It was a great experience all the way around! From the time we walked in the door we were being helped in a professional and friendly manner. We were not forced into anything and was encouraged to test drive everything before we made our decision. Orv explained financing and warranties to us in a way that we understood it all, and worked with us to get us a great vehicle at a great price. So thankful for the great job that all the staff at Inmon motors did today!

He has held my title hostage for 3 or more years. He said he was detailing it. Took him over a week before I got my car back. Then charged me a extra 900 .

Place must not like selling vehicles... Called twice for a price on a vehicle and was told I'll get a call back in a few minutes... Never called back. the dealership down the street called me right back and went straight over and services were too notch... Inmon should go take lessons from them

Took my info over the phone but did not return call after stating the would and now won't answer their phone unless it's during hours that the main people aren't there. Deserves no stars. Terrible customer service doing this and bad for first impressions losing a good potential customer due to this lack of professionalism.

This place was so much better then the others shops I went to. I live over an hour away in north Olmsted and I happened to finally find my car at inmons through a friend. Orville was a very kind, very genuine and honest guy.

The buying process is great and they are extremely helpful to get you into a car. However, when it comes to getting your car fixed when its under warranty they fall short and completely waste your time.

Went in here with a small down payment and not much room for a big car payment but this is like no other dealership I been to they make you feel like family and they worked with me to get me into a 2014 vw jetta with only 35k miles for a great price I will be returning for all my vehicles in the future the will do every thing they can to make it work for you

This place will rob you and sell you a car that's falling apart. They will cleverly cover up any problems with the car before telling you all the new parts they have put on it
