From the minute I met Carrie I knew this place is different. She took amazing care of me and did a great job on my car. (I was specifically looking for a mechanic who will help me do my repairs with my cars extended warranty. She knows the system well and stood by me every step of the way no matter how difficult the warranty company made it.)The mechanics are experts and my car runs perfectly. They took me out to show me what needs done and explained it all really well. The cost for the repairs I had to pay for were very fair priced.Thank you Dovid for recommending this place!

Carrie and her staff are the most wonderful people! Times are tough right now and our car needed a decent amount of work. They made it completely worry free and for a ridiculously great price! This will be our new home shop. Give them a call!

I Really Appreciate Carrie For Being Able To Explain To Me & Show Me What Was Wrong With My Car, I Love The Fact That Instead Of Just Taking My Money She Gave The Option On Going Back To A Shop I Originally Went To To Fix The Problem Or To Have Them Do It Which I Chose To Have The Workers At Expert Do It Mainly Because Of How Honest & Genuine She Was About Everything ! & It Didn t Cost Me A lot ! When My Car Was Done Being Fixed & I Got In To Drive It I Wanted To Cry Because It Had Been Weeks With Me Dealing With It Messing Up & I Was Told Different Things Were Wrong With It That Were Pricey At The Other Shop So I Really Thank Carrie & Her Team !!

Leon is a great and honest business owner. My mom has been going to him for years and I see why, great work at a fair price. Did a timing chain job on a truck that nobody else wanted to touch. I'm very happy with the top notch work they did! They replaced my front brake pads and rotors and did a great job at a really good price! I'm glad I found them after another place nearby couldn't get my brakes done for four hours. Leon got me in right away and everything was done an hour and a half later. I'll be coming back here for my next car repair. It's hard to find an honest mechanic that does really good work at fair prices!

My family and I have been going to Expert Auto Repair for quite awhile. We've taken I think up to four or five of our vehicles, a range of different makes.I wanted to finally write a review towards Leon and his shop. He did such outstanding work in regards my car. The service I specifically needed was a new subframe. In this Cleveland weather, the subframe had rusted out. To be honest, it was a very big job especially for the make of my car, but Leon took on the task and restored my car to its glory.My car now runs so much safer, cleaner and happier.I really am grateful for Leon and his team. I recommend you bring your car here because you really will not easily find such a knowledgeable, well-working auto repair shop with honest pricing like they have.

Expert Auto is the number one choice for all our car repair needs, regardless how far we've moved from the place. It started more than a decade ago, when they quoted us pretty much a half price for my car problem than another repair shop did. I think, it was oil head gasket leak... Many years and many cars later we still return to Expert Auto. You always can expect the prompt service, friendly attitude, knowledgeable mechanics, and reasonable price. Special thanks to the owner Leon for the great, reliable service all this time.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, affordable place to have your car repaired Expert Auto is the place to go!The owner and staff is so friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and I really like that they always call me and tell me exactly what needs repaired and how much it will cost to repair before they start working on it. I have been going here for a few years now and I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Best auto repair service I've been to so far. Very honest mechanic with fair prices. He will tell you what's the problem in details and what he needs to do. My car was fixed in a day and I didn't spent a lot for such a nasty problem I had. My friend also went there with steering wheel problem but it was only a car's computer problem, so he got it fixed in 10 minutes for free.

This is the best mechanic in a 25 mile radius. We have had 4 or 5 vehicles serviced by Expert Auto, some of which were proactively saved from catastrophic failure.Great (and fair) pricing, trustworthy, great diagnostic skills, true of both the owner and his staff. I couldn't recommend Expert Auto Repair any more highly...

Talk about a great shop to go to. I lost my ability to wrench due to rheumatoid arthritis late last year, so I'm overly skeptical about using other shops. I gave Leon the master mechanic a real headache of a job, a car with 2 misfiring cylinders, oil leaks every where, bad wheel bearings, and even worse I brought my own parts. Best of all I needed it done in 2 days or less.A day an a half later I get the car back in better condition than it's even been, ahead of schedule, and he even recommended against some work I wanted done to save money. I took the car home, looked over all of the work; and as a prior shop owner, and a young master mechanic I recommend him highly, and will be giving him my business & referrals exclusively. Thanks again Leon!

I've been there for repairs numerous times over the years, live around the corner. Referred many friends. Never an issue. They always complete the agreed upon repairs for the price quoted5/2/2023: Leon did it again! A complex comuter security (skim--anti-theft) issue. He stayed the course, figured it out-all at a fair price.

We love this place. We re now taking our 6th or 7th car here and we d never go anywhere else. Through all the work we ve had done at Expert Auto, we ve never once had a problem. If you want an honest & ethical mechanic that works hard and is always fair you have found your spot. We personally vouch for Expert Auto s expertise!

Expert Auto is the best. Leon is awesome! I think they are Russian. He is so sweet. They do a great job and try to save you some money or tell you or doesn't need fixed yet. We buy tires there too sometimes. The first time we went to them they said we needed a new engine! It was bad. We took it to the dealer who said the same thing but twice the price. Leon found a used engine and the car then ran for another 200,000 under his care. Also took care of my 1997 VW golf for like a decade. Love them, and they get your car done quick. They always have been so honest. I am really thankful to have them. They also work on imports. We asked him how long my old vw would last. he said "i am not God as to know how long car will last. I will say this... is best running piece of crap."

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience! I thought my upstream O2 sensor needed replaced, but they told me it was the other sensor. When the mechanic removed the old one he came an showed me what it looked like, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was quick and not overpriced.

Had a great experience here! They took care of the initial problem I asked them to fix and then called and informed me that I needed ball joints replaced. He offered to not charge me for labor to put them in, just had to pay for parts! So awesome! Very professional and kind! I dont want to have to come back, but when I need anything else done I will be coming here!

Took my 2011 BMW 535i there for an over heating issue Leon was honest and very professional, his prices are very reasonable, car was fixed and ready to go in a very timely matter! I would recommend this shop to anyone in search of a quality an knowledgeable auto repair shop I will definitely be back for all of my future repair needs, wish I found this place sooner wish I could give 10 stars!

My check engine light was on so I had the code read at the local auto parts store (they do that for free) It said I had a bad steering control sensor. So I took it up to Leon and he said he was down a mechanic and to bring it in in a week. Hey no problem. So I take the car back to get it fixed. I go back to pick it up and nothing was fixed. I was charge $44.94 for diagnostics. I need my car fixed! I knew the problem. You did nothing but inconvenience me and take my money. The car is still broken! 45 bucks and 24 hrs without a car for what autozone across the street does for free while you wait. Thanks Leon! UPDATE!! 24 hrs later and the light is back on. Bottom line is I took the car to be repaired, I told him to change the steering control sensor and he didn't. Large EVAP leak, yup fixed it, all I had to do was give the cap a twist. They take the time to not throw random parts on by not fixing anything! 2 hrs to plug in a diagnostic tool and google the codes?? Really?

Excellent service. They let you know the problem of your car even the ones you had no idea about and they provide perfect solution. They re price is pocket friendly and they have a great team.No regrets coming here

Took car there for a replacement pcv valve. After they replaced it, the car is essentially no longer drivable and the plastic shield under the car is held on by one bolt instead of five. I don't know what they did with the other four but makes me wonder if something that is basically cosmetic wasn't put back together what did they leave out that caused the car to be virtual undrivable?They then told me it was a idle valve controller which was $300 locally picked I up online for less but still a lot. Then when I bought it there to talk about it he said sounds more like transmission... which wasn't an issue before I brought it there in the first place...I saved $100 by not going to the Honda dealer but I also no longer have a car so it really cost me ten times that amount. Live and learn. If you know them and have a good relationship with them more power to you. If you are looking for a new mechanic I'd try other places.

Great service, quick and reliable. Fixed my car in a fashionable time, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Car drives great, and extremely happy with the service. Will come for repairs in the future!

Expert Auto Repair has real experts. They are really good and knowledgeable and real sharp and quick too. They don't fake you to pull more money. For any Car problem, go there to get it fixed. I strongly recommend.

Great shop with quality job. Not super expensive. Always find ways to take me even when slammed with work. Took a couple of used cars to them for diagnostics before buying, found all problems and explained me what I could get myself into.
