Larry is great. He took extra time beyond working hours to help us find something we would love to drive. He found incentives that help lower the total cost. He went above and beyond. This is out second car we purchased from here and I can honestly say the salesmen care about establishing relationships with their customers. Larry helped us find the perfect vehicle and with financing. He even sent us a thank you card in the mail! We will definitely be buying our future vehicles from here.

Been dealing with Jeff since 2000 now Kyle since 2016. Have bought numerous cars and trucks. Always a friendly and family atmosphere, and fast and easy process. In and out as I call it. Don't have to go through 5 people to make your deal. And if they don't have what you want, they will do what they can to get it. So before you go anywhere else give them a chance. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again to Jeff and now Kyle they do work hard for me, I'm one of those that trade alot and sometimes can be difficult, but always come through for me.

I love getting my work done on my truck. They do an excellent job. I have never had a problem and if I ever do have an issue, they will take care of it. They are the best dealership in Willard Ohio.

My family has had several cars worked on by their service department. Each time after they fix the initial problem our car either has the same issue that the service area supposedly fix or other issues arise that need servicing. One time I spoke with the business manager about making a payment and she seemed like the question I was asking was inappropriate. She then stated that she thought of having me pay with a cashier's check because I was worried about transferring money to the account I was paying out of. The last time I went there and older gentleman was standing in the cashier's office just laughing at me and my young son not having any idea what was going on. We have decided to no longer use this dealership because of the multitude of issues listed. Normally I do not like to leave negative reviews but the dealership kept sending my cell phone text messages asking me to leave one.

Everyone at Schaffer- Danhoff are super nice. Never have to wait long on an oil change. Sean in service is always straight with what your service needs are. Larry and Kyle are always super nice and will chat with you while you wait. Will keep coming back to Schaffer s!

Very disappointed. We worked on getting a truck- did everything online for approval, got a text that they needed a deposit to pull the truck off the lot. 4 min later was told it was out on a test drive by another person. And we no longer could put a deposit down. How can u take a deposit to pull a vehicle off the lot that is out on a test drive? Our salesman told the gm he had someone buying the truck and the gm, Kyle, told him he didn't care someone was coming to purchase the vehicle. He only cared about the person who was standing in front of him. Then we were told by Kyle he was frustrated that we were frustrated about the situation. We talked for almost 2 days and being a work week we couldn't get up there till the weekend. Our salesman was great but his uppers don't care they just want their money now. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Always a pleasure to do business with these guys. I was in a pinch and needed a new jeep fast. Larry was able to get me approved over the phone before I could even make it there! We love our new jeep very much and Larry made it happen. He will treat you like family and will make sure your fully satisfied. I even got a card in the mail with a decal from him.

I worked with Jeff to purchase a used pickup. We drove 2 hours from Michigan, he texted videos and photos of the vehicle he provided excellent service all the way through, answered every question clearly and with no hassle. Paperwork was in order and only took 20 min or so to finalize. We will definitely return to this dealer again!

I dreaded the thought of buying another car, but Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable and went well out of his way to make it a pleasant experience. He offered me more for my trade than I thought I would get, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The afternoon I came to pick up the car he had it washed again for me. He took care of the paperwork, title, and plate transfer process for me and that made it simple. I'm glad I came to Willard to buy the car.

Very pleased with the help I received. The salesman was a very knowledgeable man. He was thoughtful and helped me chose the right options for my needs. I bought a 2014 dodge ram sport 1500 from Larry and I was Leary about adding on their extra warranty to the truck. But I'm dam sure glad I did. They've really upheld it so far and I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys for selling and taking care of us.

I found this lot by accident. What a surprise! It is not a huge dealership (200+ cars) but has alot of nice cars on the lot (even with today's struggles). Kyle is very pleasant an after months of debating, several lots, test drives and salesmen. I felt comfortable and valued as a customer here. Honestly he "sold" me this car by being genuine an kind.
