Wood's collision is amazing and so professional. Angie has helped from the beginning to the end. Wood s Collision Center did an awesome job repairing our truck!! Looks brand new! Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, with a great attention to detail. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to have your vehicle repaired! I can t thank them enough for the excellent work they did for us!

They fixed my boyfriends car one time after hitting a deer and they did a great job. They did leave a bit of dust and debris in the car but nothing a quick wipe won't take care of. Very friendly staff and a helpful front desk.

I spoke with Tim Woods (the owner) about repairing my camper that had been rear ended. He said to bring it by and that he would look at it and would give me an estimate, so after I drove 45 minutes to his williamsburg business he looked at it and said to give him 2-3 days and he would have an estimate ready but said it would cost me $300 which I thought was ridiculous but I agreed to pay him. Well, it s been well over a month now and still no estimate. Today his secretary calls to tell me that Tim no longer gives estimates for campers and that they can t help me Pretty sad Tim had me waiting for over a month and then isn t man enough to tell me himself. Not even an apology.

This was my first time using them and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Everyone was very professional and informative and they made the process super easy for me. My rental car was at the shop and ready to go the day I dropped my car off. Turn around was right when they said it would be and when I got my car back I was very pleased with the repairs. They even cleaned the interior and exterior of my car very well which I was not expecting at all. Wood's Collision Center repaired the damage on my car. They did an outstanding job on my repair. They took care of getting my rental set up I didn't have to do anything but drop off my car. And they even make sure the rental is returned. They take pride in their service and it shows. So if you want a great service with no hassle you will call on on Wood's Collision. My car was delivered here to be repaired before I found out the insurance company considered it a total loss. I had to visit to pick up my personal items from my car and everyone I interacted with was extremely professional and helpful. Angie is incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. If I'm ever in need of their services, I wouldn't think twice about doing business here!

Definitely the most professional work I ve had done to any of my vehicles in years. My car was completed 5 days early which was welcomed because it s my only vehicle. They made that happen for me to which I was truly grateful. The quality of work is second to none and I will return there if the situation arises. Faye was AMAZING and accommodating on my Chevy Spark!!!!! She literally got down on her hands and knees in the parking lot to see if the guard under my vehicle could be salvaged or if I just needed new screws(It is Hard to find honest mechanics anymore) I greatly appreciated it !!!! They were flexible with my work schedule once we got the part in .....I was in and out in 30min! You will come highly recommended to EVERBODY I know!!!! I had used L. I brought my 2015 Ford escape to L Woods for accident estimate recentlyI had my estimate the next day and set up my appointment for the repair for the following week. Before bringing it in I had another accident. The first was was front left damage and the second was right rear damage. I called them and let them know the issue and they said no problem that they could do both repairs at the same time thank goodness. I dropped off the car on 08/23/2021 and had it back by 08/31/2021. They offered to help with car rental and other things as well. Now that's good customer in every step of the process and it doesn't get any better than that. They end the process with your car detailed .In my book that's a great ending to a bad start. Thanks againLarry Bills

I had the best experience with this company and their staff. Faye, Angie and Jerry were all so kind, honest, and went well beyond my expectations. From the moment my car was towed from the scene of an accident to the day I picked it up from the repairs Faye has called me to keep me updated and helped answer all my questions. A few weeks ago I hit a deer with my truck. The damage was bad, but the truck was still drivable. I called my insurance and went through the process. The insurance recommended Woods Collision and the Williamsburg shop was the close to me.The process was simple and painless. The staff at Woods Collision were very professional and understanding. I was given a service date to bring the truck in for the repairs and they were completed within a week. All seams, lines, and colors were matched and the truck looks like new! They even detailed the inside a little making the return all the better.Woods even worked with the rental car service and helped to organize the drop off and pick up of my rental car. With 4 kids, I should have a frequent repair customer card. Hard to find a shop that does quality work. Wood s CC is great, I return each time one of the kids manages to hit something. Always high quality with zero headaches. The shop is 50 minutes from my house, and I live near Kings Auto Mall. Used some other shops before near home. Won t take my cars anywhere else now.

I/WE (my Family) have used this body shop multiple times now and could not be more pleased with them all the way around. From start to finish they treat you respectfully and are very considerate of your needs. On this last experience they arranged and got me a rental car when I did not even think I was eligible. (They arranged it through the insurance company and I did not have to do a thing) The rental car was there and ready for me on my way home from work. Too easy and Thanks Woods!The body work is top notch! I have always been very pleased, and they even cleaned and detailed my car. Again, above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend them and will definitely use this body shop again if the need arises, and with three children on the road, well do I need to say anything else. LolThanks again Woods!Jeff D.

Worst place ever! Do not take your vehicle to any L. Wood & Son locations. They had my husband s utility truck for over 3 months and never touched it. We received nothing but unacceptable excuses time and time again. They make promises that never come to fruition. After more than 3 months of broken promises we were told if we didn t like it come and get our vehicle. Seriously!!! I can t think of any other business that we have done business with that s worse than L. Wood & son avoid them like the plague! Fortunately Carstar in Amelia is able to get us done by the end of the week.

Firstly, my experience was from an accident, my vehicles got towed to this place. Secondly it was a holiday weekend. But that still doesn't explain the price gouging. They may be good to deal with when it comes to being an actual customer. But when they tow your vehicle at the behest of the state patrol, watch out. According to the website they are open 24/7 and tow around the clock. Don't expect the same hours at the shop. They don't even have weekend hours, so you're going to get charged 2 extra days of storage right there.Avoid this place if needing a tow or you get into an accident and have to have your car towed.

I have used Wood's Collision Center / Williamsburg twice and that should speak for itself. They take care of everything. My car with great quality work, my insurance company, and a car rental. This saved me a lot of time that I don't have because of my job. Everyone was so professional but down to earth. I have been taking my cars to L Wood and Sons for many many years. I don't take my cars anywhere else. The shop does an amazing job repairing vehicles. Most recently they repaired my 2019 Equinox that was damaged from hail. They were quick, professional and provided high quality work. You can't go wrong with Woods. You are not just a number but a valued customer and part of their family.

I can't say enough about how great Woods Collision/Williamsburg is. From start to finish there are no flaws. We have taken our vehicles to them for years, yes years (I have 3 children). I am not a fan of change and I WILL not go anywhere else. They called me the same day I made my claim with my insurance, they worked well with my schedule to get the repair done, great customer service and they even offered to stay open if I couldn't make it by closing time. It was ready when they said, they called Hertz to let them know to pick up my rental vehicle. My ENTIRE car was even cleaned and detailed. So I 100% recommend you take your car there.Jann Bills

Have had 2 cars repaired here. Employees are awesome! Whoever does detailing is awesome. Need to think about detailing appts too. Both repairs have been done quickly and no hassle. Recommend them very highly. Thanks Tim Woods for having a awesome group of people.

I cannot find the words for how amazing this place is. You would never know that my car was backed into, as a matter of fact, you'd never know she just got her a nose job! The staff were of the utmost professional, Jerry and the women that I spoke with [I am sorry that I did not get their names, as they were a part of the entire package!] My car looks like I took it to have it detailed. They made her sparkle and shine, inside and out! I cannot recommend them enough! When they had to order additional parts, they called me to let me know, as well as to inform me of the possible delay in retrieval. With that said, they were still able to get my car fixed and back to me before the original estimated date!I'd like to thank each and every one that was a part of the package deal that is the L Wood and Sons experience!
