Patrick is amazing. When I went into see if I could get a headlight replaced, instead of just selling me what I asked for he checked the car to make sure I needed it. Sure enough, I didn t need it.When I asked about another product, he showed me four options and explain the difference between them.When you go in, ask for Patrick

I cannot say enough great things about this place especially Roger who helped us out last weekend when a chunk of ice from a truck on the interstate broke off, hit us and broke our drivers side wiper. We were so lucky to have this happen close enough to this location because it made something very stressful end up not being such a big deal because Roger helped us with everything. I can t thank him enough. Best Autozone ever!

I talked with three different associates in as many days for a few issues on my truck. All of them were friendly and super helpful. My vehicle issues were resolved. Outstanding staff and service! I will continue to shop there in the future!

The manager Jason is a godsend. Had a dead battery and he not only jumped my car in the parking lot to get me to work but also had one of his employees meet me at my work later in the day and give me a jump so that I could come back and have the battery installed (it was a unique battery that was not in the store in the AM.) He was also very skilled in installing it, which is complicated to do in my car. Would definitely recommend this location, great team to work with.

Wow where do I start! This place is AMAZING!They really did everything they could to help me today, I would be lost without there help. I do not know anything about cars. They helped me fix my problem, and much more, gave me great advice. The atmosphere in there was friendly and easy going, everyone kept smiles on there faces and let me just say you do not see that anymore hardly.I will definitely be using them only for now on!Thank you AUTO ZONE in Wilmington Ohio!I would give you hundreds of stars if I could!

My serpentine belt broke and the 2 guys working in the Wilmington store were really helpful made sure we were good and didn t need to buy anything else before they locked up to go home for the night and the one guy even jumped my car for me after he got off work so thanks to both of yew guys. Most people don t help people out anymore. Meant a lot

Another place told me our battery was good and I new better. The associate that helped me there today checked it and first said it was ok until he put it under a load test and he found the battery to be bad. So well we needed a new battery he said the battery in there was a autozone battery and he looked it up and said it was still under warranty. He was honest because heck we didn't remember when or where we bought the battery. The associate was honest and he installed the battery and we was good to go. Great job today Autozone!!!!

This place is very helpful. I had trouble tightening my windshield wiper arm ,took my car there the attendendant came out and tightened it down for me and also helped me with my wiper blade. Very appreciative for their caring and professionalism.

I have always had positive experiences at every AutoZone location I have ever visited, and this one was no exception. If you don't even know what you need these experts can figure it out for you. I'm a handicapped old man and the guy behind the counter who rang me up even offered to carry my purchase out to the car for me.

I was in Cincinnati for work and was headed back to Cleveland when I noticed the car I was driving had an oil level alert come on. It s not my car so I quickly took it to the Autozone where one of the team members helped me. He tested the oil level, picked out the appropriate oil and refilled it. Really appreciated all of the help since I was pretty clueless and just trying to finish the three hour drive I had left.

I used to work for this autozone and I quit a lil over a week ago and haven't got my check and was told to call payroll that's not my job that should be up to the manager or district Manger to find that out not me

Have done a decent job of getting me the correct part. Prices are good. Most times they are helpful and engaging. Other times it's a bad day. We all have them. I will go back

Came out of grocery store from getting my flu shot and my brake light warning light was on. Pur town is in the middle of a huge construction project and it's not the time to be missing a brake light. Drove over to AutoZone. The kind employee looked up what light I needed (google search was wrong) and came out in the pouring rain to replace for me. So greatly appreciate the customer service. Went above and beyond for me. Hard to find that kind of service.

Just got saved from potentially getting pulled over. Stopped at this Auto Zone while an hour away from home on business. I knew driving in evening would be hard with headlights out. Auto Zone employee Jannelle saved me time, money and a potential police stop by changing both my headlights. I m a girly girl and didn t know how. This young lady showed me how. I love Auto Zone!!!
