Took my SUV in on Monday for a nail in my tire. They said it would be an hour or two wait unless I make an appointment. I show up today for my scheduled appointment and I m told it will be an hour and a half wait.Went to Autozone bought a tire repair kit and fixed it by myself out in the cold in about 15 minutes.

I m a new customer at Conrad s I took my car for the third time this year and I have read some bad reviews but I wanted to try the service and judge for my self instead of reading couple of bad reviews and I must say they gave me great service and didn t make me wait forever took my car in fixed it and I was on my way I dealt with Bryan he is a good guy kept me updated and gave me an estimate and made the process easier I will definitely be going back there in the future.

I was looking to get an alignment done and called around, Paul, the store manager answered and got me in quickly and had me back on the road very quickly. Outstanding customer service. Great prices compared to others and quick! Thank you again will be back

I needed to get my oil changed and a tire rotation and wasn't sure where to go. I had just got out of a job interview and was headed out for lunch and decided to see what was near to where I was headed. I've never taken my car to Conrad's for an oil change before but the other reviews for this location were positive so I thought I would try it. I'm very glad that I did!!I set up an appointment on line - very easy to do. I think it was like 3 steps to it - didn't ask for any type of payment info, so between that and the ease of use, I would definitely use this again to see up an appointment.When I got to the location the gentleman pulled up the info I entered, asked if I would be waiting, and gave me a time estimate for them to finish. I went on a Tuesday, mid-afternoon and had (what I thought) was a reasonably short time before they could start. It wasn't long before they finished - had a quick check out, paid, and went out to my car.I did have a question about the air pressure in one of the tires so I went back in and asked about it. I wasn't sure if there was a problem with the tire itself or what, and was concerned. "No problem, we'll check it out". They pulled my car back in, double checked the air pressure in all the tires. Everything was OK - he said it may have been just an error with the sensor because of the temperature difference between their service bay and outside, it happens. Dunno, but it sounded possible to me - I've seen the tire pressure fluctuate with temperature change before. Not once did he attempt to scam me into buying new tires - I appreciate that!!Listening to the interactions between the employees and customers that came in while I waited, every one was courteous, patient and took their time with the person they were working with. Definite positive in my eyes!!I would highly recommend the Dover Center Road location of Conrad's to anyone looking to have their car serviced.

The guys at Conrads are awesome. They took time to diagnose my problem. Communicated really well with me. They fixed my problem and charged me very fairly. I take my car here regularly and feel confident in their work and fairness. The staff is great!

Always a pleasant experience. Spencer was very helpful & attentive. Love the video they send noting what the issue is. Team turned this around quickly & was able to make the repair in less then 4 hours.Another nice touch that Spencer demonstrated after wrapping up payment was shaking my hand once the transaction was complete - nice touch.Thanks for the friendly & professional service you always extend.

I called on a Tuesday to make an appointment for Saturday morning. I told them which tires I would like to purchase and what size to order so they would have them ready. Saturday morning i arrived at 10:30am and gave therm my name and said i have am appointment. He said what are you here for? 4 NEW TIRES.... and what size do you need?...... we don't have those in stock. Are you kidding me! And could you come back at 1:30? ......

After having my car repaired I still heard noises afterwards and I went back after they closed in the hopes that someone would still be there and luckily they were. I told the guy (forget his name) and he stayed after hours for another HOUR AND A HALF to help me fix the problem at no charge. Highly recommend! Also explained everything to me so I understood what was happening and how he fixed it.

I have been a customer of Conrad's for years and no matter which of the 38 locations I take vehicle to for oil change, repairs or tires, it is always a great experience. I appreciate with my busy life, I am able to drop and know that my car is in good hands and is returned at time promised. I have to give "props" though to Westlake Store where I take most often for general maintenance - Store Leader Mike Herttua and his team there are wonderful to deal with and keep me informed every step of the way and call me promptly when time for pick-up.

I chose Conrad's because I needed an emergency repair, which could not wait until the dealership had availability. I'm thankful I did! One good pothole and I could have lost my front driver's side wheel or lost my ability to use my brakes. I dropped it off in the morning (able to schedule an appointment online) and by noon I received both a phone call AND a walk through VIDEO of the problems.This feature was amazing. This meant the difference between fixing all the necessary repairs or not believing that everything needed to be fixed at this time. When you see the ball joint falling off the axle and see the brakes in disarray... You better believe I was going to fix everything! I would have loved to see an "after" video as well. So I know what this stuff is supposed to look like and give myself peace of mind that the repairs were done correctly (I've had problems with OTHER mechanics before)Thank you!

I am a new customer but now I will be a forever friend. This place has great prices, great employee's and even better service. They are willing to work with you and even send you video of the work that is needed on your vehicle. Very trustworthy. I just spent 891$ for an alternator and serpentine belt! They also said they would have it done that same day and didn t fix it till the next day! Then the next day it broke down on the highway and it was the serpentine belt which hadn t been installed correctly! My daughter is the one who talked to these people and I guess this is a place that SCAMS women! I am taken all of our account off because of this horrific scandal and will never use ConScams again!

Scheduled an appointment on Thursday for an ally to replace all 4 tires on Friday. Due to the nature of the situation my car was towed in at the time scheduled. Approximately six hours later I called Conrads to see if my car was ready. They said it still was being worked on. I received a text message regarding inspection that I ignored thinking it just was my car being ready. No phone call. I went to the next afternoon to pick up my car and nothing had been done to it at all. When I enter the building to complain and assess the Situation the service representatives were extremely defensive. The one who I spoke to over the phone on Thursday simply ignored the situation leaving his coworker to deal with me. She even showed me the appointment documents but said they did not put the pieces together when it was dropped off to them. The most disappointing part of this whole situation was not that my car wasn t ready but it was the lack of acknowledgment by the staff. A simple sorry, we made a mistake would have made the situation so much better. Although Conrads has always been convenient, affordable, and relatively quick for me in the past I am forced never to return. I simply refuse to support a business that has such a lack of customer service. There are too many decent places out there that deserve the business much more.

Service seems generally good, but definitely not exceptional.My tire pressure light came on after driving a couple miles from the shop (One tire was over inflated.). One on wheels seems to have been oil / grease splattered on it.More attention to details would be better.

Conrad's is always good!!Very accommodating. I walked in with no appointment and they were able to help me. I just needed an oil change & tire rotation but still I was very appreciative.Their staff is VERY friendly!!!!

Conrad s location was efficient and professional. They explained their work thoroughly and offered unsolicited advice on brake life remaining with a detailed estimate for the service. This is exactly why I ve used Conrad s for years and will continue to do so versus going to a dealership.

Had a tire patched here a while ago and have no complaints. The simple job didn't take them long to complete and gave me a price that beat several other area auto repair shops. Staff also made things hassle free and got me in and out no strings attached.

Quick service. Not as nice as usual- seemed upset I was waiting at 5pm but this was the web appointment... and charged 50 extra for swapping tires with winter tires (already mounted and balanced) - had it done before as tire rotation included in their oil change coupon. Maybe it is the end of day effect: more grumpy and more costly

Quick service for an oil change and wheel alignment. Those services normally take about 45 min each but with my appointment being an hour before closing time they got my car right in (I arrived a little early) and had it done and me on my way in just over an hour. Thanks guys!

I just needed a headlight replaced. I called the Westlake store, and the service person said to come on down that he could get it done before closing. I handed him my keys when I arrived. Within 15 minutes, he was calling my name and telling me I was ready to go. Awesome!

I had an appointment at the Westlake location and they were impressively prompt and quick (I ve waited a long time at other locations) and they were very busy still. They were nice and informative and helpful without being pushy. Very pleased. Wish there was some popcorn made

Ordered a set of tires through tire rack, Conrads did the install. Not only were appointments easy to get, car was ready on time and as promised.2 weeks later felt like one of the tires was out of balance. They took my car no questions asked and redid the balancing free of charge.A+ work, I would trust them with any recommendations. I am a customer for life.

Most of time Conrad s does a great Job. Had a couple issues but they alway corrected it without too much of a hassle. Like all service though if you don t do it yourself a repair can set you back. At times AAA card or a coupon will help. Since I don t have time it s worth the extra to get it done.

Fantastic service! Mike Molenda did a great job educating me, getting and mounting a set of specialized tires for my car. I highly recommend Conrad s a great home town company.

Dropped off my sons car that had a slow leak in one of the tires. Got the rim resealed quickly without an appointment. Also got a txt message with a very clear video of worn struts. The struts were indeed worn and in need of repair. Did not compare the estimate for the work as the car is on the brink of being traded in. Overall a day as expected and felt like I was dealing with professionals.

My car would not start and would not even hold a charge after a few jump starts. It was towed to Conrad on a weekend. So I put on the drop off sheet the car battery will not charge, check and replace. Well I got a call and was quoted like $180 for a new battery (that's a little much but I was stuck). I drove 100 miles the next day and the car died. I was 100 miles out of town and had to get a tow back to town (thank you AAA). Turns out the alternator was also bad and repair was $750. Seems to me like Conrads should check alternators when replacing battery. It is a 5 minute test and Conrads would have had the $750 repair. Instead, I was stuck 100 miles from home and Conrads now lost a regular customer. I did call the person I dealt with at Conrads when the car was broke down and the best he could offer was they would look at it if I brought it in. How about figuring something out for a stranded customer of over 10 years with 3 cars that regularly come to your shop!As an update to this review, Conrad s called and apologized and made things better. So cudos to them for taking action.

I stopped for a quote for 4 tires of my car, they quoted me a total of $ 2103.08, I was able to replace the tires for $971.32 in a competing tire place.Conrad s we re about $800 more expensive than the dealership .

Very fair and honest. Had a flat after business hours. Had car towed to Conrads. Fixed quickly the next morning. No upselling by Conrads to get me to purchase unnecessary new tires. My family has been going here since 1977 and will continue to use them with our car problems.

My appointment was at 3. They had to order me a tire from another location, the employee said it could take awhile but only took an hour for them to complete the job. I would definitely recommend this Conrad s
