We are on a trip from Alabama to New York for work . With our camper we had a blow out on the interstate and we stopped to put our spare on... well the spare was dry rotted and we had another blow out 8 minutes from the shop and they olare the only ones that had the rv tires we needed. They got us in and done super fast and we are so very grateful. Thank you so much we would definitely recommend you.

So I drive a dump truck/tractor trailer for a living and these guys are top notch! Twice now had flats, one steer tire and one drive tire inside dual and both times Johnny on the spot with replacement and service! If your on the side of the road with a flat call them you won t be disappointed!

Came out within 90 minutes whereas Love's would have been 5 hrs and TA would have been the next morning. Kept me updated throughout and got a kick outta dudes pen. Welcome to trucking....trailer flat....again.

The manager is friendly and the guys that work there are great but, the owner...he is definitely greedy and I'll take my business elsewhere! I've bought tires from this place in the past, no problems. Taken cars in to have tires rotated and balanced, no problem. However, their tire prices are NUTS these days. Over $490+ for 2 tires (Pirelli 225/50R17 P7 plus 3)...so, I mentioned I'd order them online (<$300 shipped) and have them do the install (was told $30/each). Took them in today, only to be told the owner doesn't allow them to do that...install tires they didn't sale. REALLY??? They'll plug a tire they didn't sale, balance a tire they didn't sale, rotate a tire they didn't sale...just not install one. Why? Because, I wouldn't let them over charge me $130+ on 2 tires! They would still make ~$60 installing them (15-20 minutes of time)...but, I guess the owner wants to make $190+ for that same 15-20 minutes of time. It's no wonder their lot and bays are no longer full with customers. I know I won't be going back or recommending them anymore. I feel bad for the mechanics there but, Best-One....Best of LUCK!

These guys are great. They even beat the internet price. Installation was completed quickly and when promised. Chad and Mark were very helpful and courteous. I have bought tires here before and will do so again.

Very professional. The guy in charge communicated everything clearly, and got the job done right the first time. If I ever need to have work done on my vehicle again while in Ohio (god forbid) I ll be sure to take it to best-one.

Rang before I went in and was told they had time now. Had a puncture in my tire that needed to be fixed. When I walked in they were doing their (regular from what I saw) COVID cleaning. All chairs were spaced well apart. The gentleman that took my car was very professional and the lady behind the counter friendly and welcoming. There was a TV I could watch. I was there for 20 minutes maximum. Very impressed. My tire is still holding air now - so happy with the job they did. They even showed me what they had dug out of my tire! Thank you for a job well done.

One of the best tire shops around. Got my vehicle in quick to check tire pressure and put air in it for free. Won't go anywhere else

This place is about average. Although the waiting area an bathroom needs alot of attention. It was very dirty, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. The wait times seem to be very long. To bad you can't make appointment for here. It's first come first serve basis.

I had a very, very poor experience with this shop and I would strongly recommend finding an alternative before considering having any work performed here. I would have gladly paid more elsewhere for better service. I encourage you to read the events below. I am doing my best to only state facts as to what transpired.I had an appointment on 10/18 to have my truck examined for 3 issues (brake line, loose steering, and transmission temperature sensor). I spoke with Mike Allgeyer, store manager, and I informed him I needed work completed by 10/24 as I required the truck for relocating from Ohio to Indiana. I got the OK to drop the truck off after-hours on 10/17 with assurance by Mike that work, based on my description of the issues, would be completed by 10/24.As I had heard nothing from them yet and was expecting to pick up the truck the next day, I drove by their shop after-hours on 10/23 and noticed the truck had not moved from where I parked it and the note I left with a description of the known issues still lay sitting in the driver's seat.When I called on 10/24 asking when I could pick up the truck, they admitted that the truck sat unmoved and untouched. They finally looked at the truck for the first time on 10/25.Mike called me the afternoon of 10/25 to discuss the issues found and to define the scope of work to be completed. They found two additional issue during their inspection amounting to a total of 4 problems (brake line, loose steering, transmission temperature sensor, and front/rear pads/rotors). I asked that they complete work for 2 (brake line, loose steering) of the 3 original issues as well as one additional problem they found (rear pads/rotors) as these were all major safety concerns. He indicated it would take a week (or two) to get the OEM brake line. I agreed to the new timeline.I called on 11/2 to check in. I was told it should be ready as they were expecting the parts to arrive soon and work would be completed shortly after. I heard nothing the remainder of the week, so I called on 11/7 to ensure the truck would be ready to pick up on 11/9 when I was back in Ohio for the last time. I was informed that it would be ready.I arrived to pick up the truck on 11/9, more than 3 weeks after I dropped it off. It was only while I was paying the bill that I found out they had only performed 1 (brake line) of the 3 agreed up on repairs.Since I was to pick up the truck from their location in Ohio and drive it to our new home in Indiana, I was *very* worried the truck was not safe to drive as they did not repair all of the safety-related issues we had agreed upon. I expressed this concern, paid my bill in full, and left.Upon stopping the first time after leaving, the brake pedal went to the floor. Fortunately, I was able to stop the truck, turn around, and return to the shop. I had the technicians bleed the brakes again. That seemed to help, but the pedal was still very soft and nearly traveled to the floor when stopping.I was informed by the technician that performed the work on the truck that he also wrote the initial diagnosis. He stated that the work order he received from Mike only stated to replace the brake line and did not include the other repairs.

Amazing Service and Friendly people. Went in for an alignment and they did Great. Thought it was a little off a week later and they really checked it for me \nd made sure everything was correct. Wonderful people and would recommend to others!!!

Had two new sets of tires mounted and balanced. I will never go back. Every time I have service I have to return for re-work, which takes hours. They just cannot seem to get the job done right the first time. The last time I had to go to Monroe muffler and pay them to fix the problem. I thought I had found a good place for repairs, I was wrong.

For the last several years, I have used BestOne to get my motorhome serviced before I head south for the year ahead. They are quick and do a good job. The people at the Wilmington, Ohio place are friendly.

Quality workmanship at a descent price. They do not up price like a couple of other shops around here. These other shops really need investigated for fraud.Best One is the " best one " in the community.

They will leave you car sit in their parking lot for a week tell you there is nothing wrong with it only to have it break down on you from the same issue they said nothing was wrong with. Then let it sit in their parking lot yet another week. I know you are wondering why it is taken back to this place well the reason is it's under warranty this is an issue they supposedly already fixed.

Had a flat on my trailer pulled in parking lot to change it,the guy came out said you cant do that here! So i said ill go on down the road and change it,he said cant let you do that its unsafe ill have to call the law if you leave,this went on till i bought a used tire,just know if you go here what type of people your dealing with!!
