Went today with my 2014 Town & Country. Arrived shortly before closing time but received the same service, respect, and friendly attitude I've experienced every time I've gone. I took advantage of their April special and sent 3 members of my family to them as well. I'll be back!

We were delighted to stumble across Costa! The staff was friendly and helpful. We were in and out in 10 minutes. It was quick, easy and painless. We were not pressured into getting extra things purchased or services as you typically are at other oil change places. We received a loyalty card for a free oil change after 10 on all household vehicles. We will definitely bring our business back to Costa in the future!

I had a poor experience with the Avon location (refusing to honor my Groupon). Amanda - the manager at Westlake was cordial, understanding and willing to work with me when I explained the situation on the phone. I went there and her and her team (Kyle & Ken) took care of me only for a minor up charge due to the oil grade needed.Highly respect their service and communication. No problem paying a little extra as long as I understand why.

Oil change that turned into a nightmare. Leave there and start hearing something but thinking it s my imagination. Nope on the highway and sounds like my car is going to fall apart with all kinds of banging noises. I call them and they ask if I can come back or they can send a mechanic to me to see what s wrong with my car. Hello you should know what s wrong since you did it. So I have to finish my job that I was on hoping I m going to make it back. I did and she already wasn t taking any accountability it was my shield under my car but that happens. Oh really imagine that but it only happened when I left here. My husband told her she was going to have to bring it in the shop to fix not her saying she was going to fix it. Still no apologies for the inconvenience. Never will be back they have no clue what they re doing here. Worst experience ever

These guys are amazing, I was in and out fast, and I like that a lot. I'm a new customer and their service is on point. No complaints from me, I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks Costa! 5 stars from me.

If living paycheck to paycheck was a company, then you found the right place. The quality of oils, tools and employee comfort are all sidelined to provide cheaper prices to the customer but with a lack of knowledgeable management and employees your chances of having a vehicle serviced or servicing it correctly here is very small. A decent amount of their 5 star reviews come from managers and affiliates within the company posing as customers.

Seen a Facebook ad for a $35.00 Oil change and had my Oil change today! Very quick process! I had a few questions that were answered by the Manager( Chris ) who was definitely on top of his game! Overall a quick and easy process, I'll definitely be back!

Just got back from my oil change. The 2 young gentlemen working there were wonderful. When I pulled in, they told me how long I would have to wait (10minutes). When the bay was clear, they directed me into the garage. First thing they asked was if I wanted something to drink!!!They were efficient, knowledgeable, and very personable to me.I definitely recommend that establishment for 2 reasons their employees and very reasonable!!Services: Tires, Oil change

This place is not a full service shop but they do have a full service trained technician in case something comes up. That s why you always bring it to costa first and then You are set

Wow! These guys are awesome! I love my car...it's a friggin Maserati SUV and it's awesome! Needless to say, it takes "Supercar" oil that's a full synthetic 10w-60. I'm not making that up, it actually says "supercar" on the label, but I digress. Anyway, I stopped here the other day and the guys were awesome to talk to, but they didn't have my oil or my filter. However, they let you bring your own unique oil and filter here and they'll change it. I had to order my oil and filter and bring it in to them. I finally got my oil and filter and stopped up today. They didn't rush and took amazing care of my car. I have an extra skid plate under my car that needed to be removed...some places charge extra for this, but not these guys! They checked and double checked everything every step of the way. The cost for this top-notch service...25 bucks!?! I never tip for an oil change, but I tipped these guys...they were awesome! I will definitely be coming back to see these guys for my next oil change!Service: Oil change

I went today for the first time and the two guys working, Daniel and Ken were so nice! We chatted while I got my oil change and they even got me set up with their loyalty program. It was a pretty quick process which was nice and some of the best prices I have seen for a full synthetic oil change! Thanks guys! I will definitely be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!Got my wife s oil changed here and there was fluid leaking under glove compartment afterwards, figured it was a coincidence and gave them the benefit of the doubt and took my car in to get an oil change the next day next day I take it to go driving and the thing is leaking oil everywhere and my dip stick is bone dry. They weren t particularly fast and made me pay extra for an extra quart of oil even though that was not specified on the Groupon. Very disappointing since I ve had good experience with them in the past but it seems like they ve changed staff.

Went here about a month ago after putting off an oil change for a trip I was taking. Everything went fine until about a week ago seeing oil stain in my brand new driveway. I was adamant it was not my car since I have a '21 with only 15k miles. Turns out it was mine. Went down under the car to see what was going on, my oil filter was barely tight enough to hold on. I took three fingers to turn it and it turned so easily. I am now stuck with 3 separate oil spots in my 2 year old driveway. Very unhappy with the service I received.

Came in for an oil change and Mike and Daniel helped us out. Pinpointed a leak for us, changed the oil fast and were very nice and helpful. Place is a joke. Total waste of time. They don t honor their Groupon and will try feeding you an explanation as to why you need to upgrade your oil.

Not sure what they offer, got my oil changed but they didn't check anything else. Had to reset my oil change indicator. I understand every car is different but I think they would have known.On the fence about going back, but the price was right.

Adam and Brad are absolutely so lovely ! They have really great interesting conversations while working on your car as well as getting things done in a very fast and sufficient manner. This is probably the best oil change place that I ve been to in a long time. They were very kind and have just wonderful personalities. Very positive experience.Service: Oil change

I searched for an oil change via Google and came across their Groupon. I am ecstatic that I did because their service was totally incredible. They were completely courteous the entire time, explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. Adam and Nick are the best and so professional. I highly recommend over a dealership because I had an oil change at my dealership back in May and they do the vehicle inspection and tire rotation at the dealer and they told me my air filter and cabin air filter were fine which was not true. They were filthy so thank goodness for this place. Even rotated my tires by hand and were more than accommodating and netter than your average experience. I got to see the whole job, they vacuumed my engine bay and checked my battery and had me laughing too and made sure the whole time that I was comfortable!! First time here. Drove by hundreds of times and never knew it was there. I'm very pleased and will return. The guys working were friendly and polite. Highly recommend.My second experience was just as good as the first. Service was quick with no wait and friendly service.

If you value your car stay away from here. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is just an accident waiting to happen. I normally go to a chain to get my oil changed when I don't have the time to do it myself. Saw a coupon for a cheap oil change and decided to jump on it while also supporting small business. I pulled up to the garage bay and the girl in the window didn't notice me. I didn't see her either to be fair. Waited at the door for 2 or 3 minutes, checked the website so make sure they were open. They were for another hour. Just decided to leave. No big deal. As I was pulling out I saw a girl inside on her phone and she looked up and got up. I turned around and went back to the garage bay. She didn't acknowledge me just started waving me in. She Was immediately rude and was giving me attitude for not pulling into the bay fast enough or pulling up far enough. Told me to turn off the car, pop the hood and asked if I had any coupons. She then proceeded to literally climb into my engine bay while kneeling on my bumper. Not standing on the ground leaning. Full body weight, kneeling on my plastic front bumper. She starts topping off my fluids. No funnel for anything. Spilling all over my engine bay. She tops off my brake fluid, no funnel, and spills all over my engine bay. If you didn't know brake fluid is pretty acidic and acts as if it's paint stripper. The computer system at the shop is glitching out so she talks to the tech underneath and is clearly guessing at which oil filter my car takes. I really don't care about personality TOO much when It comes to auto shops as long as you do good work. I don't want to have to leave from a simple oil change scared to look under my hood or at potential damage to the front of my car. After the oil change the guy from underneath came up and made conversation and gave me a punch card for a free oil change on the 5th visit. He was pretty nice, no complaints. Oil was changed in my car and I was happy with what I paid but I definitely won't be going back.Service: Oil change

Adam gave me the best customer service I have ever had. He was friendly, professional, and took pride in his work! That s rare these days. I will definitely go back to him rather than the Lexus dealership for future oil changes. I will recommend him to family and friends! His staff were also very friendly.
