Krystal Wilson, is a fantastic asset to SROA. She goes above and beyond for the company and her tenants. She s very knowledgeable of her job and the property she runs. I always look forward to seeing her around the property whenever I am on site. Thank you Krystal for being awesome at everything you do!

Very nice people and the prices are great too!!! The storage buildings are clean and great sized! The woman helped me so much! Id highly recommend this place if you're looking for a storage building for anything!

I am happy to be able to secure some additional business storage with SROA. Krystal was especially helpful and made the process of getting signed in painless. The entire facility is clean, organized and protected with fencing and cameras. SROA provides great peace of mind for possessions that can't be stored at home.

Crystal the manager at the Wheelersburg location has been nothing but helpful. She has exceeded expectations in every way imaginable through our entire process. I highly recommend this location in the future if you are in the area and we need storage assistance

Elizabeth was very nice, great and even took me throughout the property to show me the different size units ! With me being a visual person this was extremely helpful !I highly recommend Elizabeth, thank you again !

The property manager Amanda is absolutely amazing! She is ever so helpful, very sweet, addressed all of my concerns and runs this place in a very professional manner. If you need a storage unit, come to this location and see Amanda!

Customer service from Kathy is amazing. She's polite, friendly, and was able to answer all of my questions. The facility is clean and the office smells wonderful! I've never been to a storage rental facility that was so nice all around and was very impressed.

I've been in another local storage facility for approximately 10 years. About two years ago my unit was broken into and I lost approximately $9000 in items . The insurance company deprecated items which were new but not in the original box and also 1-2 years old so they deprecated everything and me loosing. A new company purchased the facility telling me to stay as they had cameras and surveillance. I found out that this was also untrue and i just lost another $3000 in stuff and found out they are terrible to work with. After the last break-in I finally left and am very happy with the security, cameras and having a worker on-site throughout the day. This company is head and shoulders better than where I was and I feel secure now. I hope that they NEVER sell out to the AGI company that's seem to be buying all the facilities locally so they have a monopoly. That's my opinion but I'm sticking to it!!!

Terrible customer service. I was promised by the person signing me up for the unit that the rate would not change until at least six months in, if not longer. Three months in, my rent jumped considerably. All a phone call to the main office got me was "Well you read your contract, what do you expect me to do?" I would've stuck with this business for *years* if they'd treated me better than this. As it is, I'm happy to have gotten my stuff into another business' unit just down the road at a far better price. AVOID.

Very easy move in experience. Done all paperwork online and was able to enter location via gat code without any issues. The prices are a little high for the size, but am pleased.

Sky high prices. Emails hound you weeks in advance of due date. Serious bogus late fees after 1 or 2 days. Prorated monthly fee upon renting unit, when vacated halfway through the month they.said no prorate/refund permitted. This is thievery, plain and simple. Storage businesses like this one need some serious oversight by a consumer protection agency. DO NOT RENT STORAGE UNITS FROM THIS COMPANY, YOULL BE SORRY.

Very polite friendly place never had a problem rented from this place multiple times. I would highly recommend this place to fulfill your storage needs.
