Told salesman Alex exactly what i wanted. He searched online and found one 360 miles away. He brought it to this dealer. When i arrived the paperwork was ready, the car was clean and sitting out front. Alex explained how everything worked and i was ready to go. Love the car and this dealer. Recently, while on way to a very important meeting for the finalization of the adoption of our newest grandchild, we experienced issues with our car. We were not far from the dealership so we decided to stop and make sure the car was safe. I explained our problem and time issue to our service advisor Matt Siford. Matt understood we had limited time to make the court session, and quickly had the car brought in and examined. The technician determined that the issue was the driver side splash guard under the car had become loose and was dragging. They were able to make quick temporary repairs to ensure it was safe and ordered the replacement part for me. I cannot express how grateful we were that we received such quick and caring service. Matt has always been an outstanding service advisor, knows us when we come in for routine maintenance and is always so friendly and accommodating. We have purchased 4 vehicles from AutoNation Wickliffe over the years, and will continue to do so for our automotive needs. Finding such outstanding people in a demanding industry is so rare, and we sincerely can't speak highly enough of Matt and his team of professionals.

We had the pleasure of working with John and it was a wonderful experience! He worked with us and got us the best car we could ve asked for!We weren t expecting to leave there with a car at all let alone a 2021 SUV! The process wasn t difficult at all, the car is beautiful! I purchased a vehicle for $$15,998 cash I wrote them a check on a Sunday. Due to them having to inspect the vehicle and whatever else I was unable to get the vehicle for four days later. During the test drive, I told Antonio the salesman. There s an issue with the brakes but I d still like to buy the vehicle. he assured me there was no issue with the brakes and the vehicle had been inspected four weeks. My brake pedal goes to the floor and I roll into the intersection. Thank God I was not hit by another vehicle. I proceeded to take the vehicle and I ask Antonio and the manager Scott to sit down with me for a conversation. After a half an hour only Scott comes to sit down and Antonio did not come. I explained my situation to Scott about how I mentioned the brake problem from day one and nothing was done about it. After some conversation, he agreed to pay for half of the brake job on my car. Needless to say, I felt as though they should pay for all of it because I mentioned it from day one, and I feel as I was lied to about the inspection. I agree to the half and I receive a call the next morning that in order to do the back brakes they have to put the vehicle in maintenance mode in order to do that they have to replace two batteries which cost $600. Well in my mind that s part of the job then they also need to pay for half of that which they refuse to do. I felt the Scott the manager did not care about my situation. He simply cared that the car was sold to me and they already got their money. Antonio hasn t answered my phone calls or texts in weeks so it s obvious he doesn t care. he also assured me that the brakes were not an issue and they were I would never do business with this place again ever. Would you buy a car with $16,000 of your hard money if it had needed brakes all the way around and two new batteries? For me it s never about the money in this case I feel like I should not have had to pay and the worst part is the treatment from Scott and Antonio.

Overall not a good experience. Salesman was greasy. Not telling us about the accident that never was fixed and the $300 key that was missing. Only giving is one key. Today is day 5 and we probably will return the car for a better deal. Unreal

The best car buying experience! My Salesperson, Dennis Spagnolo, was the best along with my Finance person Josh, and the General Manager worked together to make it happen - and it did! It was almost too easy!!

The car as described, price was reasonable. Interior detailing can be better!!!Sales Person S.G need to work on his skills. he don t know how to open the hood or the location of the spare tire of a major auto brand he is selling.After I signed all the paperwork with the finance department and finalized the loan. He ignored my request to have the fob key to set up my phone while he install the temp TAG. Zero motivation and super low energy. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed.The rest of the team are solid and professional, especially the sales manager or the finance department (found a better interest rate although I had a pre approval offer).The overall experience was good (Except the sales person).I highly recommend this dealer.

Antonio was super helpful and prompt at every point of my purchase process. I called autonation and expressed my interest on a used f150 and with in 15 mins I was test driving! After test driving the purchase process was very simple! The whole team was prompt professional and very friendly! Great experience!

The sales crew was very accommodating for the whole year long wait to get my new Maverick. Anyone I talked to or asked questions was happy to help me out and keep me informed even if I had never talked to them before. They didn't try to gouge me on pricing either; they showed me the price upfront when I ordered and never went back on that word even a year later. My truck was clean, gassed up and ready for me as soon as it came in and they made no attempt to sell my order out from under me since I couldn't take delivery until the weekend. Happy to have an honest dealer this close to home. These guys are great.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My car was acting weird so I brought it in, I also needed to patch a tire and get an oil change. They texted me and told me it was going to be a $7,800 because I need a new transmission. This vehicle is a 2018 with less than 80K miles, also the warranty expired at 75K miles, funny how now is when they say I need a new transmission even though they are the only shop to service my vehicle. I am the only owner and I bring it in regularly for regular maintenance. They did nothing to help me. When questioned about what was actually wrong with the transmission, they could not answer, because they didn't know because I highly doubt they even looked at it. I told them I will just take my car and bring it somewhere else and they didn't even have my keys available for me so I had to come back the next day. I will never go back. I took my car elsewhere and they have been working with me. They found the source of one leak, fixed it, filled the fluids and are testing it to see if there are more leaks, not jumping into spending $7,800. Do not go to Autonation ford east unless you want to get screwed over.

Went in looking for a Mustang. They did not have the certain mustang I was looking for but we found the exact one I wanted close by. James went and got me the car after I confirmed I wanted to buy it. Very easy to work with and couldn t be happier with the car. Friendly dealership, will be back for service.

The mechanic that repaired my car explained everything to me so I could understand what the issue was. Between the mechanic and head of maintenance they saved me thousands of dollars and I feel like I'm driving a new car. My Ford Escape is 20 years old. Quite frankly I was disappointed. When I had called to set up an appointment for a recall repair on my 2022 Maverick Hybrid, I was told that the parts would be available to do the work. After sitting in the waiting room for 1-2 hours, I was told the work could not be done because they didn t have the parts. I m not complaining about the wasted time so much, but if you say you can do something and I block out time to have this done, then I expect that you will live up to your promise and do it.Update, a few months later: I brought my Maverick in for a couple more recalls and because the Check Engine light had come on. This time I am happy to say the service was much more efficient. I was also pleased that they provided me with a ride home and drop off of the truck the next day. Great service!!

Very professional Front desk officers at the Service department, unfortunately the cote i got for replacement of my passenger side headlight was outrageous bcos they need to remove the frame before getting to replace the light. As a customer of Ford for years....kindly help out with favorable cote to enable me fix my headlight.Thank You.

I left my car in the beginning of November 2023 for a repair regarding recall of warranty parts. I have not heard anything yet. Last call in November was to inform me parts on back order. It's now January 16th,2024 still no word on the status of my Ford Focus.
