Walked in with no appointment a broken muffler and in less than an hour it was fixed with courteous service and a terrific price. Provided an understandable explanation of both the issue and the way they planned to fix it. Would absolutely recommend.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I was a first time customer and received excellent service in a timely and courteous manner. I told them I needed a muffler, but they found that I just needed a couple of patches to a pipe and the muffler was just fine. They could have very easily ALSO replaced the muffler, but they were honest. I highly recommend these folks!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

They were able to get me right in with short notice. Gave me a loaner vehicle so I wouldn t have to wait. They were able to weld new quad tips to my exhaust with different pipe sizes and tight space requirements. They did an excellent job and got it done quickly. My wife and I are retired and on a limited income. Are 2016 Sentras muffler was making very loud noises. We thought the muffler was falling off. Adel got me in quickly with a prior phone call. I was so relieved when Adel told me it was a simple fix and was charged $85. Adel, the Owner, is a very kind, friendly and honest man. I highly recommend Westside Muffler. Matt W. Absolutely amazing customer service and very reasonable prices (lower than other quotes I had received). George did an excellent job of explaining the work that he was going to do before, during, and after the service on my car. As a female, in the past I've felt as if some mechanics were talking down to me or taking advantage of a perceived lack of car knowledge - that is not the case here! George seemed to truly care that my car was safe for me to drive and that I was getting the lowest price possible without sacrificing quality. I would 100% recommend going here for any services you need and will be using them in the future when the need arises!

I took my car in based on a referral; I didn't know what to expect but after getting some work done (that the Lakewood NTB said would cost almost $900) I have been made a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!Dave's prices are very reasonable and his work is fantastic. He did what he said he would do and the price was spot on what he said it would be. I am very satisfied and will continue to bring my car to him as well as refer my friends!

Quite possibly the best service experience of my life. . I stopped by just for a quote and found that they could get me right in. I was shown exactly what work was going to be performed and for what price. . I was in and out in 30 minutes for a price that was 1/4 of the other shops I received quotes from. All joints were welded and custom hangars were used and welded in place for a solid and stable finished product. Well done. They have earned my business for the long haul.

Went and saw the guys at Westside Discount Muffler on the recommendation of a friend and I have to say I could not be happier! I used to get my exhaust work done in Akron but now I drive 40 mins just for these guys. Quality welds and service at a very reasonable price! The owner Dave was very personable and the even his client base was enjoyable just to chat with! Its one of those places where I say these guys aren't just mechanics, they are car enthusiasts that are also fantastic mechanics.(don't be turned away by "discount" I took my R32 to them and plan on taking my BMW as well)2 Thumbs & 5 Stars!

Dave was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and is the best welder I have seen. I am in the trades and am around pipe fitters all the time, Dave makes their welds look like preschoolers!! I was very happy with how quickly the shop was able to get me in and out. Dave bent and welded a custom duel exhaust on my new body style canyon, the same canyon that 3 other places said it was impossible to do. So i say take it to Dave he makes the impossible, possible and does it with a smile. By far the best place to go on North coast

Went in for an estimate on exhaust leak, Abe put it on the lift called me out to see the problem. Gave me an estimate and did the work. Time involved was 3 1/2 hours from driving in to driving out. Highly recommend. TimService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Great, quick, friendly and affordable service. Took them less than an hour to fix my muffler/exhaust that now sounds brand new. They informed me every step of the way exactly what they had to fix and always asked if was ok to continue. I will absolutely be returning in the future for any of car service needs.

Excellent service, George was nothing but nice to me. I came in because my car was loud and so dave took care of my car, he showed me everything wrong, and the previous "mechanic" who tried to fix my car had the worst welds ever, like a high schoolers first time welding, dave fixed it in a timely manner and showed me the fixed result, and the prices are extremely fair. Will definitely recommend them

Dave has been my go to guy for anything auto related for over 15 years. He's fair, honest and upfront with everything he does. I tried to recall a time where he didn't have my back, in an attempt to give him a lower star rating. I've been unsuccessful at doing so. He's the best. If its time and money your tryin to save, don't hesitate, always call Dave!

Terrible rip off. Quoted 400 dollars for an easy 50 dollar job. I have good exaust pipe and muffler. All I needed was 1ft segment welded on after the catalytic converter and a bend before the exaust that was maybe 3 in material on an 03 civic. And that cost 400 dollars!?!! What?! Get real!

Best QUALITY PERIOD!!!! Dave did an amazing job on the fully custom dual exhaust on my 69 Olds cutlass 442. If you go anywhere else you will waste your time and money.

I drive an older Lexus and completely lost the exhaust system. Not knowing where to go, I asked around and tried this place after going to two other repair shops that made me feel like i should toss the thing in the river or pay an arm and leg . At Westside Discount Muffler they hooked me up with a new muffler and resonator, also they fabricated the rest of the exhaust at less than half the cost of other shops. Thanks so much, you got a customer for life.

I stopped in after seeing good reviews online to determine where my exhaust on my Passat was leaking. Not only was it diagnosed before looking at the car, it was fixed on the spot. You don't find places like this that still care about people and not just the dollar signs. Thanks for taking 20 minutes to make my day!!

I was quoted 700-800$ to get my exhaust system replaced at different shops until I came to Westside discount muffler to see David black and he is amazing! Good prices and super fast!

Told me on the phone they could probably diagnose a problem while I waited. Got there and they acted like they never spoke with me and said it would be a charge to find the issue and that it would take a while. On top of that they tried telling me that two unrelated issues were somehow linked. I'm pretty sure they don't know about cars.
