I'm sharing this for my grandmother, Colleen.I originally visited Gerber's to receive an estimate where someone had hit the front end of my car. Heather Fouch came out to look at it and then went in to get one of the guys. He came out and checked over the damage before fixing everything right there. He even went as far as to take off my license place and fixed the damage to that as well. I was expecting to have to do a claim through my insurance, but they were so incredibly kind and helpful and fixed everything without doing an insurance claim. I highly recommend their services and I thank them for taking care of me.

Took my Cadillac CTS in to have repairs done on some damages sustained while on vacation. Dent on quarter panel and rear door and windshield. The original estimate was for full on body repair, paint and so forth but Les had a hunch that the damages could be handled with paintless dent removal procedures. Well the hunch was right, the PDR guy did an AMAZING job..not even the slightest hint they were ever there!! I was told any time with body work you can avoid digging into the original paint and clear coat is all the much better, even more so with my car because of the pearl paint job. And all of this reduced the cost of the estimate by a significant amount too! So hats off to Les and Doug and Heather for doing such a phenomenal job in all areas and I will definitely be a return customer should the need arise!

This place is awesome to work with! They had my vehicle repaired in a timely manner , provided updates during the repair process, and even had the car cleaned and looking new again when I came to pick it up!! I have now trusted Gerber with two of my vehicles and am very pleased that I did. Both jobs were done in a reasonable amount of time for an affordable price. Sonny was amazing to work with. We had an unfortunate situation with a rental vehicle we own and thru the frustration Sonny kept me in the loop thru the whole process. Also took care of an older situation with our vehicle with no problem. Truly a standup guy and business. My vehicle was finished in the time they promised. I received text messages with updates on my vehicle which really helped since I work out of town. They detailed my car and it looked like it was new! Everyone there was very nice.I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needed body work done on their vehicle.

I was told several several times at the rust repair would not be guarantee I was asking if the panels can be put on I'm not too worried about the rush to guarantee and I was told no If he could do theJobVery rudely he said No So if it's an exact part swap out we might be smart enough to be able to do it Pick usP.S.Very rudely

My special needs son has a 1985 Elcamino and it was hit by a drunk driver, we trusted Gerber to handle the repairs. While the car was there for a new rear fender, the beauty rings and the Elcamino badges and Chevy emblems were stolen off the car. The shop told us they would honor that theft. We waited almost 3 months and they said they had our parts.They replaced the beauty rings but the manager said he wasn't replacing the emblems. I told him I would talk to an attorney and he went crazy and told my son and wife to leave the lot. Do Not Go There very unprofessional!

They wanted to do about $2500 more replacement work than what was needed. Seems very shady. Took 2 weeks to get a rim, tire and alignment.

Gerber Collision in Wilmington, OH deserves more than 5 stars. I was originally in due to being backed into and needing my door replaced. They did an incredible job and got me in very quickly. Gerber also kept me in the loop every step of the way continuing to update me with the progress.I then received my vehicle and two days later was in another accident. They were very empathetic and got my vehicle in the next day to be fixed. The staff is all nice from the receptionist to the technicians. I highly recommend Gerber for any collision or glass needs.

Beware if you rent from the nearby Enterprise! If you park past the edge of the building they'll come out yelling at you for parking in "their spots"...even though nothing is marked.No signs, not markings on the parking spots, nothing to indicate this. All the while their entire back and side lot is nearly empty. They _may_ do good work, I can't comment on that but, based on their professionalism, they can rest assured they won't be getting any of my business when needed.Food for thought: Rather than yell at potential customers over unmarked parking spots, why not use your painting skills and stencil/mark the spots?

The staff at Gerber were very nice, helpful, and fun to be around. My truck was broken down for awhile and they took good care of me. If you ever need car, truck, or semi tractor repair give Gerber a call they will take care of you.

Horrible experience. The emblems were removed off the vehicle and they refused to replace them after taking 4 months to prepare the vehicle. The manager was also very rude and yelled at/cussed at us when we ask about when the emblems would be replaced.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Company that does auto body repairs is the place to go. Excellent in keeping customers informed about progress of repairs and couldn't find a better staff. Would recommend over other auto body shops (know from experience)!

I took my Nissan Cube there three times she would the three times they fixed it but the third time they totaled it very very nice people very patient I highly recommend this place

They request you drop off your vehicle for service (in my case to replace a hood) and they do nothing for a week and a half. Horrible service.

Didnt feel welcome. Told insurance they cant get ahold of me after I told them I'm going to get another quote. They never called or anything after I told them that.
