I have been going to Rick and Claudio for years. They have kept all of my cars in tip top shape. Town Center not only provides excellent service at a fair price, but they also offer good recommendations on the upkeep of your vehicle. Is it worth it to do this or that? They will give you an honest opinion and will not ever convince you to do something that is bad investment for your vehicle. The waiting room is always clean and a friendly place to wait while your car to being serviced.

Love this place! The staff (especially Rick, Klaudio, and Pete) treat my whole family like we are party of their family. They are reasonably priced, trustworthy, and reliable mechanics! I highly recommend them!

After having a bad experience at another local automotive shop I researched and found Town center Automotive. I was able to get my vehicle in on a short notice and the issue was quickly diagnosed and repaired very quickly and professionally. I am beyond satisfied with Rick and his operation my only regret is that I didn't find Town center automotive years sooner. I would recommend Town center to anyone looking for an honest and professional service.

I am a new customer and Rick was able to fit me in the schedule that day. He listened to me and was very communicative in explaining the issues with my car and the work that would need done. He was very fair and honest about prices and labor. He even gave me a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied with my car a couple days after pick-up! Was here today and I have to say, this is going to be my new go to staple for auto repairs. I am a new customer but I went in to get my brakes fixed on my Jeep and they were very attentive, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the entire process on what they found and at a good price. I also had a very random request and Rick the owner without question did everything in his power to help me, they truly go above and beyond for their customers here and I highly recommend anyone in need of auto repairs start here first.Service: Brakes

I manage a fleet of delivery vehicles. Even though we have fleet programs with the big national chains, I bring my cars to TCA whenever I can. Whether it's been brakes, electronics, or tires, they're fast and honest. Pete even called me to make sure I got back to the store safely after he patched one of my tires. Needed service on St. Patrick s day on short notice. They kindly serviced me even though they were plenty full that day. Honest about the service I needed which was just front brakes and rotors. Serpentine to me I needed $1000 dollars worth of work done and all it was was brakes. Fast service and my car is running good as new! Highly recommend!Service: Brakes

I ve been bringing my vehicles to Town Center Automotive ever since they opened. They have completed just about every type of routine maintenance on my vehicle that you can imagine. I have never had a vehicle breakdown under their care. Town Center is fair and honest and backs up their work 100%. When I purchased a set of tires that I did not like because of the road noise they replaced them with a quieter brand of tire for no additional charge. Recently I had a fender out of place that my door was rubbing on. I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and when I picked it up the fender had been repaired at no additional charge. Town Center s work is excellent, and their prices are fair. I would recommend them to anyone considering any type of routine maintenance or repairs.It has been two months since my previous review and Rick at Town Center came through for me again this morning. Yesterday evening I started hearing a loud clunking noise coming from under my van. Knowing that they had a full schedule today I took a chance and called to see if they could take a look at the problem. Without hesitation Rick said to bring it in. Best dignosticians and mechanisc in the business. I found Rick 25 years ago when no one but Rick could identify a stuck overdrive as the reason for my 1990 Transport power loss and I've stuck with him ever since. He and his partner Klaudio and the entire crew of mechanics have never failed to give the right diagnosis and expert, prompt and courteous service across a breadth of repairs and 8 diffent cars, foreign and domestic. Town Center Auto was recommended to me by a friend who felt my old mechanic wasn't giving me a fair shake....Town center auto is now my mechanic of choice!On my first visit I asked Rick for a price on quite a few things that I was told was wrong with my car...his reply on two of them ( rather expensive jobs) was that your car doesn't need that....and then told me what was wrong with car and the order he suggested getting it fixed in (all smaller issues than I mentioned).Rick also let me know of a bigger job I would need right before winter to stay safe...now my daughter goes to Town Center Auto as well. I have taken my cars to Town Center Automotive for several years. They are honest, which is a quality hard to find in a car repair facility these days! We have never been treated with anything but friendliness there. Rick has been very good to work with. Recently, I dropped in hours before the Thanksgiving with a dead battery and they took care of me before they closed so my car wouldn t have any issues over the holiday. I took my vehicle to Town Center Automotive for an oil change and some advice about repairs needed for my vehicle. I worked with Rick, the owner, and he was absolutely amazing! He explained to me what my vehicle needed and what wasn t necessary. His prices are phenomenal, his repair work deserves more than five stars, his shop was wonderfully maintained, and he even has an enterprise rent-a-car right next door with discounted rates in case your personal car stays at Town Center overnight. I don t normally leave reviews but WOW was I impressed with the service I received! I ll be back with any car issues I may have in the future.

I was so happy to find this place. Rick was booked for over 2 weeks out when I called, but he worked me in the same day. He was honest and upfront with me about the condition of my car. They did an awesome job!! He let me know about a few problems I wasn't aware of and gave me good advice on what was urgent and what could wait. When I mentioned that I was in the market for another used car, he said to bring it to him before I buy and they would look it over and drive it for me. I highly recommend this place!!

I ve been coming to Town and Center since I started driving 10 years ago+. Rick s done every repair under the sun to my cars and always for a reasonable price. He s super knowledgeable about cars and good at explaining in layman s terms what s wrong with your car and how he fixed it. He s good at noticing problems before they become any bigger and more expensive. I m always happy with the service here!

Rick, Claudio, and the team at Town Center Automotive have taken great care of our family and cars throughout the years and continue to do so. They are very friendly, trustworthy, and most importantly do a fantastic job at a decent cost. Rick is always willing to answer any questions and does a good job explaining what needs to be done and why which is greatly appreciated! I most defiantly recommend Town Center Automotive for all your car needs.

Rick and his crew are very honest and upfront with you. My wife and I have learned so much about cars over the years from Rick. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy and we have been so grateful for all the work they have performed on our vehicles. My husband and I have been taking our Audi's and our kids cars to Town Center Automotive for years and we have always been extremely happy with the care, dedicated service, fairness of pricing and follow up on those services. We trust the owners implicitly! They are honest, patient and explain very thoroughly what needs to be done and why. For us, it's rare to find service providers that you can trust in and we truly value their professionalism, knowledge and ethical business standards to keep our vehicles in safe and top running condition. I've been taking my car to Rick and Claudio for 7 or 8 years. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their honesty, integrity, and professionalism. I rely on my car every day and I need a reliable shop. Trust is hard to come by in any industry, but these guys outshine the competition. There's no need to take your car anywhere else! You can trust Town Center Automotive! Simply the best!

I have dealt with Rick and Klaudio for over 20 years and they have worked on numerous cars of mine. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are extremely friendly and professional. I trust them completely Anytime my car has been worked on, it is fixed the first time and I have never had to take it back because it wasn't done correctly. I have recommended to many people and will continue to do so. They are special people and make you feel like family.

My family has been taking their cars to Rick for many years. He is always reliable, honest, and upfront with you. He will fix those things that need fixed at the time, but will warn you of things that will need fixed the next time or down the road so you are prepared financially. He truly cares about the safety of his customers. His customer service is phenomenal!

I highly recommend Town Center Automotive for all your car issues!! Rick and Claudio are amazing! They are so knowledgable, communicative, trustworthy, and importantly, genuinely good people. They really care about you as a customer and your car. Bringing my car in to a shop had always been scary and something I dreaded, but I do it without hesitation now because I know we (my car and me) are in good hands at Town Center! I use Town Center for my company's vehicles as well as my personal vehicles. Rick and Claudio both do such an amazing job. I don't know whether to brag more on their efficiency or efficacy, so I'll list both. They get my cars back on the road quickly and with thorough service. It never ceases to amaze me how friendly, attentive & reliable Town Center Automotive is towards its customers. Rick has always gone above & beyond each appointment, constantly inspecting my car fully even when I only come in expecting to change my oil! He is very knowledgeable & professional, keeping me up to date about what needs to be done to ensure my car is in perfect shape. I would HIGHLY recommend using their services in the future!
