Wicliffe Auto body is the most professional auto body company in the Cleveland area. They repaired my badly damaged car with expert results. The paint and bodywork was flawless. The job was done on time and under budget. They truly know their business and are extremely friendly and helpful in every respect, I would recommend anybody use Wickliffe auto auto body for a pleasant experience

THESE ARE AMAZING PEOPLE!!I ve been getting my repairs from Wickliffe Auto Body since 2014, and I wouldn t go anywhere else! They really go the extra mile to make you feel like you ve really put your trust and your hard earned vehicle in the right hands. I ve traveled over an hour from home to continue business here. Before/After photos provided below (Everytime I get my car back, it s also the cleanest, shiniest, and best smelling it s ever been. I was geeking out because I didn t know my car could literally sparkle like this in the sunlight! Lol)I wouldn t ever waste my time with searching for anyone else s repair shop. They did wonderful work, they were very accommodating. They drove me home and came to get me when my vehicle was completed. They even washed and detailed my car. I would recommend using them.

This place is amazing. I hit a deer and they filed a claim with my insurance and got everything taken care of. They even helped me as far as the other estimates I had before I went there that didn't seem right to me.. I had a loaner that I didn't have to pay for, and they were able to take care of my deductible... Totally amazing.. I sincerely mean this when I say that I recommend them whole heartedly... I will be back, and I will recommend to everyone I know who has any auto issues.. oh and if anything else happens at the location of my accident all I need to do is call and they will take care of the rest.. sometimes things can sound to good to be true BUTTTT this place is too good to be true.. haha.. they definitely helped me out in a time when I needed the help and someone to be honest and truthful because I had no idea what I was doing. I was a ball of nerves not trusting any mechanic but they have my trust and my business going forward I posted some before pictures and will add some after photos once I get my car back later today.. yayyyy...!!Update:Had my vehicle.worked on recently due to someone breaking in to my van and they tried to pry my sliding door off on my van causing the top to come off... Wickliffe auto body did another amazing job repairing my vehicle and I couldn't be happier... They also cleaned it up... They took care of my insurance claim and I didn't have to do very much at all.. Highly recommend a second time to anyone needing repairs...! I'll be back in the future I'm sure... Thank you for doing such a great job every time u have had my vehicle

Don't be fooled by these people and the companies who are like them. If I bring a part I paid for over the counter like anyone else at any auto repair shop I should be able to pay for the labor for them to put MY part in.But they will try and get more money from you and tell you its not our policy to put your part in you have to buy it from us plus labor such a joke.

Professional and courteous service. Throughout the process they kept me informed of their progress along the way via text. I feel like I'm driving a new car after I received service here! They were able to fix all the damages under my claim and also repair any scratches and repaint blemishes. Communication and customer service was amazing. I will definitely use again!

Just got my car back today. Damage was extensive when I brought it in, but I was assured they could figure it out and even helped out with insurance. In the midst of my car repair I was using a rental from the repair shop and it was totaled in an unfortunate circumstance. They only cared about my safety and have been extremely cooperative with the whole ordeal. Wickliffe Auto Body is a knowledgeable and trustworthy business. This is the second time we have taken one of our vehicles to them and both times they provided all of our options upfront and offered fair pricing. Their staff is very professional and friendly. My car was completed prior to the original date that they told me and they left my car cleaner than I gave it to them. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. I was hit from behind a few weeks ago and came directly to them to get the work done. They worked directly with insurance and always kept me up on the progress of my car. Overall, they made the process alot smoother. Special shoutout to Giovanni and team for all of their support. The folks at Wickliffe Auto Body were transparent and upfront about the repairs I would need and what things would run. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get my truck fixed like new, as quickly as possible. Best Auto Body Shop around! They do great work and have rental cars on location. Nick was easy to work with and got all the approvals from my insurance adjuster before drop off. They were very concerned about my wheelchair van and minimized the work time where they could. Love this shop!

In my first meeting with the owner, Dan McCurdy, to talk about the damage to my car, he was professional and genuine. He took the time to explain everything to me and I gratefully accepted his advice on how to proceed.Their repair work was top notch. But my real appreciation comes from the fact that when I was having issues with my insurer, the entire staff worked to get the issues resolved and my car returned in a timely manner. I needed a dent repaired on my SUV and checked out Wickliffe Auto Body on a recommendation. I was extremely pleased. From the estimate and explanation of work to be done to the finished work the entire experience was excellent. The finished work was perfect and my car was returned clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

If you want honest & reliable work take your car to Wickliffe Auto body. My daughter took her car here and Mandy went above and beyond to help her. Their honest and you can expect only the best. Thank you if I need any work done on my car I'm bringing it here

Being new to the area, I searched the web to make a decision on where to go for some minor help with paint deposited by a bad parker exiting their spot. I'm glad I made this choice. They are the best! They worked with me and my schedule. They went over and above on the work they did. They are the nicest people and I feel like I've known them forever. If you have the choice, go with this place and NOT Excalibur. Past experiences with Excalibur has made them a not to go to kind of place. Pick Wickliffe Auto Body. listen, this place is AMAZING! literally everyone that works here is a joy to meet! i came here DEVASTATED about a guy hitting my car and tore up my front and back, i thought i was done.. but when i say MANDY the shop manager came and saved my whole world I MEAN IT!! she s an ANGEL!! had my car fixed in as little as a week! and believe me the damages looked horrible, but now my car rides like a brand new car!!! literally!! so if you re looking for a great collisions shop!? THIS IS THE ONE!!! you won t regret it!!!

Very impressed with the work done and service I received at Wickliffe Auto Body. They made dealing with insurance a breeze, provided a rental (making sure I got a van since I have 4 kids I need to drive around), and they kept me up to date on how the work was going. My van looks perfect and I'm so grateful for the wonderful people there who took such good care of us. They'll be the only body shop we ever use.

Great people, great communication, and went above and beyind! First time customer and could not have asked for better service, honesty, and assistance. My truck was in an accident, they took my truck in, and dealt with everything. They took the photos for me, gave a timely estimate to the insurance company, dealt with the others guys insurance company, arranged for me to receive a rental car, and made sure I was in the know of what was being done to my truck and how long it would take. They also explained the process, things to beware of, and answered all my crazy questions of interest. My truck came back looking better than before the accident.
