Bought a car here from out of state. Mike Campbell was exceptional in helping me through the process. The service was great and the employees were really nice. I actually bought my vehicle from here 2 years ago now. The whole buying process was great. Since that was an easy process I thought I wanted to take my vehicle for maintenance at the same place I bought it from. I've never had any issues (besides the occasional 1-2 hours of waiting for an oil change) until this past time I went. I was due in August for my oil change and I always get an inspection, so I went. I was told everything was great, nothing needed. I always look over the paper they give at the end. I had all green check marks and nothing was needed and I didn't need to keep an eye on anything. The first thing I noticed once I left was my windshield wiper fluid was still empty. It needed refilling and never was. So I just thought whoever forgot, they were probably in a hurry, no big deal. Well, a couple days later my husband ends up putting in new head lights for me and happens to be under the hood. Come to find out my air filter was shot. It was so bad I couldn't drive it until the new one got delivered because we didn't want any damage done to the car. So I thought maybe I read my inspection papers wrong. Nope! It was right. It said nothing about needing a new filter. At this point I started questioning if my oil ever even got changed. I was highly upset because the place I take my vehicle too is very important for me due to the fact my husband travels for work all the time. So I rely on the place to tell me what I need for my vehicle. I take care of my vehicle and want it maintained correctly. I will no longer be coming here for my maintenance. Just be very careful if you take your vehicle here. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because everyone is pretty friendly and they have a really nice waiting area.

Please do NOT go here for anything!! This place needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau for robbing people - which is my next step.When you take a car in because your windshield wipers stopped working and it cost you nearly $1200 because of a wiring harness only . We replaced wiper motor,fuses and the switch ourselves . They say we guarantee our work ?!?! Well now it's the windshield wiper motor that will be probably 6 to 7hundred more which has a new one one it already NO No and No WTH Trust me this place is very shady

I always receive friendly service here. The waiting area is clean and stocked with drinks. I like that they offer valet services if the wait is long. The driver is very nice when he drops me off or picks me up. Bonus they send coupons and service reminders!

I was pleased with the service I received. I had a coupon for the oil change, but since the coupon price was the regular price, I was given a 10% discount. I appreciate have a local dealer with great customer service!

The installation of the parts on my truck was great, the staff were very friendly. The issue I had was I bought a bug deflector thru the GM website for my Silverado and picked it up at Bush Chevrolet and tried to install it myself with no luck. A day later I then purchased in-channel window deflectors as well and paid for the Bush Chevrolet to do the install for $34.50 when they called to let me know they were in I set up an install date, while I had the representative on the phone I told him about the hood deflector deboggle I had trying to install the hood deflector. I asked if I could bring it with me and at the same time install both the hood and window accessories, I was told I could. I then asked if there would be an extra charge for that I was told no and not to worry about it. So when the worked was completed on my truck someone came out and told me there was going to be an extra charge for the install of the hood deflector. I couldn't make sense that that, I explained that if I returned both parts and re-ordered them again thru the GM website again there would still be only be a one time install rate of $34.50 for both installs not two separate install charges. I went ahead and paid the 2nd install charge because the work was already completed but I felt taken advantage of.

Dishonest. Husband and I took a day off work and drove 3 hours one way to test drive a 2017 GMC Terrain with 66k miles I was advised went through an extensive inspection and had no issues . Luke in sales points out the capless gas tank when we get there (which we found later was NOT capless) and sends us on the road. Remote start didn t function, during test drive check engine light came on along with traction control light, and a Service Stabilitrack light...car was vibrating like a sketchy carnival ride. We left. Colossal waste of time...save yourself the headache and take your money somewhere else.

Don t bother making an appointment for a service. We were told 1 hour for an airbag recall. After waiting an hour and a half and seeing our car leave the service bay, we finally went inside only to be told it would be another 3-4 hours because they were running behind. Wouldn t be a big deal if they had called and simply told us they were running late but now we ve wasted our day and have to reschedule and hope it doesn t happen again. Great customer service.

I appreciate Robyn trying to work me in for an additional service on my transmission flush. I thought I had scheduled it to be done with my oil change. She kept me informed and the timing wasn't going to work for me so I chose to have it done a different day. Her honesty was much appreciated!

I called Bush Auto the parts department and they would not give me a part number over the phone because that would mean that they would not make money for the part. The guy gave me some story about they're not allowed to give part numbers over the phone but yet I called six different Chevrolet dealerships and every other one was able to help me with what I was needing. I will never use Bush Auto for anything and I will make sure to let everyone I know, cannot go there for any of their car buying or parts. Which is a real shame because I have a family member that just test drove a brand new vehicle from Bush yesterday and I will make sure that he does not buy that vehicle there.

I had a 3:30 appointment and I arrived at 3:15. The service counter greeted me and took my information. As I waited I visited with my sales person Ronnie and talked with him while I waited on my oil change. I was notified along the way using my phone. With 30 minutes I was paying at the counter and out the door.

Although almost all salesmen, service techs, and managers have been kind. My car has been nothing but a headache from the start. I had issues with it within the first 30 days of owning it, had multiple used engines put in it (after being told they were putting a new one in) and I am still having problems with it. I am now being told I will have to pay to put a new engine in it when I have the lifetime power train warranty.

What a pleasant surprise this dealership was. Excellent experience from my arrival to my departure of driving off the lot in brand spanking new 4X4 Silverado! The salesman, Kyle Davis ( ask for the redhead if you forget the name ) & Finance manager, Tom Whitacre was great to work with. You guys gained a lifetime customer. Highly recommended, thanks again!

Customer service is the best!! I bought my car at Bush and never felt more comfortable w the salesman I had, Ronnie explained all the features the car provided and warranty questions I had. He got me over to the office to go over the purchase process. If possible, I would give a higher rating because I never knew car shopping could be this simple and actually fun!!

We get quotes for our oil changes and it doesn't include the labor so it comes out DOUBLE what was quoted. They told my fiancee that it would be another 5 min tops and took them another 15 to get the keys back to him. We come back due to the warranty but the quote for the charge is just horrible. I work with getting quotes for my job and they include everything that'll be charged as an estimate. Taxes, labor, the cost, etc. This should definitely be how it is for an oil change. Also he had asked for the tires to be balanced and they placed a note on the work order but it didn't get done because it was 'overlooked'. What was the point of the note then??? I'm not one to complain but this last visit was a poor one.

I had some issues regarding a GM recall and extended warranty on our GMC Terrain. When I responded to the letter received from GM, the Service Department at Bush Auto said I needed to complete an "oil consumption check", and began bringing the vehicle in to have the oil checked every 1000-1500 miles, for over a year. Once we validated excessive oil consumption and I inquired about the repair, I was told the extended warranty had expired. I thought, "that's not my fault. I just kept having the oil checked as instructed each time." So ... I appealed the decision.The Service Manager was off work on a leave, and so I was referred to her boss, Tim Heinrich. This is where things got much better. Mr. Heinrich did an extensive study of the various warranty options GM offered, and determined that the date when I first had the oil checked was before the warranty expiration. With that, he really went to bat for us.Since the extended warranty would be paid by GM, and not by Bush, Mr. Heinrich used his connections and good relationship with the GM Rep, and managed to get GM's buy-in to make the repair, under warranty, free of charge to me. As this was being negotiated, I was kept in the loop with good, ongoing communication, including a couple in-person visits at the dealership.In summary: I'm pleased. Bush went the extra mile to make things right for their customer.

Three times in a row!!! Oil not full after service! Service manager told me all fluids topped off, everything but oil and washer fluid!! Would have called but at this point whats the sense? Glad Bush auto can save a buck ! Tired of calling just to repeat yet another shotty service! Have someone reach out to me.

Lucas is a nice salesperson. He tries to help anyway possible to get what one needs and wants within their price. The women in the service area are delightful and knowledgeable. Service on vehicle people are extremely nice and helpful. They try to accommodate with time.

I had been looking for a vehicle for a couple weeks but had been disappointed in selections at other places along with a very bad experience at another dealer. I was ready to call off the quest out of frustration before I found exactly what I wanted at Bush Auto. They were quick to contact and the customer service was incredible. Upon arrival, Scott greeted us and was happy to answer any questions. He worked quickly with Lucas to get all of the financing and paperwork completed so me and my family could be on our way with a new ride. I look forward to doing business with this great company and staff for years to come. Thanks again gentlemen. You were a huge help and we appreciated your approach.
