Update 4/28/2023Waiting for a service to be performed today and figured I'd upload a couple pic's of the clean, comfortable waiting area if you ever choose to wait for your service to be completed.- I just had new brake rotors and pads installed and a brake fluid flush performed. When I got home I went to take a look at my new brakes and noticed not only was the work performed as they promised. They thoroughly cleaned my calipers which is something most other shops would just skip as it's not necessarily part of the job. They even cleaned the backside of them. I know it's not a huge thing but sometimes it the little things that make a shop really stand out.These guys are honest, knowledgeable, fairly priced. From the first time I called here and Patrick took the time to talk through a lot of things on the phone with me to how they personally had the mechanic (Jeff) call me to discuss what they discovered while inspecting my car they have been extremely professional and honest. It's rare (for me at least) to find any business, not to mention a garage that isn't just trying to take your money. HS Tuning had a chance to charge me for something I said I wanted done but they felt it was not in my best interest to perform service and rather follow up with the dealer before going this route as it is still under warranty. Also, KC the office manager is very friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommend for service on your German car.

If you need work of any kind done to your German vehicle, this is the place to go! Staff gave me a great price on a new RSR clutch install on my GLI. Super pleased with the process and communication along the way, these guys know their stuff when it comes to VWAG cars. Will be back for any future work that needs done!

Great shop with a wonderful waiting area. Had a problem with a part ordered and it was corrected within a week. So far so good and I still be a returning customer for sure

Time and time again, over the last 15 or so years, HS Tuning has been here for me to do whatever I need. They always deliver and the results always exceed expectations. Bravo! Way to keep killing it!

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and I think all came from dealerships. This is the only Euro shop in Cleveland area I would trust with my car!

Amazing shop and great people, only place I trust working on my VW. Ask for Patrick he will give it to you straight and it will be done right the first time around. Can't say enough good things about this shop.

I have been to a lot of dealerships and aftermarket shops over the years, and HS Tuning has blown all of those experiences out of the water. Everything from scheduling the appointment, to the communication, to the drop off, to the pick up was seamless. KC was so friendly and helpful with questions and getting payment, Matt was very knowledgeable and informative when it came to discussing different tunes, parts and processes, and Jeff was an absolute pleasure to talk cars with even when I showed up after closing time. They did an awesome job with my car and I fully plan on taking my car back there. I absolutely recommend HS Tuning and any of their services.

Wonderful shop with incredible, knowledgeable, talented technicians and friendly staff. You can expect your vehicle to be tended to with the utmost care and attention to every single detail and then some. It was an enjoyable experience to do business with HS Tuning, and I would refer anyone and everyone with a German vehicle to get it serviced here.

U feel like your home garage. Very friendly people. Got the job done fast. Went from stock to stage 1 apr. I recommend doing ecus. They understand what r they doing. A lot of gifts also :)

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop. This review is honestly long, long overdue. This place has an absolute powerhouse of employees. They are respectful, kind and clearly hard working. Not to mention the prices are absolutely ridiculous. They are completely affordable (this is compared to 5+ shops I have personally called for estimates and shops I have been to for services in the past) I am nothing but satisfied from my experiences with this company. *Well done*

I have not yet purchased anything from this company but did reach out with some questions on compatibility and other technical questions and wow - their customer service is top-notch. Christoph F was continuously quick to reply, kind, courteous and professional. You can tell this is a great company with the amazing support they provide. I look forward to spending way too much money with them!

Stage 1 APR tune on my A4. 100% recommend these guys, absolute professionals, got a tour of the shop and they answered all my questions. Whole process took about one hour and the car is noticeably much faster. Overall extremely satisfied and impressed with the whole operation. Will definitely be coming back.

I recently bought a 2021 Audi Q3 from a VW dealer - and unfortunately - the car was from Canada. I didn't think this was a bid deal - where the car came from - until I realized that the Digital Dial for Speed was in KM and couldn't be changed by their service department. They said they didn't have the tool to do it - and referred me to AUDI. I did take it to Audi and they also could not change it - everything else on the Cockpit can be changed to Miles - except the large digital number inside the speedometer. After lots of research - I discovered there was a process called "long coding" in which a tech person can go into a car and this can be reprogrammed. My Audi Service Mgr told me to try HS Tuning - which is where they send customers they cannot help.I'm happy to say - after driving this almost new car with a black sticker covered up the KM (it is hard to drive and see 100 on the dial when you are really only going 60) - they were able to get this changed for me! This makes me so happy and they were a great place to do business with. Once my car is out of warranty - I would actually consider driving 45 minutes from Medina to Westlake to have them service my car. Thanks to everyone over there for taking the time to help me fix this!

Patrick and the HS Tuning team did an awesome job repairing the subframe on my MK7 GTI. They hooked me up with a loaner vehicle and did high quality work. They have a very friendly staff and were helpful answering questions along the way. HS Tuning has provided fantastic service for my Audi. They are very professional and have deep knowledge of my platform. Christoph was very communicative and helped me through the process. I'll definitely be taking my car there for service again and would recommend HS for any VW/Audi owners.

I was referred to HS Tuning. They did a fantastic job on my buddy's. GTI. I had high hopes and was not disappointed. They were very respectful to my wishes for getting my GTI Mk6 to where I want it to be. Patrick and the secretary were very professional. HS Tuning did a fantastic job on my car too and gave me direction as to getting my car to the next level. I'm going back soon to get more work done. You can't go wrong with HS Tuning!

Friendly and helpful staff. I took my car to get upgraded from apr stage 1 to stage 2, they had it done in under 30 minutes. I'm very impressed. I drove an extra 40 minutes to take my car to HS rather than deal with clowns from a certain parts/tuning company I won't mention.

The only place I'll take my German vehicles for service. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and they are always able to diagnose any problems I've thrown at them quickly and accurately even when it's oddball things. They also stock alot of parts on their website and pricing is definitely fair and shipping is quick.Great place, I have no complaints

Recently added the stage 1 tune to my Audi A4 2014. These guys bent over backwards to get my car in on my crazy schedule and were very professional. Love the tune and love their knowledge and quick response to my email questions. Will definitely go back when the stage two is available .

Great company to do business with. Very knowledgeable staff and will not gouge you for a profit. If you own a VW, Audi or Porsche, this is the place to go to in NE Ohio for general service and performance upgrades.

The guys as the shop (Jeff especially) are fantastic. They have no problem making sure you're educated about what's going on with you vehicle, and did a great job getting me back up and running. You can bet I'll be bringing my car back

While doing a turn signal switch repair on my brother's VW GTI, a wiring harness decided to break on me. After searching all over for the part, I found it on HS Tuning's website. While the part was initially listed as in stock, I soon found out that it had to come from a partner supplier before it could be shipped to me and would take longer than I had expected. At first I was a bit frustrated, but Jacob K was able to find the harness in stock at another VW dealer which would be able to get the part to me quicker than they could. He said that he only cared about getting my brother's car up and running as quickly as possible rather than trying to sell me the part. This is an example of excellent customer service! I will definitely be a HS Tuning customer in the future!

Did a stage 1 tune on my VW GTI, and just decided to get all my maintenance done by this group. They are knowledgable, communicative and gave me a great price. My GTI will go nowhere else moving forward.A really awesome group of people, not to mention they are excellent with my car!

Great experience with HSTuning. Quickly and effectively diagnosed a strange boost issue with my Stage 2 Golf R. Did my timing belt as well, will be definitely be returning for carbon cleaning.

Called and discussed tuning options on my GTI. Very customer friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in the same day for an ecu and tcu stage 1 upgrade. Very happy with the quick turnaround and excellent customer service.

I took my 2014 GTI here after it developed ehat I thought was a problem with the DSG transmission. I expected an expensive fix, and the shop was nice enough to price out the worst case scenario for me.When I dropped the car off, everyone was friendly, polite, and professional. What most stood our was their enthusiasm for VW/Audi products. They know a lot, and are eager to demonstrate and share that knowledge. I have been around other garages that have a reluctance about VW/Audi products because of some of the company's quirky engineering decisions, but there was none of that here.Long story short, they diagnosed the problem as being something far more fixable than my theory. They worked with me on picking up my car, and even took the time to wash off the remains of another nasty Cleveland winter.Honestly I wish I would have found this place three years ago. Even their shop rates were reasonable. If you have a VW or Audi product, this is the garage to choose.

I have two cars that are maintained by Jeff and his staff. Both are modified and run flawlessly. Always honest and professional. Couldn t ask for a better group of guys looking out for me and my toys!
