I left with the car of my dreams thanks to Mike Marmol!! This is an awesome dealership and Mike is amazing. He was very thoughtful and caring. He delt with me for 2 days and worked super hard to get me in my car. From now on I will send everyone right to them.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience buying our 2021 Chevy Silverado. Our salesman (Michael Marmol) made the whole trade in & buying process super easy! We couldn t have asked for a nicer, or more genuine salesman, he s down to earth and easy to get along with. He cared about making us happy! We ve had several people recommend Sharpnack Willard to us, it s nice their recommendations were true regarding service and stewardship. I didn t even have an appointment and Rick Got me in and finished in a blink of an eye.Whoever the lube tech was did an excellent job. I could not even see where any finger prints or grease stains anywhere. The oil was full. Thanks guys I will be back

I bought my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox back in March of last year and I just want to give a shout out to Karl and the service team! After taking my car off the lot after purchasing it, something wasn't quite right. I went back to Karl and told him what was going on. He wanted to have the customer/sales relationship and knew I really wanted this car. The owner of the company reached out to me and even wanted to set this right.I just got my 2nd oil change for my car and I want to thank the service team for deep cleaning it (if I would have known that, I would have made it look a little nicer inside)! But anyways, a huge thank you to the Sharpnack team!!!

It was by far the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car! This is the 5th car I've purchased from a dealership and the 4th dealership I've delt with. Jarrett and the team at Sharpnack couldn't have done a better job! Jarrett went above and beyond to find the truck I was looking for, arranged the delivery for the truck and went even further to help me track down a set of running boards for my new truck. Truly, by far, my best experience purchasing a new vehicle in my life!!

Although the salesman was 2 generations younger than us, he related to us on our knowledge level without being condescending. I was impressed. As I am female, I expected a lot of "mansplaining" but he let me ask the questions and answered appropriately.

We bought our new Chevrolet Equinox from Mike here at Sharpnack Chevrolet. Had a great experience the car is just what we asked for. Mike was amazing. My only complaint is the detail of this car was horrible. Very dirty looked like it had been driven down a dirt road. Besides that everything was great. Mike did say he would come and pick it up and have it detailed but I live 90 miles away

Let me start by saying that I never in a million years thought I would ever able to get a car from a dealership especially with no co signer and TERRIBLE credit. When the car I had started to die I knew I needed a new one. I finally got a good paying job and I'd heard that this place could help with people with my credit. I didn't think I'd even hear back from them. I applied online on Saturday and had a call and email first thing that Monday. Denise took down some information and was not only very realistic with me but also super supportive and helpful. I immediately got the impression that she really wanted to help me and didn't look down on my less than stellar credit history. Once I had everything I needed (a down payment and a trade in) she got to work. She had a vehicle in mind immediately like within 12 hours of our conversation. The car loan whisperer Seth somehow magically convinced the bank to not only give me a loan but also with no co signer. As a first time car buyer that's insane. When I test drove the car Denise answered all of my questions and even showed me other options that were less money too. at the last minute something came up and the numbers weren't adding up and Seth stepped in and made it still happen. I ended up with a Chevy Cruze. And I am over the moon. These two people did not need to be so amazingly kind to me but they were and now I finally got to purchase my first new car!

Purchased 2021 Silverado. Store is modern and clean. Good selection of vehicles both new and used. Mike Marmol was the salesperson I worked with. He has a very extensive knowledge of the vehicles on the lot. He is also very accommodating and helpful. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from the Sharpnack family. I feel their pricing is very fair and their service is excellent.

Jarrett was very knowledgeable and frequently communicated the status of my vehicle as it was being built. I highly recommend this dealership, but more specifically I highly recommend Jarrett Zieber when you are purchasing a vehicle. Experiences like this made it worth the 10 hour drive to pick my car up.

I dealt with Mike and he was awesome. He set up the On Star, helped with the My Chevrolet app. He even delivered my car to me! It was just an easy process. He went over all the cool features of my new Tahoe and made sure I understood everything. Highly recommend!

Service center experience was not great. Our leased car needed a part that took 4 months to get in. Finally got the part in, car was fixed, then they made us pay for the oil change that was done 4 months prior and should have been covered by our lease. Staff is friendly, but the issues with our leased car, lengthy time to get repairs, and charging is for stuff that should be covered drops my rating. We have leased with them for 6 years but will probably not lease again.
