Everyone I've dealt with has been absolutely wonderful. The work has been consistently great and they keep in touch afterwards to make sure you're happy. The main waiting area has a nice living room room vibe and it matches the more personal type of service provided. I currently take all my vehicles here for general service including oil changes, brake and tire work and anything they can help with. Any referrals they've given for work they don't do, like remote start, was a great experience as well.

These guys at RadAir are AMAZING!! Dino and everyone were so unbelievably kind. They go above and beyond and took great care of my Jeep. After all the top notch repairs they did to my vehicle, I even got some road cookies which was such a sweet touch to the whole experience. These guys are honest, work hard and quick. I had my car back days before I thought I would and it feels great. They have my business moving forward and I recommend this shop to friends and family.

Great service. We were in from out of town, 350 miles from home, and heard a grinding noise from the rear. Dino and his team diagnosed it quickly - a bad wheel bearing. I told them we needed to get the car back as quickly as possible, because of a big family event later in the day. They gave us a loaner big enough to accommodate the grandparents and their walkers, and finished up the job in time to get our car back for the party before the end of the day. Great people, great service, great price.

These people are great! They squeezed me in to get my tire patched and plugged. It's really like family in there while waiting. I had a great experience that saved me in a time of need and will definitely go back for more routine needs.

The service was what is expected. The facility was clean. The low rating is due to the experience I had when I was called about my car. I have an older subcompact car that has sport/racing stripes. I bought it used for its low mileage and reviews the car had not for its look. When the man called he called it my sports car . I do not need judged or reminded of what I drive. They must all drive very nice cars while I do not. Secondly while picking up my car another person came in they either knew or were doing some bigger work for as they treated him like royalty while they tried to just get me out. Am I mad about it no. Yet this was my first time going here and will go back to Conrad s next time. I gave you a chance and honestly blew it. I expect my car to be serviced right. You did that. But a couple cookies doesn t make up for poor customer service.

What a great experience! No one likes it when their car breaks down but I can tell you it was so refreshing to find a repair shop that did solid reasonable and trustworthy work. My car is back on the road and in tip top shape. Thanks Dino and the crew.

Very positive experience. Took the Jeep in for a few nagging maintenance issues. When I called ahead, they gave me an appointment just 2 days away. Had a loaner ready for me, called me with the diagnosis. Identified a few options for me and finished the work quickly and charged a very fair price. Very quick and courteous service.Highly recommend.They give you cookies at the end...

When you have a coupon you expect that your going to be paying less not more for a service. The coupon I had said $75 oil change. Well this place added on all sorts of extra charges on top of that. Somehow getting it up to $113, which is no discount and felt like a big scam. I won t be going back.

I have been bringing my cars to Dino & Roz at Rad Air for more than a decade and they have NEVER disappointed me! Norm and all the mechanics are top notch and were able to diagnose an issue with a newer vehicle that the the dealership had not been able to solve on several visits (this is what originally convinced me to make them my "go to" for all auto service). RadAir always gives great service. Most importantly, I feel safe driving my car away after a service. The techs and mechanics are knowledgeable and don t speak to you like you are dumb. I have price shopped and while they are a little bit more expensive than some other shops, I have paid way more for significantly less quality so to me, 20-50$ more at RadAir is priceless. Took my car to Dino s (RadAir) to get some standard maintenance done while I was in Cleveland (I was visiting my Mom) and he went through everything to make sure my own mechanic was as good as I thought he was. They did not disappoint. He was able to get to the front struts and did a computer alignment and drives like a car. I took my car in for a problem that another repair shop couldn t figure out after 3 attempts. Rad Air in Westlake figured it out very quickly. They got me in quick too. The shop was clean and any of the staff I dealt with were friendly, helpful and courteous. No one likes to take their car to the mechanic but Dino and his wife are so wonderful to deal with. We have 2 cars they service and I think they are honest and knowledgeable. They also provide loaner cars if available which definitely helps with scheduling so you are left with no transportation for the day. Dino and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable. I took them 3 vehicles, 2 for business and 1 personal. They told me what I needed and what is upcoming in the future that I will need to keep an eye on. They didn t try and oversell yet knew exactly what the issues were and fixed it the first time. We have our new spot for all our vehicles repairs and maintenance and thats Rad Air. Dino and his staff are very honest and proficient mechanics. Dino and his crew are great! I dropped my car off early in the morning. They did a maintenance check on everything and told me I needed new rotors for my brakes. I took the car in the following week and had it back, good as new the same afternoon. They did a great job, are very polite, explained everything and answered all my questions. I ve always had success with this RadAir location. My experiences have proven that this team is honest, efficient and reliable. There are other local places near me that offer similar services, sometimes at a lower price, but I keep coming back to this RadAir. It s been about 4 or 5 years, and I won t take my car anywhere else.As a female who doesn t know much about cars .or any type of auto repair, I ve never felt intimidated. I needed exhaust system work and went to them for a second opinion. They got me in quickly, diagnosed my problem, gave me a loaner, and fixed my problem that day.
