Everyone here is great. The work is solid , it s honest , quality work. I took over an hour drive to come here for my Silverado and this is a trip I will be making from now on no questions asked. If you re looking for a friendly staff and someone to treat your vehicle like their own - this is the only place to go.

I have took my Jeep to a couple different shops in the area. And I got to say, it's definitely a bit of fresh air from this place. Great customer service from Holly and not to mention she explained everything to me. Very outgoing and she definitely knew what she was talking about. And I'm not sure what the one mechanics name was. But he was very tall. Lol. He also explained a couple of things to me. And answered a lot of my questions.I don't know about you, But it seems to me that a lot of places are in a hurry to get you in and out. Without totally explaining everything. And this place isnt like that. And that to me, makes a big difference..And not to mention great prices and Awesome customer service from everyone..

Performance Automotive was very honest in their assessment of my vehicle. Shawn lets you know what services need to be performed, what could wait and what does not need to be done at all. Would never go anywhere else for our vehicles needs! Friendly, trustworthy, family like atmosphere and the staff is super knowledgeable, kind, and never try to upsell or fix things that aren't broken! All our vehicle's jobs have always been completed quickly and repaired properly and their prices can't be beat! If you have any vehicle needs go here! You will never be disappointed!

I'm from out of state and was looking to purchase a vehicle from the Willoughby area.I didn't know anyone in the area, much less a good shop to send the vehicle to get inspected at. However, based on the multiple five star reviews, I decided to give performance automotive a chance. Let me tell you, they are five star for a reason. These folks took time out of their day to not only listen to my concerns, but also took time out of their day to inspect a vehicle I had found on the internet for FREE. I have never heard of any shop doing anything like that and I am forever thankful. These folks went above and beyond inspecting this vehicle inside and out, spoke to me on the phone, exchanged texts, and even sent me pictures. Because of their thorough inspection they TRULY saved me from buying a vehicle that would have been a money pit. Thank y'all for being so kind, patient, understanding, courteous, and going above and beyond for a stranger that lives in another state. Now I wish I lived in the Willoughby area just so I can use y'all services for my own cars. Seriously, if you need a shop that is honest and knowledgeable, Performance Automotive is the place to go. From Walter (security), to Holly, to Shawn the mechanic, all the way up to the dizzy heights of Nick the mechanic, this company is a breath of fresh air. Honest as the day is long, old world charm and service. Compassionate and understanding folks who I cannot recommend highly enough moving forward with any automobile issues!

Installed new struts, shocks, tie rod end, Swaybar link, and a wheel bearing all in one day with short notice. Cost hundreds less than the competition! My van rides like new again!

The team at Performance Automotive was professional, personable, accommodating, and fast! When I got my oil changed here it was very simple and easy to schedule. I got to meet the entire team that was working on my car. The owner spent a few minutes with me and made me feel very comfortable because this was my first time visiting and using their services. This shop is an absolute gem! I brought my 2015 Infiniti Q50S here to have lowering springs and new wheels/tires installed. I was skeptical of the quality of work after calling so many other shops and being quoted so much higher than Performance Automotive. Man was I wrong, it was almost too good to be true. I was out of town for work when my car was in their shop and Sean kept me updated the whole time. Sean personally sent me pictures of the process step-by-step, and seemed just as excited as me regarding the upgrades to my car. Sean is also great at explaining technical matters to someone like me who is not a mechanic or an expert with cars. Being rare to find shops that don't take advantage of the customer, have expert knowledge/quality, and an extremely friendly/helpful/personable owner/mechanic that takes immense pride in their work, I cannot recommend anywhere other than Performance Automotive.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair

Got headers and high flow cats installed from these guys. They did a perfect job and they have very affordable prices. I recommend them to anyone looking to get performance mods on their cars!

Knowledgeable, reasonable, reliable. The staff at the shop is always pleasant, never rush me with answers to my questions even if I am asking a possibly "dumb question", I like to understand what we are fixing and why so that I can make truly informed decisions Instead of treating me like I'm a dumb woman or a $ sign walking the way many many auto shops tend to do . Never tried to upsell me on most expensive or unnecessary parts like other shops have. Highly recommended this Shop

Excellent service! Shawn got my vehicle in right away. He diagnosed the problem quickly, got the parts, and I was on my way in a little over an hour. Inexpensive too! Get your car fixed here!

We traveled a long way to see the van. He sold it before we got there and didn't let us know until we arrived. Will not deal with him again.
