Well they stink. I called first to see if they had a part in stock. The salesman said yes. When I arrived they said it was a special order part. So I told them about me calling ahead & being told it was in stock. The salesperson suggested that I may have called another location. Well,that's a possibility. So I checked my call history. I did beyond a doubt call the right store. Also this isn't my first trip there. I have never walked out of that place with anything I needed. I walked next door to autozone & walked out with my part.

Verry disappointed with o'Reilly. When they 1st opened I stayed a loyal customer. The staff always really polite and serve to your needs .a coin toss between autozone due to competition pricing which would always match. I have never had an issue .I'm going to give a 3 star rating because there are great staff members and excellent parts .my issue as a loyal return customer. I called in a part not to long ago for a price match.which I found a part online $100 cheaper and I mentioned it to the gentleman. Dont get me wrong were all all trying to save money these days with the economy so high and expensive. He got upset and rude and started babbling that he pays taxes etc.. like it was some god awful crime I found a part online cheaper then theres.i just so needed that part asap and normally if I can get a better deal on an item I will go for it. As I have not personally had bad experience with online items .I just make sure it's in the USA but anymore most oir products are over seas .the best is japan my opinion that is. But my point is I'm a tax paying citizen myself and it was rude and inconsiderate and offensive of how he said that to me like basically told me off in a different manner because I wouldn't purchase threw him.needless he does not know I'm a regular. Regardless I went to autozone and paid the high end price because I needed my part and would had purchased threw o'Reilly if it wasnt for the rude gesture remark.i will not return to orielly after that.dissaponts me....my opinion just because a person mentions a price online give u no reason to insult your customers. Verry unprofessional. A 3 star is fair due to other staff hard work and good product. My personal experience

I was given two bad O2 sensors from them!! They replaced the first but it didn't work either. So I thought it was something else and took it too two garages and it was the O2 sensor. I order a new one from somewhere else and fixed the problem. So I took the other back and they wouldn't give me a refund $110 + tax.

Had an encounter with a rude employee. If you're too lazy to walk out to the parking lot and help someone by taking a look at their car, maybe you shouldn't work at an auto parts store.

Said part would be there the next day...wasn't..Said it would be there the next day...wasn't. Finally showed up 3 days after initial chat. Terrible customer service

The O'Reilly's in Wheelersburg OH is the place you need to go if you need auto parts. They are educated and helpful. Great place!
