I worked part-time at this store for 4 years thus I know the staff very well and they do quite well at helping customers. I believe that their products are of good quality and really like their Duralast tools because they are of great quality plus very easy to return should something should it break. The staff will also change out batteries, wipers and light bulbs for free if asked.

I came in from out of town. I need headlight blubs. I ordered them on line and went to pick them up. Jess greeted us and helped us with the pickup. I went to install them and found out that the one set didn't fit. We went back and Jess assisted us with the refund process and got us the right blubs and even give me my military discount. I told him if the part worked, I would be back to pick up another set, which I did. So I installed new low and high beams and drivers lights blub on my 2018 Ford F150. Thank you Jess for your outstanding customer service and great knowledge of the products. Will definitely return again!!

Helpful and knowledge. Amanda knows the parts she is selling and that is rare. I have always been a zoner because they have more to offer as in better quality and good better and best for almost all there parts.And never any hassle on lifetime parts replacement as long as you can provide proof of purchase!!!!!

Best prices, great customer assistance. They even offered to install new wiper blades I was purchasing while it was pouring rain. Very clean store also ! * HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! *By the way , O'Reilly's s*x ! High prices, HORRIBLE customer assistance. Will never shop there again ! Thank you !

They always have what I need and the staff are great! They put my headlights in for me and replaced my battery. It's great that they do that, so I don't have to get under the hood and try to figure it out alone.

i had come to ohio due to a death and the truck i was having to drive back to Florida had a dead battery, i had no other car to use, i walked over to this place to buy a battery for the truck . the Lady not only help me find the correct battery but had someone take it and me back to the truck to put it in. i was so stressed out and they made my day wonderful. thanks to her i was able to get home safely and with a better frame of mind..there are good people in the world...sheri

I asked for a part, they said they had it. Needless to say I bought this part before and it was under warranty, however, they lied and didn't have it. Instead of them doing what was necessary, they made me drive to their other store, repurchase it, drive back put it on, drive back to get my money back! Complete waste of time, and a huge inconvenience because these guys don't know squat and shoot from their hips with answers! I will be an O'rileys shopper from now own. Don't waste yer time on autozone.

well, I use to have a 5 star review on my comment here, but recently I came across a BIG problem with autozone with the life time brakes brake pads... I ended up having to buy more brakes for two different vehicles twice each because some how after changing the brakes once on both cars, the second time I went to switch out my pads I had to buy brand new "Life Time warranty" brakes for BOTH vehicles again due to some how someone imputed the information wrong BUT only after having switched out the brakes once.SCAM is all I can think of when it comes to semi auto life time brakes from autozone.

This is my go to auto store. Always friendly and helpful and if they don't have the part they can usually have by that day on next. Highly recommend.

Good store and most the employees know thier stuff. Occasionally you get someone who don't know half of what they claim and if you don't pay attention will get you the wrong parts.

They did not have chains for my tires in stock. And they were way too expensive to order. But I did find some valve caps for a dollar.
