Chicks (John) is always honest about what I need to take care of as a safety priority. I truly appreciate that. As we all know, automotive repairs and maintenance are not cheap. I appreciate the no-pressure approach and always appreciate the honesty. The pricing is just right - I ve compared before and find them right in the competitive range. Great communication. nice folks but they added lug nuts as a charge in my estimate and if they would walk to the vehicle they would have seen it has lug nuts. Could have been an off-day who knows
