The owner and staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us a ride to the car rental place even. They had the job finished in a timely manner. It was a much more if a hefty tag than expected. That probably would've been anywhere with what was wrong. They do have helpful payment options that literally saved my life!

I would recommend Rad Air of Wickliffe to anyone. They are friendly, professional and provides excellent service. My car was fixed in less time than quoted and for a very reasonable price ( cheaper than expected).

My experience with Paul and Brian was great, and the friendly atmosphere of the staff leaves you feeling comfortable with coming back. They provided all the information that I needed to know about my son's car with photos and they got it done in a timely fashion.They were not pushy about get things done. They will talk to you about your car care needs and answer all your questions you have. Great team I would recommend them 100%.

They did a fantastic job of identifying issues, another local Mechanic never found any of these issues with the car. Not only that but they also gave me closure about a job he had done, which had not been a good job. If you want reliability, choose Rad Air! You get what you pay for, sometimes paying a bit more gets things done RIGHT! These guys are great here and I highly recommend them!

Rad Air is amazing!!! I would recommend them to anyone I know and will only be using them for all my car needs in the future. Not only did they save my car from tainted gas last year, but when I got new tires recently from what you would assume to be a reliable tire shop (Firestone - BEWARE) and they did not tighten my lug nuts back and told me it was my driveshaft that was loose. I was told I needed to take it to a dealership, but instead I reached out to Rad Air got a next day appointment and they found the cause to be the lug nuts and not the drive shaft which I'm sure is expensive to have fixed or replaced. They are always so kind, knowledgeable, and honest. I trust that they are going to tell me what needs to be done and they will complete the work properly for a fair price. Thanks to Brian, Paul and all the mechanics that work here because you all are the best around!

Paul, Bill, and Brian were all incredibly accommodating during my check up. The vehicle I brought in is part of a fleet program which involves extra steps to confirm items quoted. Everybody was patient despite this, especially Paul who took the time to speak to the fleet manager for nearly an hour!Highly recommend for quality service!

I took my vehicle to Rad Air because it was overheating and it turns out that there was way more things wrong with it than I could have imagined.The guys there did a great job letting me know about all that they found wrong and to make a long story short my vehicle drives like brand new and I would recommend that if anyone has any issues with their automobile this would be the best place to go. I was recommended by a friend so I am passing it along. Keep up the good job gentlemen and thanks again.

I had a great experience here and will be bringing my vehicles here for all future work. Brian listened to my concerns prior to dropping off my vehicle, and went over the inspection report in detail with me over the phone. They were not pushy at all, and did not try to upsell me on anything that I didn't need. I've had bad experiences in the past with poor mechanics and dealerships trying to upsell, which led me to find a new garage. Based on my experience, this is an honest business that is run with integrity.

About six months ago, we brought my husband s car in and they tried to up-charge us with about $2,000 worth of unneeded work on top of $2,600 worth of work we agreed to do.I brought my car in to get my winter tires taken off and they tried to charge me over $5,000 worth of work for maintenance items.They wanted to charge over $1,000 for new tires replacement, and alignment. I will be going to Costco for about half that price. They charge $45 to replace a brake light that takes about 15 minutes to do. They charge $45 to replace a $15 air filter (which is $30 to replace at Take 5).On top of overcharging for the labor , most of it seems dishonest when I still have over 500 miles left before I need an oil change and they say I need one, or that my rotors need replacing but they can t really hear over my studs but they want to replace them anyway.We will not be taking our cars back to Rad Air.

waited week for my car to be completed and 2 days before they looked at it I needed AC compressor. Also say they could of loaned my car to me or payment plans but no one offered me that. If they would of wired my AC up would of taken another day so I said I need car back and also got my belt done by mechanic for $120. They would of charged me over $400. They nice guys but need to take week off of work to schedule and get car done if you have that time to do. I would go back if my mechanic can't do certain but need to take week off of work. so who knows

Both Paul and Brian were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to servicing my son s Subaru. As a California Mom with a son in college in Ohio it gave me extreme peace of mind to know they would ensure his car was fixed and safe to drive! Thank You!

P a u l the service advisor was excellent. He knows his job and he will tell you exactly and go over everything that's wrong with your car. Also if you have to leave your vehicle they will provide you with a loaner or take you back home personally if you don't have a way. Frank my mechanic excellent job. He diagnose the problems with my vehicle and Paul went over that with me and they did an excellent repair job. I will be using r a d air i n Wickliffe on any future car repairs. I will also recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle repair. If there were more stars to give them I would. Thank you thank you Paul and Frank keep up the good work.

Absolutely amazing service. The staff was more than helpful and very informative about the issues I was having with my vehicle. I was expecting to wait a week but they fixed my truck the very next day to my surprise. Extremely reasonable pricing, and I highly recommend.

I have 5 vehicles. I have been going here 5 years. They are always friendly fair and do a great job. I highly recommend them. I even bring my high performance mustang here. $1,500.00. - That's what Rad Air saved me by NOT performing repair work. Let me explain - my 2003 Pontiac Grand Am was at 274,000 miles when Bill and Paul advised me that to get my car to "roadworthy" (my term) condition it would cost me about $1,500.00 in repairs. I was able to balance their estimates against the price of a newer car. The advice I received from Bill and Paul helps me and my loved ones to be safer, and to have a quieter and more comfortable ride. Thanks for the savings and thanks for the great advice and service!I rely on Rad Air to keep my 255,000 + miles car on the road and my passengers and me safe while traveling. It is very reassuring to know that Bill, Chris, and the rest of the staff are there for me. They catch problems before they become problems.Great service! Paul and all of Rad air Wickliffe did a great job with my truck. Automotive mechanics can leave people thinking there being taken advantage of, but they do honest work and never once tried to over sell anything that didn't need to be sold, and just wanted to help get my vehicle back on the road. I was on my way out of town when I had something break loose on my car. The team at Rad Air was able to jump into overdrive and get me back on the road. It was the end of the day and they exceeded all of my expectations! I will never go anywhere else!

Long story short I took my van for the first and only problem I ever had with it . A wet distributor was the culprit the nice man told me . I m from A car family and knew Rad Air is more geared toward ugh let s say more affluent people who jus want it fixed and cost is not their main concern . Long story short . My Chevy 350 vortech basic tune up is probably top 50 in the earths history most expensive for a person under 50 and that has atleast one eye that works. Spilt milk but when they send me request for great reviews time to time I am in awe of such gas lighting . I won t get into parts because that s was level 3 reaming of my rear side . But 365$ for the labor alone just for a small block Chevy probably the easiest v8 in the world to do a tune up on jus sits bad with me . And my honest mechanic that appreciates years of patronage not a reaming one n done said the wires and cap were low quality for what my receipt says . They were overall honest and as far as not dirtying or scuffin up my custom suede interior etc . They were extraordinary not a speck of anything inside the van a perfect job. That s my experience. Overall good guys doing a job that I decided since they had it in the shop with diagnosis that they always were clean on your vehicles interior and exterior. So it s appreciated from me for the good job but a 800$ tuneup on a small block 350 Chevy has got to be too 10 most expensive in North America .If you goto Rad Air . Bring your piggy bank and rosary if ya jus a regular guy that s knows better or if cleanliness is a must . They are the best not scuffing up or breaking stuff like the majority of mechanics good or bad . A bipolar review I admit but it may help someone out so it s not an issue for anyone else. THANKS RAD AIR in Wickliffe Ohio . Ya did a great job but broke the bank . But if donkeys fly I ll be rite up in bay 2 pleading my case for ya to fix me up.

Rad Air Wickliffe is VERY CLEAN. Paul and Brian made me feel very comfortable and confident that I would be satisfied with their services and care of my car. Very reasonable prices too.
