I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional service Haneen provided in helping us find the perfect first car for our daughter. What impressed me was her knowledge and expertise on the car we purchased and the others we did not. She was patient and not pushy, understanding that we wanted to explore our options within my daughters budget. Her dedication and attention to detail made us feel like valued customers, and we truly appreciated this.

My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle and we had a great experience with Mo at Nick Mayer. Mo listened to our needs and made recommendations within our budget. We came away with the perfect SUV at a great price. I would highly recommend that anyone visit Nick Mayer Lincoln and ask for Mo! You won't be disappointed! BTW...the Nautilus Reserve is beyond luxury...Absolutely an amazing machine!

Nick Mayer Lincoln is a welcoming and friendly dealership.Rob Lee was my salesperson who was hardworking and determined to find me the vehicle I requested, which was not an task for the 2023 Corsair I requested.I appreciate his willingness to listen to what I wanted, and his persistence to find the Corsair in another state.Most importantly, Rob kept in contact with me through this process. I appreciate not having to wonder was happening in the search for my vehicle.I would definitely recommend Rob Lee and Nick Mayer Lincoln for your next vehicle purchase.

Couldn t be happier with my new car, thanks to Mo! Everyone is the dealership is friendly, professional & determined to get you the best deal possible. I made an appointment with Mo after my old car quite literally blew up on me.. he was quick and responsive and had me in the dealership same day. He worked diligently to find me a reliable vehicle with a monthly payment that worked for me & I was able to leave same day with all of my issues resolved. Could not have been happier with my experience! (They even offered me some of their catered lunch while I waited!!) HIGHLY recommend Mo and his team :-)

We had the best experience with Mo. He was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better sales person. He took care of everything for us. He was very nice and helped us out more then we could have every ask for. The dealership is amazing and all the staff were nice and courtesy. We couldn't have ask for a better experience. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Nick Mayer Lincoln was an amazing experience! We were helped by Scott Dickerhoff and Haneen Taye. Both are excellent with their knowledge of vehicles. We were treated so nicely. We bought the Lincoln Aviator. The process was simple and not stressful at all. The facility is very nice too. We had a great selection to look at.The silver radiant aviator is the nicest ride in a vehicle I've ever experienced. All the bells and whistles.I highly recommend Nick Mayer Lincoln. Please ask for Haneen Taye or Scott Dickerhoff you won't regret it.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Nick Mayer Lincoln. My sales professional was Dan Barnicle, and let me say, my wife and I couldn t be happier with our experience with Dan. He s got such a personable and professional attitude about him. He took the time to listen to what we needed and we re hoping to achieve with our new vehicle purchase. Bought a Dodge truck from a Lincoln dealership and had a better experience then at a Dodge dealership. My salesperson Haneen was awesome to deal with she got back to me immediately and made the process quick and easy. I drove myself out there and had to drive my own vehicle back so they went one step above no questions asked and had my new vehicle delivered an hour away. Highly recommend Nick Mayer Lincoln.

We worked with Rob Lee to purchase a preowned Mustang. Rob was very professional, and extremely helpful with special modifications that we had requested. Rob came through with the modifications and that sealed the deal for us. The whole staff was very accommodating and provided guidance through each step of the purchase.

I want to express how disgruntled and dissatisfied I am with the sales staff and sales manager at Nick Mayer - Lincoln Westlake. They did not provide details about the extremely low trade-in, they did not give me the feeling that I was an important client purchasing a very expensive vehicle. They did not meet my expectations of being at a luxury dealership. I have had Ford's from another dealership in Sandusky for thirty years. I felt special and appreciated every time I walked in. Unlike the cold should I experienced after I signed my papers and drove home 25 miles only to get a call from the salesman saying I needed to come back because he forgot to attach my license plate and then I waited after my return trip because he was busy making a sale of a Mercedes Benz he bragged about. What an awful experience!!!!If I could give a zero, I would.

My wife and I have been pleased with our experience here at Nick Mayer Lincoln Westlake. We did a trade for our 24 Lincoln Nautilus, and we were delighted with the negotiation process. Sometimes this part of the process can be draining, and stressful, however we didn't have any of those feelings during this transaction.All of the staff was very friendly, professional, and most importantly helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking at purchasing a Lincoln.

Brought our Lincoln in for repair after an accident and got the worst customer service I have ever seen by a lady named Susie I believe in the body shop besides all that the accident was not repaired correctly and we had to bring it back; mind you they had to take it back and two mths later the insurance Co calls and tells me it was involved in a hail storm which Lincoln to this day has never told me about but they finally today call me yo come get my car and there is still dents in my car there is new scratches on it and the car is having a bad thumping sound Im not sure if it the brakes they had to take off of what but the worst second ever!!!

I explained from the beginning I was looking for a certified used car. I was told it was certified, only to experience some major problems. The biggest problem is the front end! I've called and called. Emailed and texted. Filed two complaints with Lincoln Headquarters. Front end STILL isn't fixed!!!!!!!

Suzy took amazing care of me. After an accident, I was shaken up and scared. Suzy helped me to get my car in immediately and even made sure to stay with me until my ride arrived. After, she called me multiple times a week with updates on my car and the status of when I would get my car back. My car looks brand new!!!!
