Top-notch service, friendly, and knowledgeable. Even during a Cleveland snow storm, Andrew came to my house and installed some new much-needed tires on my vehicle. He made sure to answer all my questions, and completed the service for 20% cheaper than the dealership wanted too! Thank you!

Horrible experience! Damaged my 45k SUV. One of the $600 rear tires on my 100k+ Sportscar was over a year old when I was told by the franchisee owner that all tires were within 2 months old when installed. When I confronted the Franchisee the same day he said his district rep said he could not take them back once they were mounted due to a liability issue. THE MOST AMAZING SERVICE! I had the pleasure of working with Andrew and it was so nice being able to be reassured that everything would be taken care of for a very reasonable price. I had a flat and was so worried because I couldn t change my tire to put the spare on to go get a patch. Tread Connection was able to come to me and helped change the tire and see if it could be patched. Because of where the puncture was it wasn t wise to patch it so they were able to order me my tires within 2 days. Andrew was able come back out to get my car all ready to go. He was able to explain everything he was going to do. Did it within an hour and made sure all my questions were answered. Honestly 10/10 experience!!

This is the best keep secret and it shouldn t be! I had 2 cars that needed replacement tires and didn t have the time to make separate appointments at a tire repair store. Tread Connection replaced both tires, did the balancing and install right in my driveway. Excellent experience. Highly recommended!

Outstanding service!! I've some very bad experience with tire replacements - so I'm always terrified when I need new tires. With Tread Connection however you'll get top notch service! Andrew treats your car like his own. He takes great care and pride in his work. You owe it your car to give it a try!!!

Andrew was awesome. Super easy to communicate with. Worked with my schedule. Came out on schedule as he stated perfectly on time. Took him no time and he changed all my tires and cleaned up remarkably. Absolutely recommend him and his company.

Excellent service !! I needed a new tire due to a blow out , when I spoke with Andrew he asked a few simple questions & then did all the work necessary to assist . He ordered the new tire, picked it up , and when he got to my location he professionally changed out my tire !! Andrew was awesome !! Exceptional service would highly recommend Tread Connecton.

I do not recommend using this franchisee unless you want to risk getting your car damaged. Which is exactly what he did to my SUV when jacking my car up in the wrong place and crushed the pinch weld and made a hole in the underside of my car.

5 stars all the way!! Had a flat and he came promptly and repaired it and also checked all my tires and spare. I was dreading taking the tire off myself and running it to a shop...this was well worth it!

As the owner of a landscaping company, saving time on maintenance is key. Andrew was able to get new tires put on my trucks in the evening, once the trucks were back at the shop.
