I was out and about running around. My battery light came on. I went to a local parts shop and large chain repair store. None of them were interested in my business. I googled auto repair near me. I found Bob's I walked in and spoke with Bob. I explained that I was kind of stranded. Bob gave me a good honest quote and was willing to do it right away. I agreed and he went to work right away. This type of service hardly exists. I will now travel 30 miles for all of my auto repair needs. The service experience was real from the beginning. They really care about their customer's.
