No respect for property of others . Damaged the landscaping at my HOA the driver claimed it was there before even though I had photos of his truck in the grass with the ruts his truck created. Called their office asked for them to take care of the landscaping damage to which they never followed up. Imagine what would happen if they damaged your car while towing it. I'm sure they'd just say it was damaged before too

I wrecked my car a few months ago and was basically stranded on an off ramp where I went off the freeway. One of their drivers saw me while he was on the freeway - turned around and came to help. He even gave me his jacket since I was freezing and didn't have one. Best experience with a tow company, if i need a tow again I will definitely be calling.

My car has been having problems recently.Needed to be towed twice in the last day.Excalibur was sent by my insurance company and they were punctual and extremely fast. The driver's name was Kevin. Coolest dude ever and very careful with you car

Said they would be at location eta 1hr 35min, never showed up. Been sitting on 480 going on 3hrs. Ended up calling insurance back up to get a different tow. Tried calling four times no answer, never got a call back. Only reason why I gave a star is so it could be posted. Worthless in my eyesService: TiresService: Tires

I had my car repaired by this company & something was stolen from my car. I didn't notice it right away. When I did i contacted the company immediately. I have not heard from the company, I'm quite certain they have cameras. If you use this company, take pictures of anything inside your car, even if you think it won't be stolen.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They came to pick up our car that we were trading into a dealership. When the tow truck driver arrived at the dealership, he proceeded to bad-mouth our car that he was dropping off. Obviously he did not realize that word would get back to me. Terrible manners of a supposed "professional" tow company sent out by GEICO. highly displeased, would not recommend to anyone.

Needed a tow a couple weeks ago. Geico sent Excalibur. Norm arrived earlier than the ETA. He was extremely friendly & professional, & he brought my car right where it needed to go. Thank you, Norm!

Wonderful experience. My car had to be towed to repair shop. Attendant was very kind and attentive and waited patiently to make sure that I and my passenger were safely on our way home.

The fact that they canceled my tow because they don't allow people to ride with them is ridiculous because of covid...even though I could've worn a mask sure did I give attitude about it yes but having an awful day you think someone would be a little more understanding and try to resolve the issue but no they hang up on you and cancel services

Never ever will I do business with Excalibur again !We are still having problems with the car. The staff particular this one person is a big liar. They should have been recorded.

We used their towing service through our Geico roadside assistance and they went above and beyond to get us towed to where we needed to go.

I was going to ask if they could fix my car since they were towing it. Glad i didnt! Someone said their work was of poor quality anyway.
