Just installed a set of Bridgestone Blizzak WS90 on my Honda Civic. Great price and fast service. Purchased from BJ's website and had them shipped to the store. They don't sell wheels so either you bring your own wheels or use your stock ones. Will use the service again and I am very happy with free services that come with the tire purchase at BJ's. It only took them about 40 minutes to put 4 tires on my new wheels that I brought.

I needed tires for my Honda Accord, Jayson was very helpful and knowledgeable. He installed my tires while I shopped! It was a pleasant experience, thank you so much Jayson! Give this young man a raise!!!!

Great prices & close to home installation. Expect packed installation schedule & service appointment delays. Note the white residue left on tires & rims comes off with soapy water. However, I expected to receive my car back with clean rims & tires. Within a week I had to take my car back in for a rebalancing. Customer service was originally poor over the phone but they corrected their mistakes.Most Google reviews are older & do not represent the current service. I will not return to Willoughby BJ tire in the future.

Jason has been so helpful and kind throughout the whole experience of getting a new tire put on. He communicated and explained everything to me and helped me to get a new tire for the best price after he found a nail. I would recommend Jason and BJs tire center because of the good customer service and tire insurance

Bought a set of tires from Bj's a year ago. A tire was punctured today so took my car to BJ's at this location. The tech told me, the earliest appointment for a warranty job that they can give me is two days away. Just imagine how useful is BJ's warranty.This is an update, I went to BJ's two days later. It was a Friday with an appointment set two day ago, it was their lunch time. Of course, BJ's has to reschedule and date was one week away . So I have to take to NTB, it took NTB 25 minutes to fix and cost me $30.My BJ's membership # is 122-4-316X-125. I have to say it will not be renewed.

I've been coming to their tire center for years and have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience..the technicians are always nice and personable..they've always done my car while I wait (wich alot of places keep your car..many times for a day or 2), wich isn't long..and today was no exception..ny technician today was Phil and he was awesome..very accommodating and nice..he took me right away and I didn't have to wait very long..very customer service oriented. Thank you so much Phil for making a stressful situation as stressless as possible..5 stars!! You have a great employee in Phil..keep him BJ's and give this man a raise!!

Great service. Not a long line as compare to the other warehouse store. Staff is super friendly. Service include free tire rotation from purchasing the tire package. A hidden good tire deals.

I was blown away by the Customer Service and professionalism I experienced while here. While you never want to have to deal with a nail in your tire if it ever happens again I will be coming back here.

I called the tire place at BJ s wholesale in Willoughby they put me on hold I waited for a long time then they put me on hold again and then they never answered me back and I waited for over an hour with no answer
