A-1 friendly service. Ryan provided me with great customer service. He explained why I need 2 lug ts replaced on my rear tires. Serpentini has always provided me with excellent Chevy Trax repair.

I bought my Cadillac STS from here and it was a great experience across the board.Brendan was easy to work with and everyone was very friendly a d helpful.Terri Salvorte was easily the best part of Serpentini. She went step by step on the financing process and got me the best price I could get along with the warranty. She was absolutely fantastic.I will definitely return there again for another car when the time comes.

Sam was awesome to work with along with Brett and everyone else was very friendly. We returned to Serpentini several months after our daughter purchased her vehicle because we were so impressed with how well she was treated and now entire family will return for service and future vehicles after having purchased many cars from another dealership closer to home. The salesman who helped me, Kevin, was so amazing to work with. He wasn't just worried about getting a sale, he took the time to genuinely help me and find something that would meet my needs but still be in my budget. Even when the first car I couldn't get, he spent time finding one I could. Honestly such a pleasant experience. And the financing people were just as amazing, explaining everything to me so I understood what I was signing and what my payments would be. I would 100% recommend to everyone looking for affordable good vehicles

I recently purchased a vehicle from Serpentini and had to get it serviced a couple of times. Dave and the service team are great to work with and very communicative, much more so than many other service shops I ve dealt with in the past. Each time, Dave efficiently got my car in and out, fixed up nicely and back out on the road! Would definitely consult with Dave for any auto repair needs and will be back in the future should anything else arise.

My fiancee and I made an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle that we viewed online. When we arrived, the salesman let us know that another couple was looking at the vehicle, so we waited to see if they were going to purchase it. After a few minutes, the salesman let us know that they were not interested because there were a "few" scratches in the interior. We proceeded to take a look at the vehicle, and there was substantial damage to the interior...numerous deep gouges throughout much of the cabin area as well as several rips to one of the leather seats. I voiced that it would need some repair and perhaps we could negotiate price if the test drive went well, which the salesman scoffed at and informed us that the price was already good and it had been detailed. We went ahead and took it for a drive then pulled off to do a more thorough inspection. We noticed that the carpet in the cargo hold wasn't attached well, so we pulled it up and found water and debris! (Possible flood damage red flag!) So we drove it back and let the salesman know that we were not interested. When asked why, we explained what we found (which I feel is a pretty big deal to find water and debris in a used vehicle thats being sold, especially one that was just detailed!) and the salesman was quite indifferent to our findings. The biggest problem, for me, was that this is the type of experience that I would expect from a buy-here-pay-here, not from a dealership that I thought was reputable. After this, I can not, in good faith, trust them to sell me a quality used vehicle.

The repairs on my electric car were satisfactory. The communication was a bit lacking, however. First, one person from appointment scheduling said it was okay to wait with the car. The second person in scheduling said no, I had to drop it off. It s a good thing the second person was right about that, because I dropped the vehicle off before 11 on Monday and had to call service at the end of the work day for an update to find out that I was going to have to wait a few days for a part to arrive. Though the representative in service mentioned a possible rental vehicle by Wednesday, I never heard back until I called on Friday. The representative said that he was out sick the last couple of days. That s fine; we all deserve sick time, but the team effort from Serpentini was lacking here. If someone is out, others on the team should check in on their assignments. Finally got my car back the following morning. Pickup was easy, so no complaints there. The technician that worked on the car left very detailed notes about the repair, and that was appreciated.I would just hope that the Serpentini team better coordinate coverage in the future when a team member is out, so that the customer isn t having to call in for updates days later.

Gladys was my car saleswoman and she was absolutely amazing. She not only got me my dream suv. But went above and beyond for me to get qualified and with cheaper payments on a newer vehicle than what I had previous. I m very happy with what all she has done for me and my daughter. I don t want to be too critical because most dealers are becoming much of the same with what they offer in terms of financing options. I just wish realistic financing options were presented without having to hassle for them. We ended up getting the car we came to see after several hours of negotiating. I will give credit that we were tended to immediately and until our transaction was complete. I will also admit that ego was put aside at the end of the day by the manager who remained professional even after feeling slighted by sales team initially. All in all we are happy with our purchase.

Best Car Dealership in town! Staff is always friendly! I bought a 2015 Chevy Equinox from Hakeem. He was a very knowledgeable salesman and he worked hard to get me to where I wanted to be on monthly payment. If giving no stars was an option that is what they would have gotten. This dealership is highly unprofessional in addition to being morally obtuse. First, they pressured me into relinquishing my vehicle as a trade-in when I repeatedly told them I didn't want to. After 6 hours of negotiating I finally gave in because I was tired and hungry and had been there all day. During the negotiations, Brendan, the sales rep that I had been dealing with, promised to fix a few things on the car that I was purchasing that I noticed were not in proper working order. I left the lot with my new car and sadly left my old car there (which was paid off and I owned out right). At the time I did not have the title with me so it was agreed upon that I would bring the title to finalize the deal when I brought the car back to have the repairs made. When I returned they refused to follow through on the promise to fix the items on the car that Brendan had initially promised to fix. They also refused to return my old car to me, saying that it was not located on the lot any longer. How do you sell a car without the title? I'm not sure, but what I do know is that I will NEVER bring business to this dealership or any Serpentini dealership ever again and I would highly advise against buying any merchandise from them as well seeing as how multiple issues arose with the car that I was purchasing within days of driving it off the lot and them refusing to honor their word on repairing anything that was wrong with the car.In response to the reply that this review generated... their response is just another one of their lies. As recent as today they were still refusing to fix any of the defects on the car that were promised to be fixed during the initial interaction. In addition to missing work on 4 separate days resulting in a total of 16 hours they have also illegally sold my trade-in car without the title or without the deal being finalized. The only thing they have agreed to is to call me when the car is brought back onto the lot when they are able to retrieve it from a wholesaler they sold it to in Pittsburgh. Learning from previous mistakes this promise has been taken in writing. I highly recommend not dealing with this facility as they will surely try to swindle you. If you do choose to deal with them, make sure you have everything in writing and go over everything with a fine tooth comb.

I had high expectations going into this transaction. I worked specifically with Mark, he did a great job communicating with me and the finance team worked swiftly. I have a No B.S approach and I was not the easiest to please. They went over and beyond and fixed all repairs I asked even with the vehicle being used. Great job Serpentini and Mark. I had a very pleasurable experience with the Serpentini team when buying my Ram 3500. I worked with Kendal Sherrod who I found to be very helpful during the buying process. He was quick to answer my questions and accommodated some of my requests, which I didn't expect. In between business talk, he was easy to shoot the breeze with which made the whole process that much better. My only issue, and I am not sure if it is an actual issue, was not knowing the interest rate on my loan until I got to the finance desk. Not sure if that is common practice. Regardless, I had a great experience at Serpentini and would definitely buy a car from Kendal again! Thanks for the help Kendal!

I went in for an oil change and tires rotated. They found out the front wheels were out of alignment and took care of that too. The service was very nice and friendly. Great experience. Also my sales person Sam came and said hi. I recommend Sam!!

I walked into the dealership cold turkey and, with a stroke of luck, was greeted by Ryan. I didn t anticipate that I d be purchasing a vehicle that day but an hour later I was on a demo drive to my house to pick up my wife and show her the Blazer. She loved it so much that I also picked up the title to my Ford so I could trade it on the Blazer. Ryan conferred with a couple of guys behind the counter and was back in 10 minutes or so with a deal which I accepted immediately. Couldn t have been easier! Ryan was amazing!

I had the pleasure of getting a brand new Silverado from one of the best sales people I have ever experienced in the car business, Gale Goodwin. I have nothing but good things to say about my overall experience. I definitely will be referring anybody I know looking for a new vehicle to her. She made sure everything was cared and even gave me a checklist the morning of pick up to ensure I was ready. I can t thank Gayle and the folks at Serpentini enough. I love my new truck and will be retuning to find another vehicle when my wife s lease is up.

I traded in a Nissan Altima and bought a used truck. The negotiations took three separate trips. The initial trade in offer was tremendously low compared to other dealerships, in the meantime they raised the price of the truck online, I was told since I had outside financing I had to pay the new online MSRP price. We eventually came to an agreement with trade in and price of the truck. We were told the paperwork (memorandum title/trade in pay off) would be completed within 2 weeks.The truck smelt like cigarettes and was muddy so I asked if it would be detailed before purchasing, salesman ensured us it would be done. When I took possession, the inside still smelled like an ashtray the only thing they did was wash on the outside. There were personal items from the previous owner under the seats. When we spoke with the manager about it not being detailed all he did was apologize.After a few weeks without getting my memorandum title, I wanted to touch base so I placed a call to them and was told that their title office was slow . The following day I received a text and email from Ross that we needed to provide him with a check or line of credit, if not we will need the vehicle brought back to us by end of day. I then called him and he explained to me that they lost my file with the paperwork and check info that my credit union sent them. It took them 3 weeks to figure out they lost my file! I then resent them my line of credit and he told me he would submit it.In the meantime my trade in was not paid off so I was getting payment reminder calls. The following week marked a month, still no memorandum title or payment to pay off my trade in. Next day I received my memorandum title in the mail. Still nothing with trade it pay off. I called them again to follow up and I was told they were going to overnight a check to my trade in credit union.Overall a horrendous experience with a well known dealership with no accountability or standing behind their word on what condition my truck was going to be in when I purchased it.

Kevin Patterson was very helpful! I ve been looking for a reasonably priced used mini van and it s been TOUGH in this market! He was able to help negotiate a price that was not outside our budget and that is why we decided to purchase from this dealership over others! I like an honest salesperson and he was very helpful! I will say the price on their website is ONLY if you plan to finance through the dealership which is in the fine print if you look hard enough! So far I love my van, will update my review if that changes!

So, I waited to write this review. I originally bought a Jeep from Serpentini of Westlake and it turned out to not be a great fit for me. Hakeem and Gale were my car experts.However, today I went in and I was able to walk out with a brand new 2024 Trax thanks to Hakeem s diligent work and also big thanks to Jason and Willie. I m super happy with their customer service and willingness to work with me.
