Always quick great service. You don't have to set an appointment either. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I had poor service at Quick Lane today!The agent took my keys, didn t allow me to talk or explain what s the issues I m having with my car!He kept yelling at me in front of other customers! Because I asked what is the service that my car gonna receive! And because I asked him to allow me to tell him why am I bringing the car today!!!We are talking brand new car almost 1 yr old! When I buy what s called luxury car , I expect a decent treatment!I don t except to be insulted and yelled at as a bad kid just because I wanted to be informed of the services that I m gonna get, before they do it!I had Toyota before and never had such horrible service with their service department!

I don't want to say anything negative but over 50 Dollar's for a patch on a tire.
