They did a fantastic job repairing my accord. Luckily enterprise is in the same building. So I was able to get a rental the day I dropped my car off.Overall, fantastic service, fantastic communication, and fantastic work! Everything was done in a timely manner too!

The customer service was great, I was informed of the progress daily via text. My car was stolen and suffered some major damage. The work that was done was top tier, my car look the same as the day I first drove it off the lot couldn t tell a thing had happen to it. I would highly recommend their services..

Picked my vehicle up last week. The next day I found that a mouse had gotten into the center console, chewed paper items I placed there before dropping off the vehicle, and left droppings. I was told my vehicle took longer to repair because of electrical issues that were found, my assumption after finding the mouse issue was that it was caused by chewing. When I called in to speak with Dan, he said the electrical work was to run a code scanner and check for issues, but that s not what he said originally. When I told him of the mouse problem, he seemed as if it was not anything major. I now will be taking my vehicle in to a new shop to confirm that there is no damage. I have informed my insurance to never offer this as a reliable servicer to me again.

Poor customer service. The adjuster at Excalibur attempted to charge me for the repair even though I explained that my insurance co. was paying for the damages, ( the other party accepted liability ). It was necessary for me to contact insurance again and they contacted Excalibur and got it resolved. Work took much longer than expected, they did a good job on the repair.

The weather quickly changed one evening and I hit black ice causing damage to my vehicle it had to be towed. I had it sent to a repair shop as the wheel was broke. The repair shop said some of the parts were no longer available thus the car would be totaled. Something didn t sound right so a friend of mine referred Excalibur who sent a tow the next day to pick up the car and within a week they verified the car was not a loss and found the parts needed. I was beyond relieved as this car was just purchased a few months prior and finding a decent used car was exhausting in this market. They did an excellent job from start to finish!! Highly recommend

I m very happy with the overall services I received from start to finish. They kept in contact with me through the entire process. The estimate never changed. The car was finished at the estimated time. The quality of the repair was great. They even cleaned the interior of car too. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. The repairs on the car looked great! However the time that it took for me to receive my car back was ridiculous! 6 weeks for a broken window, key ignition repairs, a flattened tire, and a dip on the hood. My insurance covered 4 weeks, but the other two weeks were out of pocket and they had no regard for that. I was quoted different days for when it would be done for 2 whole weeks which was frustrating. The car was not totaled and I know of people who have had way more damage to their car who have gotten theirs back in a fraction of the time. Use these folks for the first time through Geico to repair some damage on my truck. The process was made super simple by their staff, and the work that was completed is on point. This shop is incredibly good. My car was done to a high level and the staff was really nice and took care of everything in a timely and professional manner. I used Excalibur Auto Body because I was in a car accident. They quickly retrieved my car using a tow truck and consistently communicated with me throughout the process. After returning the car, there were some things still wrong with it. I called them and they asked me to bring the car in so they could rectify it. I am now a happy customer! Thanks for everything, Excalibur!

Gary Z. Is the man took very good care of me . The work they did on my ram 1500 is top tier. Looks as if my truck never got rear-ended. Very professional, friendly, efficient and honest. Kept me informed on the progress via text. Washed it once they was done. Just incredible service.Thanks again Excalibur

Cosmetic repairs were completed satisfactorily, but I am left with a snapping noise in my Rack & pinion, that was not addressed. Additionally, State Farm was told that this was a prior issue before the accident. (clairvoyance)?

I was recently involved in a car accident that left my whole front bumper needing to be replaced. Rob Matusik and the team at Excalibur Auto Body did such an amazing job replacing and repairing my car!! From the beginning, Rob informed me that because of part ordering delays I might have to wait about a month until I would be able to pick up my car. However, it only took two weeks! If I'm ever involved in a collision again (hopefully not), I know I can count on the professionalism and timeliness that Rob and his team provided me. Thank you Excalibur for taking care of my 2018 Audi A4!!!

Charged my insurance company for a new battery but never replaced the battery. The Damage also had nothing to do with the battery so safe to say they try to hide items in the bill to get more out of the insurance companies.

I wish I could leave a six star review. I dropped my car off last week for the front bumper and the fenders to be repainted. I called into the office twice this week and instead of a "idk" response they called me back a few moments later and gave me detailed response of what was going on. Wow. Today i picked up the car and was informed that the hood would not match with the rest of the front end (Which i was expecting). Instead of saying screw it, they repainted the hood free of charge so it would look great. (not saying that they will paint things for free for you). Who does that? They go out of their way to deliver the best result and best costumer service. No one else does that. I have never in my life been treated so well at any business. I will be recommending them to everyone including strangers I don't know. Price, costumer service and quality work is what they do best do not go anywhere else you will regret it. Excalibur just gained a costumer that will not go anywhere else.Service: Painting

The staff is friendly and professional. We use them for our company car repairs, and then when my car was rearended I found out they were a preferred company with my insurance. They handled my rental car on the spot and my car was returned spotless. You couldn't ask for more!

I never write reviews so that tells you just how awfully I was treated. I had an emergency and got stuck on the side of the road with no gas. I called Roadside Assistance through my insurance and this is the company they chose. This company never came for me after 2 hrs of just needing a small tank of gas to get me to the next gas station. Absolutely terrible company. I called them multiple times and they kept sending me to voicemail. Couldn't even be honest with me and just let me know that they weren't coming so I could call someone else. 0/10. If they treat me like this behind gas just imagine how they'll treat your car when they work on it.

My car was rear-ended and sustained extensive damage. Excalibur arranged for a rental vehicle and patiently waited while I spent three weeks trying to get the other person's insurance to cooperate. Finally had to go through my own insurance and Excalibur immediately began work. When I went to pick up my car it looked like new. Was in an accident Feb 4. The accident was not my fault, but the other driver didn t have insurance. So I made a claim with my insurance when Excalibur did the estimate on Feb 14, I was told they would call me when I could bring my vehicle in for repairs. I got the estimate back Feb 17, it s been over 2 months since my accident and I ve made 5 calls to Amy at excalibur and nothing has been scheduled. Every time I speak to her, she dismisses me and says she will call me back when they have a time to bring my vehicle in for repairs. Still have not gotten any calls back from her or anyone else from Excalibur. Decided to take my vehicle elsewhere for repairs. Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.
