One of the best of the one s visited. My oil change full service was under 5 minutes. your manager Pace was very professional and definitely an asset to your company. I will be getting my future service wherever he is.

Came here for an oil change and fluid refill. I got here about 8 am and only Keith was there. He was polite, professional, and quick with his service. I got an oil change with an extra 3/4 qt for my Fusion, fluids refilled, he checked the air filter, replaced a seal free of charge, and even put air in my tires for me! I had a long drive for the day so I was very appreciative of him. I absolutely will be back and recommend this Take 5 for any quick oil change/fluid needs! Thanks KeithService: Oil change

For several oil changes I've had a decent 4 star experience here. The oil was a bit excessive (especially when the dealer is charging 30 bucks less) and the upselling wasn't too much of a hassle. Then I get another oil change and a lady by the name of Heather attempts to sell me an engine air filter and a coolant exchange. The air filter I personally installed a week prior was clean. She said "do you want us to change this, it's bad" second she tells me that I should do a coolant exchange because mine is "low". I told her no to both but I did need some wiper blades. Man that was a bad idea. The blades were $27.99 each furthermore they are the wrong size! While they will do, she gave me 35-150 and 35-240. The correct blades are 35-160 and 35-240. Her computer didn't have my blade size so she just kept pulling blades off the wall until something appeared to fit. Those blades are streaking now 2,108 miles after the oil change. The total cost of all this was $144.96. Luckily I found a $25.00 off coupon so it was brought down to $128.44. Today I went to the dealer for a transmission oil and filter change per the manfucature specs and they did a multi point inspection. Not a single problem was found. Oh and on top of all of this, the receipt showed that the coolant was at a safe level and the air filter was clean, and my sticker for my next oil change was put at 3,000 miles. I had full synthetic and that is good for 7500 miles according to the maintenance schedule for my car. I've come to this location for my past 6 oil changes, but their lying has cost them my business. I have never given a bad review. I took my van in for an oil change. During the process they did not secure the oil filter on. When I started the engine 4 to 5 quarts of oil came out. This made a huge mess on top of my engine and below. They attempted to clean it and when finished the manager said some might burn off and it may smell. When I got home and pulled into my driveway it made a huge mess because lots of oil needed to be washed away there and wasn't. I spent 2 hours scrubbing the driveway and another 45 minutes cleaning the engine compartment. I was very upset about the mess on my driveway. The next morning the manager told me there's nothing he could do about it. The oil change was $93.54. I expected a refund because of the giant mess they caused do to complete incompetents. My advice is not to go to take 5 oil change on Vine Street. If they screw something up they'll do nothing to compensate for the mistakes. I'm lucky the engine did not catch on fire because there was puddles of oil on my engine.

Waited behind three cars for 1 hour. When I finally got into the bay I was told they were out of the oil filter for my car. Offer was made to provide 25% discount off of the price, which was nice. However the pricing was about 25% higher than the dealer for the same synthetic oil.

Kid went to use a pipe to hold up my hood when there is one on my vehicle and I told them not to use there's but to use what is under there for a reason. Other than that my last trip was excellent

I took my 2019 f150 to the willoughby branch for an oil change and they told me they did not have the plastic caps and sent me to vine street. I got to vine street and the employee told me they couldn t do an oil change for me because a manager wasn t present. So I visited two locations and got no oil change. But at least there were two bottles of water out of it

The service was stellar! The employees were respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They educated me on products and services, and did a great job on my vehicle. I have a shop closer to my home but this is the shop I will use moving forward. Loved it

I only go to the Take 5 on Vine St in Eastlake. The guys there are great! I trust them to take care of my car and make sure everything is taken care of securely before I leave. Polite and truly caring.

My experience at Take 5 was average. I got my oil changed but it wasn t a spectacular experience. I would say an oil change takes about 15 minutes per car, which isn t bad, but two employees were arguing about work hours, time off, and who s the supervisor. Very awkward customer experience because I m trapped in my car with the window down during their argument. The oil change was fairly priced and they do offer coupons.

Service was slow because the manager i guess was training some. That was fine. The only thing l didn't like was they replaced my oil plug saying it was a about to strip out. This was only the 4th oil change that was done. I know when the trainees was draining my oil my whole car was shaking making me believe his was turning the plug the wrong way.

Went there yesterday to get my eCheck done for registration renewal. The attendant Rafael saw us in our car and immediately brought us 2 bottles of water and greeted us courteously. He conducted the eCheck in an efficient and professional manner. Shout out to Rafael for making the experience easy and hassle free.

First time going to one of these places I highly recommend going if you need your Echeck done. There was 3 men there very kind and very respectful all 3 of them. My tires light was on and he fixed all my tires and I didn't even ask. Thank you to the men that were working there butts off, you need to try this place, it's under new management so if you didn't like it before you will now

Predatory practices: My engine was overheating, and I noticed something leaking from my car so I took it to Takefive and the lady there offered to do a coolant flush after getting an oil change and other other filters replaced. Initially I declined because it didn t make too much sense to me and I let her know that the extra money would put a financial burden on me, but she kept on insisting, saying that it may fix the issue and that my car hasn t had one in over 2 years. She also told me that my engine could start seizing . It was hard to imagine someone going this far out of their way to line their pockets so I ended up getting the coolant flush. Later, after talking to someone that knows cars, I found out that when coolant is leaking, it is a waste of money to get a coolant flush. These types of tactics aren t what I would expect from a larger chain.

Well the service was subpar my back wiper cap n tire cap were missing once I left...the employees..the girl didn't smile...the bsldhead guy tried to holler with a girlfriend...n the lowlevel(under car working) snapped his fingers n called me driver after addressing another female he was talking to. They not professional and not outwardly courteous to ALL CUSTOMERS...TERRIBLE!

They advertise that they can do E-checks but their computer just said Error and wouldn't run the test. Wasted 30 minutes of my life by going here.
