My car needed major rear axle work done, as well as brakes And this spring in the rear axle done. The staff there was so professional, so helpful was able to get the parts for my car even though my car is a little bit of an older model, and it was done in less than half of a day! I feel like the business management is just as friendly and professional As their staff, they have a superior work ethic, and teamwork!

Your were very honest with me on the repairs for my car. Thank you for helping see insight on the cost. Which we both know this car is not worth repairing or keeping. 22 yr old car, nah I'm done with it. U helped me make a good decision. Will come back to you in the future.

I would give more stars if I could! I don t have enough good things to say about the guys at aamco! They are fair and honest and do really good work. Happy to have found them and they gained a new customer! Definitely check them out!

They did an amazing job fixing my car. I loved that i could text them with my questions and they always got back to me and explained everything! When it was done they brought it to my work! I didnt have to lift a finger!!! Thank you ammco!

We are very pleased with the customer care, response time, follow-up care, and expertise of AAMCO. Andrew and the staff really went above and beyond to help us make a bad situation much better. Also, gave us follow-up care information and future care that we need for our other automotive issues. We are very grateful and appreciative to have contacted them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was working an hour away from home. I called this company because my work truck broke down. They got my truck in. The next day he called and told me the transmission was bad. Andrew said if I pay half down today he would order a new transmission and would have it done by the following Friday. I payed the half down. I pick up supplies out of my truck 2 days later. My truck never moved from where it was at. Andrew told me the transmission was coming in the next day and I should have my truck by that Friday. I called Friday to find out they never even got my truck in to the shop. I did my part paid my half down and they didnt do anything for a week. They promised me one thing to get my money and then did nothing to follow through with there end. I had to rent a truck to go to work so I was out 1,000$. I didn t hear anything for an entire week. Andrew called me trying to get more money for a different problem but is unwilling to right his wrong doing.To top it off Andrew added 1000 dollars to my bill after I agreed upon a price.BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS HERE NO COMMUNICATION AND FALSE PROMISES.

I brought my 23 year old car to Aamco Willoughby hoping they wouldn t tell me that it was a lost cause Andrew and Steve were very kind and thorough in their inspection. I m excited to get many more years out of my car with its new suspension!

Andrew was very helpful. Gave me a great recommendation on my car and was honest. I decided to look at getting a new used car and he had me bring it in and saved me from buying a lemon. Would highly recommend them!

It's never fun or pleasurable taking our vehicles in, but the folks at AAMCO are knowledgeable and courteous. And they stand behind their word and their work! We've been with them for >10yrs!

I would never get my car worked on from AAMCO. There was supposed to do a transmission test and all they did was drive my car and tell me I needed a $2000 new stick shift but I'm like all you did was drive my car didn't you check it it could be, a airfield thing it could be a whole bunch of more things but no they said that it was the transmission which I'm getting a second opinion on it to see if it really is the transmission because all they did was drive and tell me that I have to pay $2000 they had my car all day just to do that which I don't think is right at all. I would never give them my business.

Great experience highly recommended if you want honesty and great detailed work .I would recommend Ammco Willoughby to anyone who wants great thorough service.I was told I need new transmission at the dealer and multiple transmission service centers.Ammco diagnosed it properly and repaired the problem.My transmission was fine .Thank you all !! The only transmission service center I'll ever trust .They also send you pictures details of work completed . Awesome!!

I have had two excellent repairs here. First a rear wheel bearing on my F150 about 10 years ago and recently on my Wrangler. Andy seems to be a straight person. He got me in much sooner than my local dealer. Thanks for the good service.

Dropped the car off thinking my transmission was slipping but the crew determined one of my pistons was misfireing. They took care of the problem for cheap And in less than 24 hours with no appointment. They also fixed a blinker that was out at no extra charge. I highly recommend these guys.
