Very unprofessional, had my car for over a week and I had to contact them on days they said I could pick up my car just to find out I wouldn t be getting my car. I kept being told by the end of business everyday then wouldn t hear from them leaving me to call them. I asked for pricing multiple times and was told 1200 I get there and it was almost 1500 again no communication prior even though I constantly asked! Then as soon as I start it low oil pressure pops up which wasn t on before they got car, still is on 3 days later and they basically told me, they don t have anything to do with that. I didn t have any problems with my car prior to the day I sent to them which was because my car wouldn t catch, now my car is literally cutting off in the middle of traffic and I ve only had it back for 3 days. Oh they also left plastic packages in the hood of my car

Took my car in to have rear brakes replaced. When finished the brake light was still on. They advised I drive it and it should go off. It did not go off so I went back and they said the brake pad sensor was not connected. Mechanic said he fixed it. Also needed to have a screw removed from my tire while I was there. They advised there were actually multiple nails in the tire as well. I told them I just wanted the screw removed for the $25 they quoted me. I left and came back and was told they plugged 2 holes instead of 1 and it was now $50, plus the brake pad sensor that I was told was fixed and working was now "worn" and could not be reconnected and they expected me to replace it at my expense when they did not reconnect it in the first place, causing it to be destroyed. Needless to say I won't be going back

I love Frank and his entire staff, they are warm, friendly and helpful. They kept me aware of every move of what they were going to do to my 2004 Ford Escape, and they got me out as soon as possible. I will recommend Servco to everyone.

Frank, Jamie and team took care of my car needs. Did the work in the amount of time they said. You could tell that they actually knew what they were doing and had a lot of knowledge about car repair. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

I have been a customer of Servco Automotive for over a year. I bought a vehicle from Venture Mother's and had all of my regular services and urgent repars done at Servco. I brought my 2004 Kai in there to get repaired. Not only did they did an excellent job they also brought me home until the repairs were finished then picked me up when it was done. This is the 3rd time either with my wife's car or mine. An excellent choice

New owner sucks. I went in toSchedule getting my Ford F-150 rear end flushed made apt. For 10 am I asked did they have the the fluid from ford to change ohh we never ordered they said we can t get the parts and fluid till next day. Little to them not knowing I went down to ford bought the stuff same day and I did the rear end my self. This company is also selling cars illegally they don t have a dealer license. They go to the auction and buy used cars for cheap and sell for outrageous prices!!!! If you buy a car from him he has it gps tracker on it which is also illegal. Guy that runs shop is a fake. I ve called and reported him to the city as well

Had taken my 2004 Kia Optima in for a Oil change and asked them to see if they would check to see why my E- Check kept failing,not only fixed it but took time and went to the E-check and did it them selves and it passed

New owners. Not happy with being told brakes were metal to metal. Beware. $1300 for brakes rotors and front lower control arms.
