I always get my oil changed there and have always had great service until last week. I was informed that one of my license plate lights was burned out and would I like to change it. I declined and the guy said I could possibly get pulled over by the police. I was skeptical but told them to change the bulb. I didn't pay much attention which is my fault but a few days later I noticed a wire hanging where the bulb SHOULD have been. Not only was there no bulb but the cover where the bulb is located was not there either. I'm so upset because I didn't notice it right away and now I'm driving around with no bulb and no cover and out $14.99 for a service that wasn't done. Now I not only have to find a place that carries the cover and bulb but also find someone competent to install it. They're great for changing oil but don't let them touch your car for anything else!EDIT: Situation resolved. The manager called me personally, ordered a new part and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Part was installed quickly. Not only is this great example of resolving a complaint but retaining a loyal customer.

I live in Michigan and was in Ohio. I had to get my oil changed. I looked online and found this location. I don't think I have EVER had service this good. There was an entire team that worked together. They were cheerful, welcoming, and caring; they even addressed me by name. I was out of there in 10 minutes!I highly recommend them!!!

Took my car there for a oil change also purchased a serpentine belt when the belt on the car wasn't really that worn but to be on the safe side I purchased it. My car was not leaking anything at all prior to going to Valvoline now it's leaking oil in my driveway. I called and spoke to Marvin whom said to bring the car back to them . I'm unsure if I want to deal with them because my car wasn't leaking anything prior to them giving an oil change. I'll give an updated review once this situation is properly handled!!!!!

Room to improve I suppose.Stopped in with my truck for an oil change and was able to get right in which I was happy about. The lead tech was friendly and upbeat and kept things moving.It was pointed out that I had a burned out market light and I wanted new wipers for winterThe light proved to be more involved than what they were able to get into so we passed. The guys kept setting the new wipers and packaging on the hood of my truck which anyone in that field should know that doesn t fly and I had greasy fingerprints on my windshieldI swapped my wheels for winter yesterday and saw that they hadn t greased the front end on the truck either$147 for an oil change and a couple wiper blades. Guess I expected a bit better experience.Back to doing it myself I suppose

Marilyn and Katrina here at Willoughby Euclid Ave location are rocking it. Great atmosphere here, they are in a great mood that s makes customers feel amazing. Service is fast and professional.

I've seen Jason and the team here twice and they're always excellent. The oil tastes amazing. I recommend pairing it with chicken from next door as it really elevates the earthy notes in the oil.

Came up on a Saturday for an oil change. Collin & Nate did an awesome job. Super thorough and detailed. Also I had a previous coolant leak, valvoline was unable to do the exchange after trying for 30 minutes. These guys took care of it & flushed it twice, properly. I couldn't be happier with the service. Will definitely be going here from now on!

Kind of wonder what they do under your vehicle when you watch them remove the window washer fluid screen filter to fill the washer fluid.35 minute oil change. Spent good 10 minutes trying to reach the oil filter that they dropped and got stuck in the chassis.Drips under vehicle where filter dropped. Hand prints and excess oil on worker hands.

Absolute rockstars. They got me in and out despite the long line of cars I was waiting behind. Two bays opened and I was taken care of in Taylor and Keon's bay. Great communication and awesome experience from beginning to end, gave me the stats of my car, topped me off and took care of my oil change efficiently. Highly recommended!!!!!

Taylor was great! She clearly explained some issues they found with my car during oil change/tire rotation and helped answer all my questions. Just chilled & listened to my podcast til it was my turn. Kinda expensive but I had low transmission fluid that I was unaware of. The guys hooked me up and I was on my way. Great experience, definitely going back!

Great service great staff as always didn't have a coupon, but he still gave me one the manager Kavon very professional and very attentive, top-notch service from him, handles customers very quite well and carries himself very professionally for the company. He works for highly recommend this place I come here often to do my car oil changes thank you guys.

Absolutely not pleased with service. Each of my tires were a different PSI. The clip for the housing of my air filter was broke and I checked when I got home, I heard rattling and loud noise. Plus the arm to hold my hood up wasn t even snapped in, it was dangling on my engine. I m sticking to the dealer from now on.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My wife had an oil change recently. It is 2023 GMC Acadia (a 6 month old vehicle with 13,000 miles) and the salesman was trying to upsell an airfilter change and also saying how GMC has bad transmissions so you better get your oil changed every 4k miles with full-synthetic or else it will damage transmission.I think this was trying to upsell to a customer who doesn't know better. Ill change my review if guidelines or an article is posted to show that an oil change has an impact on the transmission, or that an airfilter should be changed on a new vehicle after 6 months and 13k miles.

I drive past this place all the time and never stopped there but thank God a friend sent me a 50% off coupon. They were sooo nice!! I loved that I could see what they're doing from inside my car on a screen! It took them maybe 15 mins. Then besides the oil they topped off all my other fluids and I was able to pay with my phone as well! It was organized and neat I will be going back!

This place did a stellar job. It took a some time but I had oil, serpentine belt, & transmission flush/changed. So, this time spent was expected. The staff was very friendly and professional. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. Great experience all around.

Marilyn the assistant manager is so personable and professional. I enjoyed my oil change and she even changed my wiper blade at no charge. Super place to have maintenance for your vehicle.

The service was good, and the staff did an excellent job, very thorough. As with most of the oil change places, they try to upsell additional items, I was told I should change my air filter every 12,000 miles and had it replaced while there at 20,000 miles per there recommendation, but in reviewing my manual, gm claims I should change at 72,000 miles. I guess I should have checked the manual first, my $25.00 mistake. The other issue is, I had the highest quality synthetic oil which is supposed to last up till 7,200 miles per change, yet the sticker that was placed on my windshield has me due to come back at 5,000 miles , which is actually 1,000 miles less than the manufacturers recommended 6,000. I guess that's how they make their money, I'll be a little better prepared if I decide to use this company again.
