a few other people walked in needing something done with their tires besides just me. I had to have a tire patched & his pricing was fair. I also had to order 2 new tires and he said they'd be in tomorrow and just come in and they'd get them put on for me. Quick and courteous!!! I would recommend them. They are a small business - not a chain store, but it's good to support your local shops and businesses. Usually the home town shops are more personable anyway.

Went there Friday to get my truck looked at cuz I hit a pothole did some damage to my left tire. He says I bent My hub and the brake assembly came off on that side but he wanted to charge me for replacing two rotors on both sides to break assemblies on both sides with that work $1,100. And he said the labor would be $764.00. well that leaves the balance of $465 for the original fix it price of what was wrong, so you mean to tell me I'm paying more for labor than it was takes to repair my truck. . But my neighbor who lives behind me repairs trucks he's going to repair it at the cost of the price no labor I'm obviously obviously going to pay him more for his time unbelievable people these days

Went to Walmart, could not get 2 8" tires mounted on 8" atv wheels. Called Best-one and was quoted $25 per tire no warranty. Passing Grooves on my way to Best-one I came up on Groves. Groves performed the duty, took less than 15 minutes and charged me $17 dollars and change. They got a new customer today and I know where to go from now on. Thanks Groves Tire!

Has 40 years+ experience in super customer service and customer satisfaction. Very honest work done on my car here. Did not try and rake me when it came to paying for Services. They seem to have an old time mindset with the kind of honest good work a handshake use to buy. I'm a woman and for the mechanic to have my better interest at heart and he not try and get me to spend a lot of money on my 2009 Kia Spectra repair that really puts them above all other shops. Honest people at this place. I will continue to go here. Stumbled upon it when I was trying to use my Firestone Credit card. It's located kind of in the country but also close to a Walmart. Great job ! If you are in an electric wheelchair the building is accessible by entering the garage just tell them before you arrive that's where you will need to enter from.

These guys, took my 2005 truck in, thought it might be $2100 worth of front end repairs, but called me back to tell me it was something else and only $509. That s honesty. I m bringing everything else back, especially after other local experiences.

Where to start well I had an appointment to get an alignment I went there drop my truck off for the alignment and have tires put on i came back the guy was rather rude I told me they couldn't do the alignment because something was locked up. mysoi took it to Bush auto lot 3 days later for an alignment here I am sitting in my truck it's aligned nothing locked up so they lied to me and they also inform me "that they do not work on the vehicles that have spacers on the wheels". If i could give this place zero stars i would. I will NEVER go there again best one tire a day service did there self a favor getting rid of this guy.

Such a nice crew of people. They were more than willing to trouble shoot an issue I had acquired from new tires I got put on from Sams Club. They were kind and patient with my concerns. Highly recommend.

Tire change was quick and for the most part done well, but the paint on my rims was removed in many different locations and they refused to fix it. Other than that, great place and friendly.

I don't even know where to start I work out of state and my wife took her 2005 Pacifica here and they refused to work on they said the frame was rusted out and the engine was going to fall out so I drove home to look at it my self there is nothing worng with the frame yes the rockers r destroyed but that's it she went in for a free estimate they keeped her car for over 24 hrs and when she picked it up they was trying to charge her all they was doing was thinking because she a woman they can take advantage of it main reason it was going for was a belt tensioner and trouble the wheel sensor

I am impressed! Groves stocks the odd sized lawnmower tube I needed. In Carslile brand. At a price other suppliers sell inferior imports.My lawn care business depends on Groves Tire.
