Great overall shop that excels with speedy service and fantastic customer service. Alyssa was the most recent tech that helped me here. I appreciate how kind she and the rest of the team were. I was running late to work and they got me in and out very quickly. Never felt pressured or "sold" on things I don't need. They seem to only recommend services if they are genuinely applicable or needed. My only con, which isn't the shops fault, is that they are unable to reset my oil light indicator for my Volkswagen. Requires taking it to the dealer which is very unfortunate. I'll come to this shop for everything and anything else though.

Oil plug was not installed properly. I have been a regular at Take 5 and had no noticeable problems until my last oil change. I got an oil change before an 11hr trip home. Once home I parked in my garage.The next morning i saw a puddle of oil dripping consistently. I tried to diagnose and tightened the drain plug to spec which stopped the leak so far no issues with my truck but I m disappointed in the quality of work done for $120 oil change.

Went in with a fleet vehicle and as per policy, asked for a conventional oil change. Tech said that the fleet card would pay up to $100, so he used and charged full synthetic.Not only did I not get what I asked for, but this is going to get me in trouble at work.

popped my tire and i asked for the camera footage then they got all defensive and yelling at me and before all this i was having great service til i asked for the video footage they started being rude and said no

Not a long wait and very professional service.Informative and they even give free water while you wait. I will back in March for the next one.They also put air in my tires.Thx again

Terrible, terrible. I wouldn't bring my car here if they were the last oil change techs on the planet. The took the cover from underneath my car and didn't replace it. Didn't find out until I got another oil change at the different place. This place also charged me for a full synthetic oil change and come to find out from the code they only gave me a conventional oil change. I will never come back and they are so unprofessional. Stopped in for a basic oil change. Everyone was so friendly and made the experience very pleasant! Andrew was 10/10 amazing customer service, explained everything very thoroughly and was overall just very sweet.

No wonder your reviews are so great guys what a wonderful speedy team you have! Came in on a whim and was greeted with a nice cold . Wait wasn't long then I made a boo-boo getting in cause my big van but they helped me get in accurately lmbo! Whole process was under 20 mins talk about fast! Checked all fluids and tires also got a real good deal with a coupon I had so yay me!!!Thanks guys for the happy, funny and speedy job got my van purring like a kitten now!

I had the oil changed, filters replaced, and new front wipers installed. The techs were very professional and kind. I was offered a bottle of water, informed of progress, and given options and feedback along the way. The service was very efficient. Too pricey.. my 1st & last time trying take 5 oil change. I ask for a standard oil change. They gave the most expensive $110. Then when I corrected them at checkout, they really chose to dump good oil out and give me what I asked for and still charged $90 with a $10 coupon I brought. I normally pay $40 elsewhere without these issues. Staff there seem unprofessional but knowledgeable.not a good 1st impression, never again. Too many better options available. Save the hassle and go anywhere else!!!Service: Oil change

Normally I go to the Rocky River location since it s closer to home but went this location a few months ago and had a good experience. This past week when I was there for an oil change the guy informed me that part of the hard plastic protection thing under the car was destroyed. I asked if it was something I should get replaced by my dealer (leased car) and he told me not to worry about it. I also asked from his experience what could cause something like that to occur and he asked me if I got stuck in the snow, which I don t recall, and then said that it was probably from me hitting a few curbs . I felt this was wildly misogynistic and was pretty offended when I left. I won t be back at this location and have told my friends to check out other locations as well.Service: Oil change

Went here a few days ago for the first time and was happy with my service. They were very friendly and informative, checked all my fluids and let me know if anything was low, and checked a few other things. They also showed me my filter to let me know a new one was needed and showed me all the different types of oil. They weren t pushy at all, just told me what they had and let me decide which oil I wanted to use. It was also fast service, was in and out in about 10 minutes. I ll definitely be coming back when I m due again. Thanks for your good service!

I stopped to get an oil change on my Mini. Other places simply told me that they don't do Mini's. Mike said "I'm not sure how to get to your oil filter but I will figure it out." Top marks for service. I'll be going out of my way to get my oil changes here for all of my cars from now on.

I wanted the 49.99 oil.change for my son's car. They told me no I had to use the synthetic. The car is 1997. It could use just plan Jane oil. They told me no it can't. I was charged 93 bucks yesterday. Boy was I mad and so was my son when he found out they hosed me.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Wanted an oil change with conventional oil. Didn t mention that they only had synthetic (99.99 for 4.5 qts) until they were about to drain my oil. I said no thanks. Then Ethan magically took 20.00 off. Which made it feel like a scam. By the looks of some of these reviews, it looks like a well practiced bait and switch move.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I always go to this location but today , they didn t put my tire pressure caps back on, didn t give me a sticker & didn t reset my maintenance reminder which they do every time. Last time coming here.

Take 5 provides fast and efficient service. I ve been going to the location in Westlake on Columbia road for several years. Ray & Andrew have been excellent techs every time and extremely helpful. I highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. Driving cross country was stressful so when my oil light came on it scared me. I dropped by and Joe and Fitz were so nice and put me at ease. They checked my car, added oil, and more importantly put my mind at ease for the rest of my trip. Oil changes are something we want to do, we just have to do them. Therefore, I was happy to find a business that made it easy, and not the sales pitch headache that other places offer. The techs checked my wipers, which this time of year I feel is important. I mentioned mine work great and there was no further "sales pitch". The prices were also great, especially since I had a coupon from the mail. I will be doing the rest of my oil changes there!

Best oil change yet.. They have half off coupons on line! Their staff is remarkable. It was a fast and convenient oil change. The young lady mechanic that helped me was so courteous and knowledgeable. Would reccomend this Take 5.

Tyler and Devin were professional and friendly. Service was done quickly, and exactly as requested. Initial pricing might be a little high, but coupons quickly make it a better deal than anywhere else in the area. Will definitely return.

Friendly and professional service. The attendant noticed my "USA Gear" and asked if I was a Veteran and then gave me a Veteran discount. I appreciate their gesture and will be getting my m oil changes there for now on. To the men working tonight - Thank you gentleman!

My tire pressure light was on this week. I figured it was due to the cold weather that morning but wanted to get it checked out and tires filled, just in case. Take 5 is right on my way to work and is open at 7am during the week. Stopped in for the first time to see if they could check my tires and put air in them. Not only did they put air in them... it was FREE and only took 5 MINUTES!!At 7:00am in the middle of winter when you're trying to get to work for a 7:30am call... the last thing you want to do is stop and put air in your tires. I'm so grateful that they were able to help me quickly. Oh, and they were full of energy and smiling at 7:00am (I think it was Joe who helped me). I was very impressed with them & have been telling all my co-workers about it! Thanks again for the help!!

Eric did a great job, quick, very efficient. I come here all the time. They top the air, and or oil off in your car no questions asked. You can t beat that service in the winter! Keep up the great work guys!

Decided to take a chance on this place and unfortunately now regret my decision. All the screws on air box were either loose or not even started, there were drops of oil all over the top of my engine. They had to remove a skid plate and now I am concerned that this may fall off at anytime due to loose bolts. I get this is a quick oil change place, but you should learn to take pride in the work you do.Service: Oil change

Amazing Crew. They were so fast got me in and out and back to work quickly. It was also nice they offer bottles of water during my oil change. I would recommend this store to anyone. Manager was super helpful and nice.
