We took both our vehicles in to get oil changes and tire rotations. Brian and the whole team were great! Followed up with phone calls to review everything that they found with both cars and helped ensure both vehicles are running smoothly and safely. We will definitely be back!

Took my car in three times to this shop, didn t have an issue the first two times. Thrid time it was towed in after the new tire they put on a month prior had blew out after hitting a curb. When I got the car back, something was obviously very wrong and I had to stop to inflate one of the tires on the way home even though they claimed to have just checked them all. My Camry sounded like it was a truck when it was started or I hit the gas, if they had started the car one time when in the shop, they would have heard this as it s a very noticeable difference and clearly not what a small car like mine should sound like. I got it back to my place, as they were already closed for the night, and decided to look at it in the morning. Next day, I drove it around to see if the noise was still happening and it was but also even though they claimed that they corrected my alignment, my car was dragging me pretty significantly to the left. Decided to bring it in to another shop who found a damaged muffler and had to readjust my alignment again. Also said that it didn t look like my oil had been changed even though this shop had charged me for an oil change and claimed that they did one back in December. I m never coming back here. I don t know if they messed up my muffler, the tow truck did or it was a freak accident but there is absolutely no way that they did not realize that something was wrong and decided to not tell me. Be incredibly cautious when using this shop.

I came in unsure about my tire's state. Manager and team inspected and quickly provided me with some great options. All in all, I was in and out with a new tire in less than 30 minutes.

I heard a scraping noise coming from the bottom of my car. Called Mr Tire and they were able to get me in same day. I took it after work and was in and out in 15 minutes! Car is back to normal now! Highly recommend Mr Tire in Westlake.

What a gentleman! After the snow my bottom plate had damaged. Went there and they fixed it in no time and didn't even charge anything. They were decent and helped me.

Awesome location. After having issues at other location Jim at Mr. Tire took care of the issue right away. Very knowledgeable and helpful and did wonders that the other location couldn t. Definitely recommend this location verses others. The general manager and assistant manager went above and beyond! Thank you, Jim and Carlynn!

A big thank you to Jared and the staff at Mr. Tire! I brought my car in with the check engine light on. They were honest about what was needed and didn't try to up sell me on other things. They even helped a coworker that had a problem with her car door not closing for me. My coworker was so happy to be able to close her door completely now! Jared and the staff at Mr Tire, in Westlake has won her over as well as myself as customers! Great job!

Mr. Mike did a great job. I came in looking for a new tire he could ve easily persuaded me to get more than I needed , however he suggested that I just order one new winter tire. His experience and knowledge for his line of work was excellent and outstanding. I am completely satisfied with his work in my experience at Mr. tire. I loved how he gave me insight on new things about my vehicle that I would have never known about wow Believe me when I say Mr. tire is number one for me! Blessings & thanks Mr. tire

I have never had a more pleasant experience at a car shop before! My car s oil randomly all leaked out so I called Mr. Tire and had the pleasure of talking to Mike. He got my car in right away, walked me through everything that was going wrong in my car and told me how he planned to fix it. I feel that he was honest and completely upfront with me about the entire process. I will be taking my car back to them anytime I need something else done! I cannot recommend them enough!

Jim was fantastic helping to get tires for our daughters car.He was fast and efficient. He worked to get us the best deal. We were very happy with his service, and our new tires.

On 3 separate occasions, I have gone to Mr. Tire for different services, and the Mgr. Mike was great! Victor the mechanic is phenomenal he was very transparent about any issues I had and gave options to resolve. I've had new tires replaced, and new brakes, I also just recently went back for just some advice. Meeting the new Mgr. Jared was just like he had always been a part of this awesome team. When it comes to my car, they are my go-to's they have outstanding customer service it's 10 stars .

I was having difficulty with the smoothness of the ride in my fairly newer RAM 1500 Bighorn truck. Jared, the store manager, listened intently to my explanation and thoroughly checked over my truck. He recommended some awesome Continental tires, balancing, and alignment. Additionally, he was super friendly and courteous. My truck is riding GREAT now. I will be a long-time customer!

I didn t have the money at the time and Jim offered me the option of Easypay which I took it and without putting a penny that day, I went home with a fresh set of tires ready winter thank you Jim, very profesional place highly recommended

My friends and I were on a weekend road trip when my car started to make a loud noise that sounded like an airplane taking off. We were super concerned and got off the highway immediately. My friend noticed the Mr. Tire and we walked in asking for help to make sure we were safe to continue the rest of our road trip. They took a look at it IMMEDIATELY and reassured us it was just the muffler. They didn t even ask for a service fee, and were so nice to us when we were super panicked. Would highly recommend. If I lived in the area, they would be my go-to auto service.

This service center is outstanding! Mike goes above and beyond to make sure you have a positive experience. He and his crew are very hardworking, trustworthy, and do a tremendous job. Recently, I had an emergency situation with my oil. Mike communicated with me over the phone giving me precise instructions. Once we got the vehicle to the service center I was impressed on how fast Mike and his team were able to resolve the issue and to do so affordably. I have never felt misled coming here. This service center is trustworthy. 5 Stars!

My friends and I were on a road trip when we suddenly heard a loud noise coming from our car. We just happened to pull off the highway to this Mr. Tire. Without hesitation, the staff offered to take a look to make sure we were safe to continue our drive home! We would absolutely recommend this place based on customer service alone!

Do not care for mgr was over charged for lightbulb and tire patch. Was not told of labor on bulb or balance charge on tire wuld like to be reimbursed not happy

They frequently are changing the people, but in any case I was doing my oil change for the last 5 years, for my 2 cars on this place, after the last one, they did not plugged the oil trail, that crawled for hours, and obviously was broken, they just told me oh, nobody use it, we can just unplugged, and when I told then no, you need to replaced, they just told me that need to contact the dealer, never called me back, and I called to the corporate office, they sent an insurance agent, to start a claim process, and after a month nobody respond or say anything about it, if they broke your car, they don't respond, just think about it, better to pay a little more and go to the dealer. Lesson learned!

I called in Mr Tire in Westlake this is really unusual of them and very bad customer service as well I m really surprised they don t install used tires even if there almost brand new does not make any sense at all I called other shops of Mr tires they said they would install them the guy I talked to was like confused well there loss not mine they are going to lose a lot of value customers I would not trust going there at all go else where they will not take care of you stay away!!!!

I'm so happy I went to Mr. Tire in Westlake! A man named Jim was completely transparent and honest with me about my car's tires without being pushy. I went into have my tires balanced and after having it for about 40 minutes he told me he wasn't going to balance or charge me because the real problem was my tires. I was so grateful for his honesty and for inspecting my vehicle. I ordered tires through Jim because he gave me a realistic price for my range and they were on and done by the following day! 10/10 recommend!

My tire kept losing air. On my way home from work I stopped by Mr. Tire. The store manager Jared got right in. They didn t try to up sell me and make me get a new tire I didn t need. They fix my existing tire quick and didn t over charge me. I def recommend and go there for any of my tires needs.

I had a nail in my tire on my f350 I could not find anyone to patch it, I called Mr. Tire this location took care of it same day and were very helpful, staff was Professional. Would recommend for repairs. UPDATE Return a 2nd time to get my other cars issues looked at very happy with the service here fast friendly and very helpfull in explaining everything! Will return for any new service I need.

Mike Miller and his team were exceptional in helping me with my car issues today. I appreciated Mike s positive upbeat personality and professionalism in explaining everything well to me. My gf brought her Ford Focus in to have an oil change performed and tire rotation. They snapped off the tire stud and left the lug nuts loose on the LF wheel. They tried to pass it off as a transmission issue but when we took it to AutoNation Ford they showed us the damage caused by Mr. Tire. A whole new lug assembly was needed. They could have killed my gf because she usually drives 100 miles to Toledo for work and had that wheel rattled off on the freeway...well them concrete barriers are not exactly soft you know. Complete negligence on Mr. Tire's part. Run away from this place FAST!!!

Mike and his crew did a great job on replacing my front brake pads and rotors! Great communication via phone calls during the process, since I wasn't waiting in the store. I was very impressed by the speed that they got it done. Estimated to take about an hour and they had the entire job done 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment! Very satisfied and will be returning to this location for future work on my vehicles.
