Jacob, Kevin and the whole Bay Auto Care team are wonderful! They are so knowledgeable and treat their customers with honesty and respect. My family has been taking our cars here for several years and have only had positive experiences. We are so lucky to have such an amazing auto care in our community!

Amazing experience!!! We were able to drop the car off the same day, had the issue resolved, and got the car back in the afternoon. Kevin was super helpful and was able to explain everything in easy to understand language. Pricing is very fair and transparent. Very happy with the experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Great folks that have worked on all our vehicles for years. Best kept secret in town. As Mr T would say, you d be a fool not using Bay Auto care .

My family and I have been going to these guys for years! Always very friendly and honest. They never talk down or make you feel stupid for not knowing "car stuff." They're great at keeping you posted about what's going on with your car and are priced very fairly.

Came in for a minor repair thought it was fixed. Few weeks later same issue brought my car back in, ended up paying almost double to fix what was not fixed the first time. Was told parts were expensive and a discount was applied from my previous repair. Paid over $400. I felt I was taken advantage of and never quoted the cost repair before work was done. Make sure you get a quote before moving forward. Will not be back for repairs in the future.

Over the past fifteen years or so I have had Kevin, Jacob and staff work on one Accord, two Camrys, one Subaru and one BMW. Each and every time in I was treated fairly and courteously. I am happy to pay reasonable prices for quality work.08/01/2023 Just had some additonal work done on my Outback. Easy to get a convenient appointment AND the $450 estimated repair turned out to be only $200 because they didn't have to replace EVERY part. Thanks, Jacob and Kevin!Geoff J

I have been taking my cars to Kevin (and joined by his son Jacob) for over 17 years. They always provide details before they do work and will even recommend that you not do a particular service if they don't believe you need to spend the money on it at the time! They provide thorough, honest service, are easy to talk to and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. My children were toddlers when I first found Bay Auto Care (Super lube at the time), and I used to drop off my car, pile the kids into a wagon - on the go...now the kids are are adults with cars they take to Bay Auto.

Excellent experience with Bay Auto. They were able to get me in quickly and address my concerns in a matter of hours, and the prices are very reasonable! They also called before doing any costly work and let me know what was absolutely necessary and what I could wait on or do myself. I tend to have trouble with mechanics due to being a woman in my twenties, but they listened to me and didn't try to obfuscate anything to overcharge me. 100% will be back in the future.Service: A/C installation & repair

Had an issue with my car. I called and was able to drop it off the next day. Very fast and seamless process. The repair was much less than I was expecting. Very honest team working here. Great trustworthy mechanics are hard to find. I definitely will be back. I love these guys and the way they work and their honesty .I have to admit though I almost didn t review them ( I rarely review or rate things) out of selfishness, because I don t want everyone knowing what I know and have to wait to get my car in because they are so busy. Honest folks with fair prices what more can I say.

Bay Auto Care has always been & continues to provide superior & thoughtful service. Kevin & Jacob run the place & co-own it. The trained mechanics keep your vehicle clean & provide excellent service & repairs. They all do such a great job that Karen & I recommend them to friends. Bay Auto Care is a new name for an already established auto repair & service center one which i ve honestly been going to for a quiet awhile (they used to be known as SuperLube) .They re really are great here, so much more than a basic repair center.The team in this Auto Care shop is not just prepared to service all the basics (tires, oil changes, brakes), but do an amazing job of investigating & finding out more advanced issues, and then solving them.This operation is VERY well run; when they schedule you for service, they seem to always be prepared to do the best work possible, quickly, and at a very fair price.I know there are a million garages around (i used to work at a few) , but i ve grown to trust these guys, and they haven t let me down i recommend Bay Auto Care, if you re looking for excellent workServices: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto battery maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Kevin is a superb diagnostician, class guy all around, and 100% dependable. Have been at his shop for at least a dozen years and my wife counts him as her go-to save me friend when I am out of town. Great shop, totally trustworthy, lucky to be in my neighborhood.Nov '22 update: Since the shop now has a new name and a new owner - Kevin himself, now with his son, Jacob - I thought it deserves another accolade for something I don't think I can find anywhere else. Kevin recently talked me out of repairing my old beloved Audi A6... Show me a shop that argues with you why you should NOT spend $3K at that shop repairing the car. Maybe you can find good mechanics here and there (although why would you go anywhere else?), but honesty and customer-first attitude are such a rarity - the combo deserves your visit. My husband and I have been servicing our fleet of cars and minivans with Kevin P. at Superlube since 1996. Kevin is the equivalent to our medical caregivers only he maintains our fleet of vehicles!! He never over sells, is always kind, honest and upfront. SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE about so many makes and models and keeps all of our cars in top shape. He has maintained a steady staff of friendly and qualified technicians and we have come to love his own son Jacob- who now has a tremendous role in helping customers on Dads day off! We have been with Superlube for over 23 years and largely because Kevin has been at the helm.

New in town, was VERY nervous about finding a new, reliable shop. My husband was impressed with the reviews, so we took a chance. Reviews, and now ours, are spot on. Both Kevin and Jacob are both fabulously friendly, and knowledgeable at the front desk. We've had both of our cars in for preventative maintenance, and we couldn't be happier - we've found our new car repair home. Thanks!

My car needed a battery and alternator done, being new to this area I needed to find someone who i can trust and would be reasonable in price. They got me in the soonest possible and worked with my extended insurance to get my car fix and ready. I would like to recommend to everyone who is wants an honest opinion and reasonable price. Thanks again for all the help. Superlube has won a customer for life

We ve had our cars maintained or repaired at this automotive repair location long before they were Bay Auto Car (about 15 years). While we were visiting our Daughter we had noticed a sound coming from the front of our vehicle and had a good idea that is was our brakes. The shop was walking distance from our daughters home so we thought we would give them a call in the morning which happened to be a Saturday morning. They to,d my husband that they would do the best they could to get our vehicle in since we had no appointment it may take a while. I have to say they went out of there way and fixed the brakes and the cost was more then reasonable and the customer service and the mechanics at this establishment are very thorough and curtious they even explained to my husband how our tires needed rotation and apologized that they did not have the equipment to service them. We would highly recommend this business to everyone that is in need of the services that they offer!! Thank you so very much to this establishment and its staff.
