Stellar customer service! Chrysler could not upgrade the first generation touch screen console on my 2017 Pacifica to be compatible with Car Play. I decided it was worth upgrading the console and Auto Sound Security and Access was recommended to me by both the dealership and my long time auto mechanic. I am glad I followed their advice and called Auto Sound. Matt was my first contact and ordered the component upgrade and scheduled the installation once the part arrived. The new system worked perfectly but the assigned home and work buttons were a challenge to program. I asked if there was an online manual and there was not. I was told to stop back at my convenience and they would step me through the process. Craig helped me figure it out. It was not intuitive, as sometimes happens, and he sat in my car for as long as it took to get everything the way I wanted it. And after everything was programmed, he wanted to make sure everything worked, so we spent time running through the apps to get me acquainted. I have seldom received such thorough and pleasant customer service. I know they specialize in sound and offer many services. If you need an upgrade on your car, look no further. Call them!

Auto sound is absolutely the best place to go, everyone there is super knowledgeable, they do an excellent job and help with whatever projects you might have if they can. Whenever I need advice, I always go to them and they help me in whatever ways they can. I would strongly recommend going to them if you need advise or you want the job done right. Either way. You're getting excellent service.

Wish i could give them six stars! Years ago I had them install a Custom Autosound Concours stereo in my classic car and it was working great until this summer. I brought the car back to the shop so they can take a look at it and they helped determine that there was likely something wrong with the radio, but it may be serviceable by removing and shipping it back to CA where it was manufactured. They helped coordinate all of that and when it was returned, scheduled me back to reinstall it. Bart reinstalled it this morning and it sounds better than before. Thank you Craig, Bart and Matt -- you guys know what you're doing and I will continue to recommend your shop!

We worked with Craig and Chad on having a subwoofer installed in my wife s SUV. They did a fantastic job on the installation were very fair on price and had everything done in a timely manner. They also installed a remote start on my wife s mom s car, which went great, we are so impressed. I am having them install a stereo in my new pick up truck and look forward to having the work done and enjoying it once everything is complete.

I had speakers installed and was told it would be about $1000. The total came to over $1700, but after a few months, the speakers cut in and out at a medium volume level. They were pretty much worthless and I had to have them reinstalled by an actual professional.I was also charged over $500 for installation, which sounds like a lot, however, I think I was unknowingly charged for a mutual friend that kicked in and shattering their front door. The business was all around shady, but for $1700, my speakers did not work for more than a few months.

Had a new system installed in my 2002 Camaro SS. Sounds great plus Matt and the crew were easy to deal with. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a professional install.

From the moment I walked in to when I walked out I was treated with the utmost courtesy, respect, and help. I came in with an issue with my automatic start and it was fixed immediately. Though it is quite a distance from my home, it is worth the trip!

I had a system installed here a couple months ago. I can't say enough good things about the team they have. I am entirely pleased with how this turned out!! I even took it back and had interior lights installed that run with the lights in the box. Wouldn't recommend any place else.

Can t give this place enough stars that they deserve. A Sirrus system was ordered for my car. Now he could have installed it charged this old $400. Instead he showed me how to set it up on my phone through Blue tooth. Didn t charge me anything. And when I tried to pay him he refused payment.I will tell everyone about this store. A true gentleman who did the right thing! Mad respect!

This is one of the better sound shops for your car top-of-the-line speakers and accessories !! this is the place to come if you need shielded RCA cables to get rid that feedback and interference you might get when hooking up your system

Purchased remote start. Ralph and his staff are outstanding, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to not only make sure my remote start worked properly, but also that it was the type of remote start that would make me happy. Took the initiative and ordered a part to fix a broken hood release handle at no extra charge as a bonus. Clean and presentable facility...great music to listen to while waiting. Would recommend to anyone interested in a remote start.

The whole team of employees done a great job. I explained what I was looking for and they delivered Ralph knew the specs I was looking for and delivered 100% even with a tight schedule he and his crew finish the job and I would definitely do business with this company again. Went there a few weeks ago so they can program my key fob that I had replaced from Amazon I was out in five minutes. They know what they are doing. Very professional and friendly would recommend this shop to anybody. Thank you to the tech who had helped me it even I was there big hugs to you

I've been in the auto industry for 15 years and have used auto sound countless times, personally and as a referral. They are by far the best place for this type of work.Small store, but ask for something and they probably have it.Friendly, knowledgable and fair, if you're in the market for remote start, audio equipment or something cool for your car, go see them. You can thank me after.

I went here instead of buying speakers for my truck off the internet. Ralph not only helped me get the right parts, (my truck needed an adapter to install the speaker to the door), but let me know what color the negative and positive wires were in the door. Super professional and very knowledgeable. Saved me time and frustration of finding out I needed adapters to install the speakers. Would highly recommend.

Ralph and his staff have always done a great job for me, latest was a system for my 2020 Silverado, upgraded all speakers, installed amp and JL Audio sub, sound is perfect. They have done numerous vehicles for me, all sound great!

I think they are rip off. First they tell me it s $400 to install a speaker and a car radio. But after I got the job done they charge me $400 in labor. and $300 for the job. If you like losing your money go there they ll rip you off from it. All three of them are crooks smiling in your face.

Audio Sound is where you should go for car audio needs. The staff are very knowledgeable, personable, and honest. Jaiden did a great job for me by presenting options in dealing with my stereo system problem. This is one of the best places to go for car audio needs in NE Ohio!

Have had alot of work done here over the years. And keep coming back. Staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. They do great work and are very good at what they do. You can feel comfortable leaving them with your vehicle and not worry about the installation.

My car radio died and an auto repair company recommended talking to AutoSound. They were very professional and knowledgeable and pricing was reasonable. Worked with Tim who gave excellent information on options and provided helpful recommendations. The service was first-rate. I'm much happier with my new system.

i forgot to share my experience from a few weeks ago, but these guys are the real deal. got me in (on new years eve!) and hooked me up with a remote start to make sure i was ready for the weather we were expecting. super professional, nice and courtious, expert install and answered all my questions and assured i was happy. forget the rest, you googled the best. thanks guys!

Very experienced, knowledgeable, and responsive team. They made helpful suggestions to choose the best speakers, amplifier, and head unit for my 911 so as to maximize the audio result but remain in line to my budget. All of my questions were patiently answered and the installation was seamless, just as if my car came that way from the factory. The owner and staff were fully committed to my complete satisfaction and the audio system sounds amazing!

Made the mistake of getting someone from offline to try to install a back up camera and navigation system in my suburban. Of course it was someone lying about their skill level. Long story short I took it to the professionals at auto sound. They fixed everything how it was suppose to be installed and function. I got the bill and was presently surprised....in a good way. Highly recommend and worth the wait. They seem to always be booked but they get you in as fast as possible. Will be taking another vehicle there soon for some audio upgrades.

Great place. Arrived at 8:58am for a 9;00 appt. I was greeted and they took my car right in. I had a remote start & keyless entry installed. The staff was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable & timely. My car was ready when promised at the price that was quoted. Ralph (I think the mgr.) provided extra great customer service on the price quote. I was shown how to use the keyless entry & remote start fob. AND, they found a ring I had lost in my car. . Great experience all around!!

Excellent Experience Ralph has done Audio Work on my 1995 Buick Park Avenue and my Mercedes Benz CLK 350.He is very kind and professional any work that I need done on my cars I'll be going to Auto Sounds!

Went in for a back up camera for my F150, they had several options available and were very knowledgeable about their products. Ended up getting a complete new head unit with a touch screen, back up camera and DVD player. Very happy with the look and clean install. If I need anything else for my truck or car will definitely go see them again.

Auto Sound Security has been my go to location since 2000, they are very knowledgeable and friendly people with great customer service skills. I have contacted them via phone and email and have gotten good service either way. Recently they installed an NAV unit in my SUV, I made some changes to what I wanted on the day of the appointment and they took it in stride accomplishing the task without delay. The sound is incredible. Thank you Auto Sound!
