Not a bad job on Detective MS car not bad! I would recommend you to anybody! You know across the street somewhere I had someone TIGHTEN all the lug nuts on too tight. They also kind of threw the trunk back together didn't tie down the spare! It kind of looked like Angry Auto I need your help here! It's a Ford 500 you know one of those 2005 or 2007 ones two years they made it! It has solid Chrome lug nuts not the Chrome covering numbers but they're solid all the way through I need 20 of them wait I do mortgages I make that 25 or tires five what am I talking about 20 LOL LOL 20 solid lug nuts just drop them off at Tire Depot in Willoughby on Ben Hur. You can give them to Tommy or his daughter if she's working you remember Tire Depot Jerry used to own it! I have a relationship with them for tires no pun intended make sure you do it!! Just bill the city of Willoughby!!! After all it's one of their detectives mom's cars! Make it happen thank you so much great place. I think these other people just got peed off because they got drug into some kind of stupid mess have a great day great week I'll keep sending people your way my mouth runs like water! Trust me! I have a couple other shots I send them so much business they made me business cards I'm not joking I will pay for that tenfold but I think that's something you could do for the detectives mom or the city can do it somebody is going to do it trust me have a great day week New Year

Wow, such excellent service! Very responsive, fast, deliver what they promise, kind and patient, reasonable prices, very knowledgeable and experienced, explain fixes in lay terms. Highly recommend.

I was well pleased they were willing and able to schedule my car in before my long trip. The price was right. The service was professionally done, reliable and long lasting. I highly recommend this place.

Mike and his guys do fantastic work. My family has been using the shop for 15+ years, and we completely trust them to be honest about what repairs need to be done to our cars (of many different makes over the years). Mike's pricing is extremely competitive and his mechanics communicate well through out the repair and service processes. Make sure to call for an appointment with some notice as they are usually busy.They go above and beyond in today's world of franchise and dealer repair shops.

My wife and I were pulling a heavy cargo trailer back to PA when our truck started stalling and not restarting for 3/4 hour, only to run for 5 - 10 minutes before shutting off again. Thanks to an angel with a large pickup and tow chain who pulled us off the road, (he refused any payment and only said his name was Don ) when the truck restarted we made it to the hotel Don knew about, Wingate by Windham Mentor, OH. Next day all of the shops were too busy to see us for at least 2 days. Here's where even more divine intervention happens. The Hotel's owner, Marty, overheard me talking on the phone asking a shop if they could recommend another shop which they couldn't as I had already called all of them and all were booked for at least two days out. Marty said if the truck would start to follow him. The truck did start, ran fine and we got to Mike s shop. The second I walked in and met him, his calm, reassuring manner told me this travel nightmare was over. It was repaired later that day (faulty crankshaft position sensor) and we were on our way again. Mike let me thank the mechanic who diagnosed the problem and repaired it another great fellow. The bill was almost nothing to what I expected because it included an hour of testing to make sure that was the only problem. Mike even gave me the faulty part as I was curious. I didn t even know there was such a device!! May God bless all of you!! Tom n Sandra

At the time I thought my experience at Mikes was pretty good. Got the job done quickly. I later found out that it wasn't such a great deal after all. I was charged around $450 to replace most of the parts in my brakes. (Charged WAY to much) The shop did not do a great job of cleaning the remaining parts on the brakes and two years later I needed a full replacement due to damages from not previously cleaning what I believe was the pads. I paid hundreds less at another shop two years later. Sad that at the time I was in high school so that money was well over half of my account. Just not pleased with the job and do not think that price anywhere near fair.

Mike is fair and reasonable. They will give you facts and won't mislead you. As far as mechanics go, there is a reason why they are always busy.
