Great service! Super kind people. My wife's car was overheating and she called at closing time and they stayed open until I picked her up to make sure she was taken care of. Quick and professional service.

I would completely recommend this business to any family or friends. They do an outstanding job. Vehicle looks a 100%cannot tell anything happened to your vehicle. There's no back in forth between me and insurance they take charge and works directly with your insurance company.

Sarah and her team at Carstar are so easy to work with. From drop off to pick up, the entire process is made smooth due to wonderful customer service and quality of work. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are repeat customers. If the need rises again, we will definitely use Carstar of Mt. Orab again.

The owners were very personable and friendly that it made the experience fun! On top of that, the work done on my Ford Ranger was excellent and finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!

I took my 2017 Chevy Cruise there after I demolish a Buck. CARSTAR completely restored my car. They kept me apprised of the entire process. They were VERY knowledgeable and EXTREMELY helpful throughout this process. Thank you Carstar Mount Orab, Ohio

CARSTAR of Mount Orab is simply fantastic! I found myself in an unfortunate situation where my brand new truck was damaged during a break-in. I teamed up with my Allstate representative to locate a repair shop willing to work on an aluminum-bodied truck since some places had reservations about doing so. Right from the beginning, CARSTAR displayed utmost professionalism, empathy, and care. Their communication was consistently excellent throughout the entire process. I received regular text message updates, and every time I called for an update, the staff was not only friendly but also incredibly informative.While I hope never to encounter such situations frequently, CARSTAR has won my loyalty as a customer. If I ever find myself in need of their services again, I won t hesitate to return. Their service is truly top-notch, and I highly recommend them!

Getting a car repaired is always very frustrating, but the staff at Car Star in Mt. Orab made it as easy as they could. I damaged my car through my own fault, and my insurance referred me to Car Star. I called Car Star that day and they showed genuine concern about me driving around on a spare tire while we waited for the parts to show up to fix the car. They helped me get a rental that same day, and when my rental coverage ran out, they went out of their way to go pick up a tire at a shop they don't normally use so that my car would be drivable while they waited on my parts to arrive.When I finally got my car back, I noticed an issue with overspray on the side they did not repair. I brought this up to them and they got me in the very next day and fixed the issue that same day as well. Thank you Car Star for making a difficult experience quite painless.I also want to note that the staff members were all very professional and friendly throughout each interaction I had with them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My brand new car got rear ended for the first time, and pretty hard. although this was a pretty unfortunate circumstance that I didn t want to have to deal with at all, everyone at Carstar was so kind, understanding, professional, and walked me through the entire process since I had never been hit before. They reassured on multiple occasions that they had everything taken care of and I didn t have to lift a finger. The rental car process was also super easy and they took care of all of the communication for me.My car looks SO amazing and honestly looks like I just picked it up from the dealership. The back lift gate was replaced & repaired perfectly and it was so clean inside and out. They really went above and beyond. I m so pleased with my experience and would recommend everyone to please go here for any repairs you need. My car has never looked better!! Thank you guys so so much!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommended! The quality of work was excellent and the customer service was fantastic. When you need body work on your vehicle, it s usually due to an upsetting circumstance that you know is going to cost money you didn t plan to spend. This team helped us through it and provided such great customer service along the way. We will definitely come back to this location if/when life hands us our next need.Service: Body & Trim

So where do I start? I came in for an estimate because my sister-n-law's dog decided to jump and scratch the side of my new truck. Obviously, I wasn't going to turn it in on my insurance and raise my rates. I'm embarrassed I forget her name, said give us a minute and we will see what we can do. She asked if my keys were in the truck and had a gentleman come around and get my truck; fast forward, 15 minutes later, he comes back with my truck, and to my surprise it's fixed. They would not allow me to pay for any repairs, I asked multiple times.If I need any future work done regardless of the job, they will have the first opportunity. A++, I am still speechless....

Took my car to Mt Orab Carstar for a hefty repair and they went above and beyond! Sarah and Kenny are WONDERFUL, such a trusting, family vibe as soon as I walked in! Sarah kept in touch with me the entire time through the beginning of my claim, everything in between calling with updates, and was very accommodating with my personal schedule! Did an amazing job on my car in a timely matter, will definitely be returning to them for any other repairs (despite living over an hour away) They deserve the business and they were amazing!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have been trying for almost a week to describe the amazing experience I had with CARSTAR of Mount Orab. Sarah made filing the claim when I hit a deer easy and stress free. She did ALL the work for us! The quality of work the body shop did to my car is top notch. Unless I told you, you wouldn t even know my car was in an accident. It looks and drives better than the day I bought it. And the car came back to us detail cleaned on the inside, a huge bonus for me. We will for sure be coming back if we ever find the need for a body shop in the future, and we ll be recommending them to everyone we know!CARSTAR, we cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for us and our car!

When you have a fender bender, you do not trust just anyone with your investment. You "shop around" and search for a company that will treat you and your investment with respect. STOP searching, as CarStar of Mount Orab is the place for you. My wife had a minor run in with a wild animal, and did more damage than we originally thought. Sarah & Kenny, worked with us every step of the way, making the process a lot less stressful, between appointments that fit into our busy schedules, scheduling a rental car for us, and most importantly taking great care and pride into the work they did. Our vehicle looked as beautiful as it did the day we bought it. Not only did they repaired it, they also did a complete detail on the exterior and interior of it. Thank you again Sarah & Kenny for everything. I highly recommend if you need to have your vehicle repaired that you give them a call.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Car Star of Mt Orab is great place to take your car for auto body repairs. They are very friendly and will go out of their way help make your time with them as easy as possible even going so far as to make a special trip to their shop on Saturday so you can drop off your car. They work with your insurance company and make the whole process go as smoothly as possible for you. While your car is in their shop for repair they keep you informed of their progress.They do excellent work and they work as quickly as possible to get your car back to you. This was the best body shop repair experience I have ever had. I would recommend Car Star of Mt Orab to anyone who needs auto body work.

I ran over a deer in a GTI and they did not fix all the damage from the accident told the insurance company that the impact of coming down on a deer going 45 mph didn't damage my side skirts they obviously are cheap or really don't know what they are doing furthermore the bumper on my car isn't perfect like it should be etheir stay very far away from this shop or carstar in general my mistake for letting my car go to a shady shop. Also had my car for almost 3 months and they couldn't even repair it right the bad reviews are the truthServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Mt Orab Carstar did an amazing job on my car. It does not look like it has ever been in an accident. They matched the paint perfectly. It's 14 years old.Sarah was knowledgeable about the work they did to the car. And spent the time I needed to walk me through the whole process, including dealing with the insurance company.They made a bad event much easier to accept..

This Collision repair facility in Mount Orab, Ohio is totally professional. I contacted them based on a friend's recommendation. My friend was spot on! Sarah was very nice and they worked well with my insurance company. Following the repairs my 2014 Ford Edge looked like new. Thank you for a job well done!

I had both vehicles sent to this particular shop after a gentleman fell asleep behind the wheel of his car crashing into both of my parked vehicles on December 11,2020. Sarah was amazing! I ve never met a nicer bunch of people. She worked with me and with the gentlemen s insurance and after several weeks his insurance company decided to total out both my vehicles during new year s eve, I had to go to carstar while they were closed and sarah was so kind and helpful and opened up so i go retrieve my personal belongings! I would recommend this shop to all my friends and family and if I ever need a repair shop this is the place to do business with. They treat you like a person not a paycheck. They absolutely deserve more than a 5 star rating they deserve a 10 star rating

A few months back, my wife hit a deer causing roughly 13k in damage. Carstar Mt Orab did an exceptional job with the repair and handling of the insurance claim. So when I had a small accident in my driveway in my car, there was only one place I wanted to do the repairs.
