Run, don't walk AWAY from this place. Went in an hour before closing to get my tire looked at and replaced. It was obvious, from the jump, I was being rushed out the door. Not only did they NOT actually look to see what the problem was, they rush put the "new" tire on (New, meaning, 2 years old). Made my problem worse! Only drove for 20 minutes and my TPMS light was on again. Took it somewhere else, and they were able to remedy the problem. And inform me Conrad's didn't even take the extra 10 seconds to adjust the wheel weight while putting my rim back on. But if you don't want to take it from me, take it from the mechanic at the other shop who actually remedied my problem -- "Whoever put this tire on is an idiot." Have had my car for 10 years, and have had to replace a tire or two EVERY year since starting to take my car here in 2021. Never again. I get wanting to get home early, but not at the risk of someone's tire blowing up going 60 down the freeway.

BUYER BEWARE; After sitting for 2 hours for them to check my tires for an isthey came back and said both my front wheel bearings need replaced for $1580! After purchasing the wheel bearing myself at a cost of $219 each, It was determined that it wasn't my wheel bearings at all and in fact it was my universal choice which costs about $25 each. It appears this place has a problem with honesty!

I take all of my cars here and have never had any issues with price or service. Just today I showed up unexpectedly and asked them if they could do a prepurchase car inspection on a used car I've been looking at. Within 15 minutes my car was on the lift and the manager was pointing out any potential issues I could have in the future. It's service like that, that keeps me going back. Thank you!

Made an appointment told 1 to 1.5 hours. It has been 2.5 hrs and I am still sitting here. No one working on my car that is on the rack. 3 hours! Never again! For those of you who do go make sure they do what they say. Checking your alignment is part of their tire installation. Turns out their alignment machine wasn't even working when I went. They never mentioned it to me. When I asked about it they said just bring it in and they will do it. I Guess they expect me to clear another 3 hours of my day.

I have been going to this Conrads for about seven years and have always been treated with respect until recently. I had a serious issue with the suspension of my vehicle. Had to take my vehicle back three times for it to be accurately diagnosed because they kept telling me they could not hear the problem. Although the issue came any time you drove over any Miny minor bump. as a result of coming back multiple times, I began to be treated with disdain as though I was irritating them because I was trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. Once the problem was diagnosed and then found out that I needed hundreds of dollars to take care of the problem. I went ahead and got the car fixed but six weeks later, the same problem exists, and now I am taking it to someone else. I m not sure if they have new staff and the new staff don t know what they re doing but this is not the standard, but I have been used to as someone who is taking my car to him over the past seven years. This used to be a place that I could got to ease my mind but now I don t trust them to take good care of my vehicle. At one point in time this used to be my place of choice to have my vehicle repaired, because my father sent me here when he was living. My father was a mechanic and told me that Conrads would be a great place to go if he was unable to fix my car. Well, he is in heaven now And I am in search of a new mechanic because this one has went downhill.

When it comes to customer service and hospitality, none is present here. I would have better luck with an AI! Where is the guy they had 3 months ago when I came in? Now they are talking about inflation, when they have amateur mechanics who you can see standing around doing nothing while customers have to wait 2 hrs for an oil change. Save your money and run to another shop.. all they are missing is the makeup and clown nose!

Terrible customer service! Got $1000 worth of work done on Monday, made an appointment for 8am the following Thursday to get $400 worth of more work done and they tell me they will get to it when they get to it and it will probably take all day even though I had an appointment for 8am! They are OVERBOOKING and OVERCHARGING people! I have been a valuable and loyal customer for the last 10 years but not anymore will not be going back!

Blew a tire on Euclid Ave an hour before Conrad's closed. Jim and everyone else at this location was kind, helpful and caring. Really helped calm me down.. I was panicked on what to do. They got a spare tire on my car so I could get home & gave me my options for tires. I will be back next week to get new tires. Thank you so much!

I came to Conrad s for a free inspection offered through AAA. They ran through a bunch of tests and checked everything they promised to. How do I know that? Because they actually text a video if the results! I thought this was incredibly good service and so helpful! They then provided me with a detailed estimate of the things they recommended for my car. I was in and out in 1.5 hours, maybe less? Will definitely be back to have the work done here; super professional and very nice!

Dan is the man! Went to Conrad s today to get a new tire and it wasn t in stock for the next few months, Dan was able to patch the tire so we can get on the road for Christmas! He made sure it was taken care of immediately and with the best customer service. Give this man a raise!

I made my appointment online for 11/2. Was called prior and told that they did not have the tires I selected but I could choose another brand, which I did. Waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes for the installation. Fine. Upon entering my vehicle when leaving and turning it on, the pressure warning came on right away and the tire pressure in the driver side front tire was dramatically under-inflated. I walked back into the lobby and was told that would go away after driving a few miles. I drove a few miles and went back with the same problem. I told the gentleman at the counter (with glasses) and he said "that doesn't make sense" and said he would have a technician come out to the air machine and check. 15 minutes later, no one came out. I went back in and was again told that was normal and should be OK after a few days, but he came out and topped off the tire with air. Two days later, I came back with the same problem. I was told that they couldn't fit me in for a week to check it out because they were extremely busy. I asked if this is how they treated the "emergency tire protection" people and was told that "it wasn't an emergency". I made the appointment and continued to fill my tire with air every other day. I was finally seen on 11/23 and was told that if I needed a new tire there would be no charge, however I would need to pay an installation fee! As it turned out, the stem was damaged in the original installation of the tire, along with the sensor. John made a point of telling me everything would be no charge, however, it was like I was being treated like a nuisance. I continue to have problems with the tire pressure in all tires (although I do know that varies with changes in temperature). I hope to never have that "emergency tire replacement" that I paid for because I don't ever want to have to return. If I could give this "0" stars I would. ***Update 12/10/19 - I received a call from John, the manager on 11/30/19 after posting my review. He was kind enough to apologize for the service and told me that he addressed it with his staff. I appreciate the call. However, when searching the site to edit my review, I was unable to find it. I found it in my google email and am updating from here.

I called to make an appointment for 9:00am and the car was dropped off and the employees said that they have it set as a drop off and they will get to it when they get to it. I had an appointment for 9:00 not a drop off! They refused to help me and said they did not have time to work on my vehicle right now. My family and I have been going to Conrad s for the last 20+ years. Well they lost our business. They have terrible customer service and do not know how to work with people.

We took a car from a dealership in Eastlake to this company on 7/7/22 to complete an AAA used car inspection. James and his staff were efficient, courteous and timely. Not only did James give us a written list of the problems with the car, he also provided us with a video of the inspection. It showed multiple problems which would require thousands of dollars in repairs. We are grateful to honest companies which save used car purchasers money, headaches and unnecessary frustration. See James and his staff before you buy a used car. You might also want to purchase some tires. Thank you.

Scheduling oil change appointment was easy...didn t feel rushed off phone. When I arrived, John informed me how long it would take and the estimated time was accurate. Love the complimentary popcorn, bottled water and coffee...makes sitting in the man cave much more bearable. Will definitely go back and am sending my husband with the other cars. VERY reasonable pricing, as well! From a small business consultant s point of view, they are doing everything right to serve the community!!!!

I have been bringing in my car for oil changes and have always had an extremely positive experience, but the amazing level of kindness and above and beyond level of customer service and true concern for the satisfaction of those who come in made me actually take the time to write this, although I should have written a positive review earlier.My car was making strange sounds late on a Friday afternoon, right when the weekend would start and everyone would be backed up with appointments and then closed. I had my car towed in, hoping for a miracle of being fit in.Not only did they fit me in and keep me posted during the day, but after inspecting the car thoroughly and checking absolutely everything, they found nothing wrong, and not only that, but after hours of their time they declined any form of payment because work wasn t actually required.Hours of time of course IS work, and I have never experienced that level of service, especially since nothing was even wrong.I will be recommending this business to everyone I know. Phil and Mark in particular I have spoken to more than once on the phone, and they have always been extremely kind and patient. Thank you so much- you absolutely made a huge difference today.

My alternator went out on my vehicle and they were honest with telling me how long it would take, They were very concerned and professional, but as I sat and waited I realized they treated everyone who was coming in the same way! Professional and courtesy! I live in Michigan but if I ever have a major repair I would travel to Ohio to receive the courteous and reasonable price I received! Thank you so much for a great experience!

These guys are the best! It is easy to schedule your service, they could not be nicer or more accommodating, and they do quality work. We have found this Conrad s to be the best prices for new sets of tires and we also use them for regular maintenance on all of our family s cars. They never try to sell us services that we don t need. Nice people,, quality work, great prices.

Zero stars, had to give one to post. Went to Willoughby location for my free tire rotation and a four wheel alignment. The rotation was free due to me purchasing the tires at this location. Two hours and $98.00 later with an appointment, my car is still pulling to the right and my tires were not even rotated. I know this due to one of my wheels having a gouge on the front and this wheel is still in the same spot. Got attitude from manager when I pointed out wheels weren't aligned and he suggested something else is wrong with my car. After waiting another half hour and several other cars being placed in front of me I had to leave due to work.Update, after calling the corporate office and leaving a message I was contacted by a customer representative. They had me drop my car back off and they admitted they "overlooked the tire rotation". They took care of the tire rotation and the wheel alignment which the worker at the location said was done right the first time was now actually done correctly the second time. They also completely refunded me for the work. I have to say I was surprised by this. Good job on Conrad's part for taking care of the work properly the second time around and refunding the total bill. I changed my review from zero stars to four stars for their effort.

I've always had a positive experience with Conrad's. They are prompt with their services, provide quality and affordable in price. Having the Tech View Inspection right to my phone is a new and much appreciated service!! Everyone is friendly and I feel confident bringing my vehicle in.

This review replaces an excellent review I left for Conrad s about 3 years ago.My how things have changed! I d been purchasing tires from Conrad s for years. I started noticing a lot of turnaround with both managers & employees every time I came. No matter. I figured. So long as they continue to do quality work.Brought my vehicle in for a routine tire rotation but, when they finished & I started to drive away, I noticed a distinct grinding sound in my right front wheel. Fortunately, I opted to turn around and head back to Conrads only to discover the wheel had not been bolted on! The manager brushed it off & offered me a free oil change but there was no way I was trusting these guys with my engine! Reached out several times to Corporate but received no response.Needless to say, Discount Tire gets all my business today. If Conrad s keeps this up, they won t be around long.

Employees seemed like they had no desire to do any work. Pulled in to get a simple tire plugged and they told me would have to leave the truck, could be an all day thing. Unbelievable, I understand that they were probably busy but your talking about a ten minute job. I've had plenty of busy places take care of a quick plug in no time. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here

The front desk guy was super friendly and helpful. While I was waiting for my new tire, I watched and listened to him handle call after call as well as the steady stream of walk-ins and appointments. This guy was polite and respectful to everyone. He s a keeper!

I really appreciate the service of this place! They're fast for their work, and will tell me the work I need done, if any. They don't try and hassle me with "you should get such-and-such" or "you need to replace X, Y, Z" unless it is actually necessary.Great team that deals with a lot of customers, and have the right knowledge to expend for the cars their working on. I appreciate their service!

Conrad's is my go-to place anytime I need new tires. I always get exceptional service and a great price. I was taken in right away and I dropped my car off. They sent me a video overview of what was wrong which I really enjoyed. Then they gave me two different price points that were well within my budget. I really appreciate the professionalism and their help. Thanks!

Their appointment system still sucks. Watched walk-ins go ahead of me even though I had taken the time to set the appointment. They we're running an hour late. Why even have an appointment system? The employees are good and once they did get it in it was done pretty quickly. Conrad's corporate needs to get their s#:! together and figure out how to set up a service system. I will say I had plenty of time to listen to customers come in with no appointment and complain why the guys could not drop everything they where doing and fix their car on the spot and then walk out pist because there would be an hour or two wait. I hope those guys get paid well to endure that all day.
